04/05/2025: The atmosphere of the medieval tavern will surely get you as we did. I believe that if I wasn't driving a car, even wine tasting would be great. The food is very original. Spaghetti al dente which was great. On hot days, everything feels like an oasis. We enjoyed it very much.

21/04/2025: sono stato tante volte in questo ristorante e devo dire che sono andato via sempre felice e con l'idea di ritornare ma oggi è stata una delusione totale, peggio non poteva andare, attesa per le portate a dir poco snervante, nonostante i camerieri fossero molto veloci ma non riuscivano a soddifare tutta la gente presente, cibo di scarsa qualità menù con inganno dove diceva che c'erano due primi ma non era cosi, lasagne scarse di condimento, arrosto misto si misto ma di solo maiale che era anche di scarsa qualità per non parlare della salsiccia che era cosi scadente e di cattivo sapore che non è stata gradita neanche dai cani, il dolce? pastiera dell'anno scorso...immangiabile e durissima, meglio non commentare a mai più

20/04/2025: Sapori tradizionali Locale molto carino e personale molto gentile Pietanze molto buone dai gusti tradizionali del Gargano. Unica accortezza se volete andarci sono le quantità delle porzioni Cercate di non abbondare con la comanda perché le pietanze sono molto molto abbondanti. Per il resto il prezzo è in linea Il personale è molto gentile

13/04/2025: Possono fare solo le pizze…esperienza pessima ! Abbiamo ordinato due misti di carne…peccato che non ho fatto foto. Nel piatto c’erano tre misere bombette, due piccole salsicce e 3 pezzetti di agnello che erano solo ossa. Mai visto un misto carne così misero. Per non parlare delle patatine, erano congelate! 12/05/2025: Never again is fasting at home better. I don't recommend it. Worst meat dishes and we went for it. Terrible table service. No house wine 🍷 not deemed suitable by the manager. Bottled only. 33 cl industrial beer for €5, covers for €3. They fleeced us once and it's worse for them, I won't go back again

17/04/2025: Suggerito da un amico che abita a Deliceto, in altre occasioni non eravamo riusciti a trovare posto perché sempre affollato. Finalmente siamo stati a pranzo lunedì scorso, nonostante non avessimo prenotato. Una fortuna. Il RistoMuseo non a caso si chiama così. Consente di fare un tuffo nella storia dei luoghi con tanti oggetti della tradizione. Posizione invidiabile, prossima all'uscita dell'autostrada di Candela. Presenta anche tavoli all'aperto e un piccolo parco giochi per bambini. Servizio celere e professionale. Ottime le portate, gustose e con ingredienti locali. Deliziosi i piatti tipici, in primis le orecchiette al sugo con mozzarella. Sublime il pancotto con erbette spontanee, patate e olio al peperoncino, servito su fragrante pizza fritta. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. In due abbiamo pagato 55 euro, compreso bevande e coperto. Consigliato a tutti, persino a grandi comitive.

Las cosas cambian, como todos sabemos, pero esta parecía ser una experiencia totalmente diferente. Amistoso. -Sí. Opciones? No tanto. ¿Calidad? No Éramos mesa de 2 y conocíamos a otros 4 de nuestro grupo. Seis comidas eran mediocres en el mejor de los casos - albóndigas, bacalao, caballo eran los principales. Suave o demasiado salado. ¡Cómo esto es tan popular es un misterio! Personal amable. La peor comida en nuestro viaje de 12 días a Puglia

30/04/2025: Achei muito metido, não recomendo. Trabalha de porta fechada. Muito fora do centro histórico, não valeu nada a caminhada.

01/06/2025: I have been going to this place for several years and although the food is good and to my liking, the service has always been a big flaw. This evening, however, was overall embarrassing to say the least. Starting with the wait before being received and having us sit down. Mr. Tony, I imagine the head waiter, took our order without even raising his head to look at who was in front of him. After 1 hour and 20, I repeat 1 hour and 20, our 3 pizzas arrived... a gluten-free margherita, practically raw. Followed by the other two, one of which was topped with a healthy hair. In the meantime, the waitresses wandered between the tables with the dishes in their hands trying to understand who had ordered them... so much so that at a certain point, as if all this were not enough, in front of all the customers present, Mr. Tony thought it a good idea to take back two of them who clearly showed all their disappointment. Once I had finished my pizza and was eager to leave, I headed to the cashier and there too there was a very long line, forced to move to the right or left depending on where the waiters were going!!! In the meantime, there were some who were exasperated by the wait and left the place screaming before they could even eat. In short, an evening totally ruined by the incompetence and disorganization of ALL the staff. Terrible

26/01/2025: Unfortunately, the many negative reviews are well founded. About a month ago, by pure chance, I got some takeaway pizzas which turned out to be really good and well made. With enthusiasm I ordered days ago, always takeaway, 2 pizzas and surprise... completely different and almost inedible. completely rejected

08/05/2025: Mi rifaccio alla recensione riguardante la bravura della cameriera di sala una signora solare sorridente e ben curata la quale ci ha consigliato un buon risotto e uno spritz strepitoso ci ritorneremo sicuramente a dicembre augurandovi un buon lavoro😚

01/05/2025: La Taverna del Duca es acogedora y casual, perfecta para un almuerzo abundante. Nos sentamos afuera bajo los arcos encalados y comimos pasta hecha a mano con salchicha local y ricotta fuerte – rico, picante e inolvidable. El plato antipasto era masivo e incluía polenta frita, verduras a la parrilla y queso local. El servicio fue rápido y amable. Los precios eran muy justos (25 € – 30 € ) , y la comida era reconfortante y auténtica. Esta es una gran opción para una escapada de mediodía durante un recorrido a pie por el centro histórico. Me encantó el encanto de la tierra.

03/05/2025: Posto carino cibo buono ma come primo abbiamo preso le chicche (tipo gnocchi ma piu piccoli) erano buoni ma per 18 € le potevi contare erano più un assaggio che un primo piatto!!! Per secondo spiedino di bombette pugliesi ma non assomigliano minimamente alle bombette ne esteticamente ne come ingredienti!!! Purtroppo me ne vado via insoddisfatto e affamato !!! 😡

27/04/2025: Buonissimo pranzo in pieno centro a Polignano ci siamo accomodati nella saletta interna molto bella. Ottima cucina . Lode di merito particolare al polpo arrosto, cottura perfetta. Prezzi ottimi per la qualità del cibo. Ritorneremo. Consigliato al 100%
