12/05/2025: Nothing to say about the environment, beautiful, formal, unique and well-kept. The food was good, nothing spectacular but it was still edible, although I must say that the portion of cappelletti with ragù was a bit small, and did not fill me up completely, while my companion's mutton was a nice dish. There are definitely better Osterie in Ravenna. The weak point is definitely the service, slow and without a minimum of attention to the customer, this is because the restaurant will host at least 100 tables, so something is bound to be lost. We ordered for 13.25, at 14.00 we had only eaten the appetizer, and we were starving. So we were forced to ask a waitress for the first courses, who went to the kitchen and came back simply telling us that they had forgotten the order... by half an hour, and well, it can happen. We go to pay and the man at the cash register, all amused, gives us the bill without even giving us a small discount for the inconvenience, since in the end the dishes arrived at 2.15 pm, after almost an hour after we ordered them. Shameful, the care for the customer is non-existent, with all the tables they have I don't think they can't afford to give a discount for an inconvenience.

Friendly, kind and helpful staff, they make you feel like one of the family. Clean and well-kept, an enchanting place in the Romagna hills with an equally enchanting view.

01/06/2025: Typical Romagna trattoria with local dishes with pasta all rigorously handmade, absolutely to try. The second courses are also well prepared, to order the beans with pork rinds that recall forgotten flavors. Honest prices and convenient parking. Better to book.

05/06/2025: Sono stata diverse volte in questo ristorante e tutte le volte torno a casa super soddisfatta. Servizio conviviale e simpatico, disponibilità e gentilezza, cibo ottimo e porzioni belle abbondanti. La location ha il suo perché, d’estate cenare al calar del sole sul lago è davvero molto bello e non ci sono zanzare !!! Per non parlare del conto finale, prezzi onestissimi. Sono certa che tornerò di nuovo perché è un posto che vale molto !

04/06/2025: Siamo andati a festeggiare un compleanno e siamo stati splendidamente. Tutti i ragazzi super cordiali, sopratutto Omar che ci ha coccolati fin dall’arrivo. Tutti i piatti buonissimi e abbondanti, in più l’atmosfera romagnola ha reso la cena ancora più divertente. Ci torneremo presto!

14/04/2025: Ci siamo tornati copo parecchio tempo per festeggiare un anniversario di matrimonio, non abbiamo foto dei piatti perche eravamo talmente impegnati a gustarceli in un'atmosfera rilassante e coccolati del personale e dalla Lilly. 03/05/2025: Absurd experience.. last night there were 8 of us celebrating a birthday, in two dishes we found dead animals, absurd in two dishes it's serious. Not to mention the grilled meat was very salty and left all the way uneaten also because I know that I put the salt in the quantity I want, not even bringing the eolian salt to the table when we asked for it the answer was there is seasoning. To conclude, next to the meat there were vegetables, of which the courgettes were sour and rotten, you could already smell them but I won't tell you the taste guys...very sour, inedible. the owner, instead of apologizing for the fool he made, gave us the answer: yes but the animals were alive on the plate!!! (They were cooked together with the ragù). Zero cleanliness in the kitchen, the place was full of mosquitoes and bedbugs, I pay you and I want the stuff to be done properly and above all fresh, you can't bring me a ragù with dead animals inside, and smoke cigarettes while cooking!! this is the stuff of nightmares. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND DUE TO THE BAD EXPERIENCE. In fact I advise the owner to close the restaurant if he is not able to manage it!.

21/04/2025: We went for a dinner... nothing special... the only positive thing was the very friendly waiter who walked the miles between one room and another of the restaurant... in fact they didn't put us in the "official" room but in a slightly dated room called the "cellar" with an embarrassing silence... without a lick of music... which in some places would remove the embarrassment of talking to the diners.... the food was nothing impressive, in fact I didn't really understand the taste of the dishes... expensive price for what we got consumed...the guy who served us was really nice...maybe when booking I would let the diners know where to place them in the restaurant (I booked in advance to dine in the tower but I didn't end up in the cellar)... :) patience..TOP POSITION IN THE CENTRE!

15/04/2025: We ate here before leaving for Naples as it is very close to the Rimini Itabus station. And it was a pleasant dinner in the company of the friendly and very kind cooks who welcomed us and recommended the most "local" piadinas and cassoni. I can't say, not having much experience, that it was the best piadina in Romagna, but for the warmth in which we ate it certainly was! And for now, the best squacquerone I've eaten to date. The ingredients felt to be top quality. I recommend everyone who has to leave by evening bus to stop here before leaving!

29/05/2025: Excellent restaurant, elegant and very clean, located on a beautiful hill in front of Castrocaro Terme. Rich menu, both meat and fish based, with "homemade" dishes. Dishes cooked with mastery and high quality ingredients: some from the area. The service is very kind and friendly but, at the same time, not intrusive. Low waiting times. Average cost, some dishes more expensive but in line with the quality of what is served.

26/05/2025: I ate an appetizer of crostini and pizza, one worse than the other, crostini with industrial sauces spread on the bread, tasteless pizza with truly mediocre dough, and they also served me the pizza while I was still eating the appetizer.

06/04/2025: Posto bello ma ancora un poco fresco come temperatura ma ci tornerò sicuramente quando la stagione sarà più calda e visto che è stata un esperienza molto positiva in quanto i cameriere sono tutti molto gentili e competenti nel loro lavoro e i piatti che ho ordinato tutti eccellenti (dall'antipasto ai primi ai contorni e ai dolci) sicuramente portando se possibile anche i miei figli e la mia nipotina. Ancora grazie per avermi fatto passare una buona domenica in compagnia di mio marito.

10/03/2025: Trovato x caso durante una gita a Premilcuore, e devo dire che è stata un ottima scoperta, personale giovane ed attento al cliente, piatti fantastici e prezzo onestissimo!!arrivati senza prenotazione e locale strapieno di domenica a pranzo, dopo una breve attesa ci hanno trovato un tavolino. Il locale è molto bello ed accogliente, niente, dobbiamo ritornarci per forza.
