02/10/2025: We had lunch the last week of September at a very nice restaurant overlooking the canals. The ravioli with gorgonzola and walnuts were almost cold, and the Milanese cutlet was undercooked, almost rare, with the breading disconnected from the meat. Overall, a poor rating.

04/10/2025: Forget rustic chic: here we're in the midst of modern industrial style at its finest. A mix of concrete, metal, and soft lighting that perfectly complements HangarBicocca's aesthetic. The atmosphere is truly welcoming, an unexpected haven where you're happy to sit. The service did its part to make the experience enjoyable. I found the waiters courteous and attentive, the kind of staff that makes you feel cared for without being intrusive. It's a pleasure when the attention in the dining room is so human and warm. I opted for a tagliata with potatoes, a classic test. I must say that the cuisine is decently crafted. No flights of fancy, just honest ingredients and proper preparation. The flavor was there, the meat was cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, there's a crucial "but" that weighs on the entire experience: my dish arrived barely warm. A cardinal sin. A tagliata, or any dish, served at an insufficient temperature loses half its value and doesn't do justice to the kitchen's hard work. On a simple dish, it's attention to detail that makes the difference, and it was lacking here. And then there's the bathroom issue. While the dining room is well-kept and clean, the restrooms were dirty. In such a prestigious setting, restroom hygiene cannot and should not be overlooked. It's a detail that casts a shadow on the overall attention to the restaurant's management. In short, Iuta has what it takes to be an excellent bistro: the ambiance is fantastic, and the staff is top-notch. But if they don't address the issue of the food temperature and, above all, the cleanliness of the restrooms, they risk being a missed opportunity. It's worth a visit for the atmosphere, but go with the hope that these flaws have been addressed.
