21/09/2025: A small restaurant with unique, vintage decor. You need to be patient with the service, as it's slow. We were on time for our reservation—there were only one table in the dining room—yet we waited about half an hour for the menu, a quarter of an hour to order our main courses, and another half an hour for the first course. I'd say it's too long. The dishes are delicious, like the mushroom risotto (a generous portion), the potato gnocchi, the ossobuco, and the vast assortment of homemade desserts (all very good). The wine selection is varied.

14/10/2025: Excellent quality. Delicious Milanese risotto. Polite and professional staff. Space is a bit cramped (so much so that we were split across three tables) but still manageable, a quaint location. And they bring you Milanese wine. I can't comment on the price; it was a paid company lunch.

08/10/2025: Good quality food, welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, in my only experience at this place, it was very noisy on Sunday lunchtime. I'll have to try again to see if this is a constant.

21/10/2025: Best cheap food! Great portions, €6-8 euro for a pizza, €6-10 for pastas, €3 small wine. Will definitely be dining again. -1 star for poor customer service.

19/09/2025: We do not often go to a restaurant twice on a visit, but we had both lunch and dinner here during our three days in Milan. The T-bone steak is perfect. Absolutely rivals any steakhouse and any Florentino steak you can offer as comparison. The lobster pasta is so delicate and delicious. The eggplant (which I usually do not eat) was expertly prepared and so complexly delicious. The service is beyond and beyond and the setting, while perhaps lacking in a stunning vista, is delightfully charming while providing an intimate surrounding for a wonderful meal. I will be back and highly recommend

30/09/2025: Traditional Milanese dishes, very good cuisine despite the simplicity of the dishes. The only downside is the noise inside the restaurant.

29/09/2025: We had lunch at this typical Milanese trattoria. Two risottos with ossobuco, stracciatella with gorgonzola cheese and homemade crackers, three mondeghili (a kind of pasta made with minced meat), and the typical busecca stew + homemade desserts, all washed down with a good Sforzesco di San Colombano. There's nothing to complain about with the quality of the menu or the service. However, considering the menu is always the same, I think the prices are a bit pretentious, especially at lunchtime, where they could offer a discount or perhaps a cheaper option. In any case, it's worth it at least once.

12/10/2025: Very nice place that feels authentic. Staff are very polite. The osso-buco was not much too my taste. Too soft in flavours for me. But I’ll take a chance to come back and try other dishes.

24/10/2025: A good place where we've eaten often. A terrible review for the banners hanging on their outside gates. From a chic restaurant to a squat look, a real lapse in style. Politics and other expressions of opinion should be conducted in a different context.

08/10/2025: Business dinner, first time at this restaurant; truly a terrible experience! The place is nice, but the tables are packed together, leaving barely any room to walk around or, for example, wash your hands in the bathroom. All, and I mean all, the tables are undersized; there were 12 of us at a table for 8, so you're practically eating with people in your arms and can't even cut your plate... The prices are high, in line with the area, but absolutely unjustified; the dishes are subpar, the cured meats for the appetizers tasted like the ones vacuum-packed from the supermarket, the fried gnocco was covered in oil and inedible, the cotoletta (€31) had nothing to do with Milanese tradition (thin, dry, with two half-ripened cherry tomatoes), and I could go on about everything else we were served. To sum up, a place to rip off tourists, absolutely not recommended!

03/10/2025: A Milanese restaurant I'm very fond of. It's a very popular place, so booking well in advance is almost always necessary. I like the restaurant's retro feel, and even though it's crowded and noisy, it still has charm for me. The cuisine is traditional and good. Service is quick, even when it's busy.

11/10/2025: Trattoria on Via dei Missaglia, typical Milanese restaurant that follows the seasons. Here you'll find mushrooms, asparagus, and artichokes. Both meat and fish, attentive service, and moderately high prices. Convenient on-site parking. Upgrade: Super-delicious pumpkin tortelloni, fantastic Russian salad.

20/09/2025: We had lunch there. Friends had recommended it to us, describing it as a restaurant serving traditional Milanese cuisine, and indeed it is, although, unfortunately, we didn't try the saffron risotto. Everything was good, though perhaps the fried rice and the side dishes weren't exceptional. Along with the bread basket, they brought some delicious crostini, a wide selection of wines, and a very pleasant outdoor area. The price was a bit higher than average, so it's not an excellent value, although overall I'd say it deserves its four stars.

17/09/2025: Al Laghett is a little gem of Milanese cuisine, a place where tradition and passion meet at the table. Here you'll find no frills or artifice, but authentic dishes that tell the story of Lombardy with sincere and comforting flavors. The real star is the riso al salto: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with that unmistakable flavor that only tradition can provide. A true declaration of love for Milanese cuisine. The setting is simple yet welcoming, with a genuine atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The service is friendly, attentive, and fast, helping to make the experience even more enjoyable. Not to mention the convenience of the ample parking, always a precious detail. The outdoor pergola adds a touch of romance, immersed in an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, an experience that perfectly complements the gastronomic offerings. I highly recommend it!!!

07/10/2025: The food is exquisite. If you're coming from out of town like us, their food is everything you're looking for: homemade and delicious. They also have a waiter who speaks Spanish, which was a plus for us who don't speak Italian!

20/09/2025: Best dinner we had in Milan! The staff were warm and welcoming, even trying a few words in our language , showed how friendly they were! The Risotto with Ossobuco was rich and full of saffron flavor it was the best! And the beef tartare (my first time to try this dish) was amazing. Of course we had to finish it with some dessert which was also the best we’ve had in this trip. Great food, great atmosphere, and a truly memorable night. Grazie mille per l’ospitalita!

07/09/2025: Beware of scam! We made a reservation here for 7:00 PM on Saturday evening, after an amazing day at Autodromo Nazionale Monza for Formula 1. Unfortunately, the unreliable Italian public transport took over 2 hours to get us back to Milan, which meant we missed our booking. We called the restaurant to explain the situation, hoping for some understanding or at least the option of a later seating. Instead, we were met with zero flexibility, no willingness to help—and finally, they hung up on us. The very first thing they did afterwards was to charge our Mastercard €500. Avoid this place at all costs.
