We've been going there for years and it's always a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

This restaurant is immediately outside of the exit of the Villa Gregoriana gift shop. You can dine next to an ancient Roman temple, which is stunning. It’s right on the cliff, so you can see amazing views of waterfalls and the nature of Tivoli. The food is amazing, as is the service. Service and food quality aren’t exactly issues when it comes to dining in Italy (in my experience, at least). The walls outside have plaques of all the royalty who have dined there, and there are also large pieces of ruins from even older structures of that area to see. It’s a gorgeous place with great food. You’ll love it.

Magical location, incredible view, and dreamy atmosphere. It exudes true Italian style. Excellent service. I'd just opt for a few more original dishes.

A dreamlike setting with equally tasty and beautifully presented dishes. If I wanted to make a good impression, I'd definitely recommend Sibilla!

Lunch for two during the week. We found a table inside (which wasn't a bad idea at all). We ordered buffalo mozzarella and hand-sliced prosciutto. The latter was excellent, except for the mozzarella, which was at least two days old (sorry, but you've got someone whose brother-in-law owns a dairy in Salerno...). Then we ordered two farro pappardelle with cherry tomatoes, very tasty but also smothered in oil, which, while good, was almost too much. Excellent service. The prices are steep considering that until recently, this place was popular even for its average prices. The location is definitely worth it, with its temple and view of Villa Gregoriana.
