Excellent quality ingredients. The menu doesn't offer a huge selection, as is appropriate for the quality and flavor of the dishes. In fact, all the dishes were delicious, like the stuffed guinea fowl, the endive, or the gricia with artichokes, while others were simply outstanding, like the roasted pumpkin. The place is very welcoming. Excellent, in fact, excellent.

A refined atmosphere in a location that feels as fresh as if you were outside Rome. This bistro is located in the Portuensi Hills area. The interior decor is truly well-crafted. The service is excellent. The food is truly exceptional. I recommend the gricia with artichokes. A place to visit both in winter and especially in summer, when the entire exterior is beautifully decorated and you can enjoy the garden.

A splendid farmhouse surrounded by greenery. Everything is truly organic, and the finest ingredients are used, which Chef Marco truly knows how to prepare with originality and elegance. Manager Alessandro is a wonderful host. Even waiter Leonardo is very professional; ask them all for advice on dishes and wines. Wander the beautiful garden surrounding the farmhouse. I recommend the appetizers and the perfect carbonara! The raspberry tart is a delight.

I wasn’t planning to go anywhere, but I got a bonus on a website (you can see it in the photo) and decided to treat myself a bit. Ordered pasta — and it turned out to be the perfect choice! Simple dish, but the taste was on point.

Beautiful location, large outdoor spaces where you can spend the day with games for the kids. It's a shame the food quality doesn't live up to the location. Small portions, high prices, and poor quality. A real shame.

02/12/2025: I'll be back! As soon as I get back to Rome, I have to try all the dishes I missed on Saturday. Delicious cacio e pepe, spectacular vegetables, unbeatable desserts, and for those coming from Pavia, that wholesome, warm Roman atmosphere that stays with you even afterward!!!
03/11/2025: It was a pleasure to discover this restaurant. I went there on Sunday for lunch and found the food delicious and the staff friendly.

06/05/2026: An excellent restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere and outstanding food. Our visit to 3Quarti Prati on April 29, 2026 was an unforgettable experience. The dishes were delicious, high-quality, and beautifully presented – every bite was a pleasure. A special thanks goes to waiter Enzo, who was absolutely professional, incredibly kind, and genuinely funny. Thanks to his attentive service, positive energy, and sense of humor, we had a truly amazing evening and felt warmly welcomed throughout our visit. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Rome who is looking for great food, a pleasant atmosphere, and top-level service. We would be more than happy to return.
05/05/2026: The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. They gave helpful and appropriate recommendations for every order. Truly very good. A little tip: Go early; it was already full 10 minutes after opening.
