Everything was perfect! I enjoyed a wonderful, varied vegetarian menu, and the natural wine was divine! The service was attentive and gave us plenty of time between courses. Bringing our dog was also no problem. Found thanks to the Michelin Guide! ☺️

Very well-kept restaurant, truly friendly staff. We ate facing the kitchen so we could appreciate the chefs' work. High-quality food, carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Truly delicious, recommended for trying something different.

A wonderful discovery in Alghero. Plenty of space in the various rooms, high ceilings, and generous tables where you never feel cramped. A chic bohemian decor completes the ambiance. Then, the cuisine is incredibly delicious: all the ingredients are prepared to bring out their most authentic taste and flavor. A well-chosen wine list. Special praise for the pastry chef who masterfully handles textures and aromas.

Alghero on Michelin: here we are at La Saletta! Superb three-course tasting menus to suit all appetites and budgets. We chose the largest menu at €100, including eight glasses of wine (one for each course). What a delight! So many flavors and unusual ingredients (moray eel, grilled fish skin petals, etc.). All these dishes were presented on beautiful handcrafted tableware, showcasing each one brought by the highly competent staff. A selection of top-notch wines was also available. We gave our regards to the chefs and the team as we left. Perhaps we'll return, this time with a table in the first dining room to enjoy the view of the glass-enclosed kitchen. Superb value for money!

Great food, delicious and tasty compositions in the tradition of the Sardinian cuisine presented in a beautiful way. Beer or wine, alcoholic or non-alcoholic. Friendly service. I can only highly recommend. The only downside, there is no parking, difficult to find public parking and no valet parking.

23/02/2026: Excellent service, quality food expertly prepared. I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat "Pesce." The owner, Giulio, is a very kind gentleman whom I had the pleasure of meeting. We will definitely be back.
