We ate at Sibilla on a perfect Spring day between visiting Villa Adriana and Villa D’Este. Everything about the restaurant is special: the setting, nestled against the ruins of a Roman temple above a succession of waterfalls descending into a gorge, is unique. The service is charming and attentive. The food is beautifully cooked and prepared with very fresh ingredients, topped by lovely presentation. Truly a memorable experience and one to savour.

Spectacular place in the center of Tivoli. Excellent food, they are friendly, quick and good. One flaw...difficult parking..be careful of the restricted traffic zone..

What a great dining experience! We celebrated a personal highlight - and what a great place to do so. The red wine, primi and secondi were delicious. A restaurant to return to.

I made reservations for my husbands birthday and was not disappointed. The ambience was as I expected, almost like I was on a move set, lol. We enjoyed the evening with the 200BC columns by our table, what history. This was find dinning at its best n Tivoli!

01/04/2024: We had Shooters and White Shooters pizza. It was amazing! Absolutely loved it. The Tiramisu was PHENOMENAL! The staff was friendly and really nice :) would love to visit again..
