Well done, well done We just had dinner in this wonderful place. We arrived early and it was just us. We were pampered from start to finish. We chose a tasting menu and what can I say, everything was excellent from the starter to the dessert. Excellent raw materials and dishes prepared with care. Note of merit to the tasting of the oil offered with homemade bread still warm, a sublime experience. Last but not least, we they offered a bottle of bubbles. If there had been 6 stars I would have given them good again.

Refinedly welcoming restaurant, it expresses a cuisine focused on the quality and authenticity of the raw materials. We were greeted in a professional manner as even before taking the order they informed us of a small delay of 5 minutes which would not last any further. While we waited, the Maître offered us a prosecco and a focaccia, and the order arrived promptly compared to what had already been said, making us appreciate the gesture and showing high professionalism on the part of the staff. The excellent food, vegetables from the garden of the same owner as the restaurant, authentic products and flavors of those who make catering a passion even before a profession. Starter, main course, dessert, wine and cover charge in line with market prices, absolutely repaid by the product offered. Welcome note to Mrs. Simona and her story about the well....no spoilers! Highly recommended.

The place is very nice, furnished with taste and care. Finally a place with tables at the right distance and not all close together to reach as many seats as possible. Kind, courteous service and the passion for the cuisine and the place shines through. All very good food, from the trimming croquette, to the amatriciana, carbonara, up to the quail. The only note noted by the sommelier was an excessive mark-up on wines. Medium-high cost. A pleasant experience :)

Un luogo incantevole immerso nel verde... Un'atmosfera magica tanto che non sembra affatto di essere dentro Roma. Io e il mio ragazzo lo abbiamo scelto per festeggiare il nostro anniversario. Abbiamo provato la degustazione da 4 portate. Abbiamo scelto quella a base di carne, lasciandoci stupire dallo chef per le singole portate! Tutto veramente squisito, in particolare la faraona ripiena che si è rivelata una vera prelibatezza. Il personale è stato cortese e molto attento. Essendo gennaio, abbiamo cenato all'interno: il locale si presenta molto bene ed è arredato in maniera semplice, ma con buon gusto. Siamo ora curiosi di tornarci nel periodo estivo per goderci lo spazio esterno. Torneremo sicuramente. Molto consigliato!

Pleasant surprise. We went here for Christmas lunch with a large table. What can I say, a sober and refined location, good, delicate and original food, kind, professional and helpful service. We will definitely be back in good weather because the place is worth it and to try other dishes too. Highly recommended.

Ok my experience was excellent, three of us had Christmas lunch. The very refined environment is elegant in its simplicity, the dishes are balanced and delicious. They received us with a basket of bread and focaccia made by them. The very knowledgeable and kind dining room staff, finally we asked for the dessert proposed for the occasion and others from the menu and I can say that we ended on a high note, everything was delicious.

Personale gentilissimo, molto professionale e competente. Cibo ottimo e presentazione impeccabile. Ambiente curato e molto tranquillo. La mia cagnolina è stata accolta benissimo e coccolata. Da provare e tornarci tutte le volte che si ha voglia di mangiare bene, in un ambiente molto rilassante e rigenerante.

Siamo stati al bistrot bio il 1 dicembre con degli amici e abbiamo passato una serata incantevole. Ambiente rilassante, personale di sala competente e attento, cibo ottimo cucinato da cuochi giovani e appassionati. Una chicca? pane buonissimo autoprodotto da Federico. Tutti attenti anche ai dettagli, ci torneremo sicuramente, bellissima serata.
