I really liked this restaurant. It's like "grandma's house." The atmosphere is old-fashioned and reminiscent of the scents of times gone by. The menu is extensive and typical of Milanese tradition. My husband and I ate well, and the price met our expectations. I hope to return. 🤞

Excellent food and incredibly helpful service from the wait staff and owners. A slice of paradise, unlike any other in the city, nestled in a wisteria garden and a centuries-old vine that makes everything even more magical.

I had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic trattoria for the first time, and the experience was truly positive. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, ideal for elegant or special occasions.
The staff was attentive and always available, helping to make the service smooth and enjoyable. As for the dishes, they were beautifully presented and prepared with quality ingredients: each course was balanced in flavor and meticulously crafted. The menu also offered excellent variety, catering to a wide range of tastes. Overall, a very satisfying experience that I would highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

We received a very warm welcome; the waiter immediately struck up a pleasant conversation with us, telling us that he had lived in Stuttgart. The ambiance is a bit like an Italian living room, and the menu offers a wide selection. We started with an antipasti platter and bruschetta. Both were good. For our main course, we had the lasagna, which was also okay.

Midweek lunch in a rustic yet elegant and refined setting, a 10-minute drive from Porta Romana. Special attention was paid to traditional Milanese cuisine, from appetizers to dessert. I had mondeghili, fried rice, boiled meats, and caulatt, along with water and a quarter of Gutturnio. Total: €41 per person (there were two of us). The staff was friendly and helpful.

I’ve tried it many times with an open mind. Service is wonderful and cheerful but dishes are just mediocre: mondeghili (somehow called mondeghini) were both oily and dry, risotto al salto isn’t a risotto but a rice cake, tiramisù was way too liquid. Prices are at par with other restaurants in Milan with much better food quality.
