Earlier this month, I had the pleasure of dining at the 13 Giugno restaurant, and the experience was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great courtesy by the manager, who passionately shared the restaurant's history, making us feel immediately at ease. Relying on his advice, we chose a tasting menu accompanied by a carefully selected wine pairing. Each course was a pleasant discovery: refined dishes, carefully prepared and impeccably presented, showcasing the ingredients and flavors to their fullest. Beyond the excellent quality of the cuisine, we particularly appreciated the attention to detail and the passion shown in every detail. It was a high-quality gastronomic experience, enjoyable and engaging in every way. A sincere compliment to the entire staff: I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to experience a special moment of fine dining and hospitality.

The atmosphere is retro but very refined, and the service is excellent. The downside: very small portions at exorbitant prices. It's a shame; they could have been a little more generous.

A rather pretentious restaurant! Poor value for money. There are much better places in Milan for excellent seafood, better service, and a less pretentious atmosphere. It shows in the customers, too, in any case.

I dined at 13 Giugno restaurant in Milan and was pleasantly surprised by the elegance of the location, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail and perfect for a romantic dinner or a special occasion. The restaurant offers a wide selection of authentic Sicilian dishes, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The fresh fish, the star of the menu, was excellent and perfectly cooked, showcasing the flavors of Sicilian signature cuisine. The presentation of the dishes and the attention to the ingredients were also excellent. Daniele's service was professional, courteous, and attentive, helping to create a welcoming and refined atmosphere. I also noticed the splendid outdoor terrace, a very elegant and inviting spot for an al fresco lunch; I'm sure it will be a pleasant experience as well. If you're looking for a high-end Sicilian restaurant in Milan, 13 Giugno is a choice I recommend without hesitation.

The food is good but nothing special! Unfortunately, the atmosphere leaves a bit to be desired, as it seems to have been neglected for a very long time!

Refined Sicilian restaurant in Milan's Dateo neighborhood Walking around Piazzale Dateo, we spotted this elegant Sicilian restaurant on Via Goldoni, which even from the outside exuded sophistication and elegance. When lunchtime arrived, we entered, and our excellent initial impression was immediately confirmed. The welcome was warm and professional, and Mr. Saverio, who we later learned is the owner, escorted us to our table, also telling us the restaurant's history. The dining room is meticulously designed, elegant but never overbearing, with tastefully set tables and pleasant background music playing at the perfect volume. The menu offers authentic Sicilian cuisine, with the option of choosing à la carte or following the advice of the head waiter for a tasting menu. We chose caponata, puntarelle with shrimp, linguine with sea urchins, and rigatoni alla Norma: Sicilian dishes prepared with quality ingredients and truly authentic flavors. While we waited, we were offered a taste of sfincione, arancini, and panelle, all delicious, while the bread was served warm and fresh from the oven. The prosecco from a Trapani winery, recommended by the head waiter, was also excellent, a perfect pairing for lunch. The portions were well-balanced: satisfying but not heavy, leaving room for dessert as well, in our case an excellent Sicilian cannoli. After coffee, we said goodbye to this splendid restaurant in the Dateo neighborhood of Milan, certain to return soon, thanks in part to the kindness, professionalism, and discretion of all the staff.
