11/11/2025: A lovely restaurant in Camogli seaside. They offer excellent quality seafood. The portion is fine as well. It’s a pity that they don’t have any house wine and ordering a bottle of wine, a quick lunch visit became expensive. Not big tables but they are much better size than other restaurants nearby. Parking is not easy but there paid street parking much available during the low tourist season.

10/11/2025: We were greeted with a welcome glass of Prosecco and a welcome appetizer by attentive and helpful staff. A delicious fish and shellfish dinner, beautifully served and everything tasted great. Stunning sea views! Recommended 😉

21/10/2025: It was a small but delicious place on a side street. We opted for a snack of pasta, potatoes, and tiramisu for lunch. Their pesto pasta was absolutely delicious. The fact that it's open, especially at lunchtime when most places in the area are closed, is a huge advantage for tourists. While we didn't particularly enjoy the tiramisu, we found the food delicious.

08/10/2025: The seafood soup just what I needed for the night. The waiter is very friendly and tentative.

23/08/2025: With a reservation: it took over half an hour to get us seated, they didn't ask us for drinks for an hour, and the appetizer arrived an hour and a half after we arrived. Mulled wine, stale bread, and the mixed fried fish ordered for two was a meager portion. When the dish arrived, the question was, "Are those two portions?" The answer was, "Yes," and then, when I asked at the cashier, they said, "They weren't two portions, but one, because they'd run out," but they'd still marked two portions on the bill. After a brief discussion, they still discounted it. It's a shame because the food is good.

20/08/2025: Rustic, traditional, and exceptional. Great hospitality and excellent food! We went for lunch three times in four days! Many thanks to the owners and staff.

09/11/2025: Located just steps from the market, the setting is quite pleasant—it's a shame the service left something to be desired… “No more tables available,” we were told. Fine. But what a surprise to see other customers arrive without a reservation right after us! Lucky for them, we got a prime spot… right in front of the entrance. Drafty atmosphere included. I tried to place my order in my rather broken Italian (good intentions count, right?). And then, plot twist: the owner spoke perfect French… but only to the other customers. Apparently, we weren't to his liking—or perhaps my imaginary Neapolitan accent scared him off 😅. As for the food: a Caprese salad for a starter, simple and satisfying. Crispy fried sardines (with a slice of lemon, mind you, not a whole wedge, don't overdo it). Next, two plates of spaghetti alle vongole with zucchini: generous with olive oil, a little less so with smiles. The bill: €65 for everything. Decent, nothing spectacular. In short, an honest meal, nothing more, nothing less… but we're not sure we'll go back without a little welcome note as a bonus.

23/09/2025: It's a hotel that has maintained its hospitality, service, and elegance, a rare sight these days. The building is historic, with wonderful common areas. The rooms lack nothing. The food is truly excellent. Traditional Ligurian dishes are expertly prepared. It's truly difficult to ask for more. The prices are more than reasonable.

31/08/2025: Everything is excellent quality, from cured meats and cheeses to Ligurian-style rabbit, it's hard to find a better first course. Their homemade desserts are also highly recommended, such as port melon ice cream and berry meringue pie!

17/10/2025: A wonderful experience. While passing through Badalucco, we were looking for a restaurant and randomly chose Cian di Bià. We didn't know we needed to make a reservation, but we were still very kindly welcomed. This restaurant offers 4 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, a dessert, and coffee for 40 euros, all inclusive except wine. The dishes are generous and very good. The cuisine is local and succulent. A place to remember. Thank you, ladies.

12/09/2025: A small but welcoming restaurant nestled among the Ligurian alleyways of Badalucco. Traditional cuisine, beautifully presented and prepared by a young chef who, if I were a fan of superlatives, I'd call it exceptional. The food is plentiful and reasonably priced. We were a couple for lunch and will definitely be back. Best regards, and thank you for your hospitality.

05/11/2025: €136 euros for 3 nights out of season 2nd to 5th November. Didn't use the pool or the beach so basically just parking and electricity. Intermittent showers .. very annoying as it takes ages stood in freezing water trying to set the temperature.. one minute too hot, the next too cold. The water is only on for a very short time so very difficult to shower properly. Same with the sinks and dishwashing sinks. The toilets and showers are always wet because they're 'cleaned' by a guy who just hoses them down with a hose pipe .. he must have worked in a prison. Everything wet through and cold all day. That, to me, is testament to how they feel about their clients. The owner's should lock themselves in here and use their own facilities for a week. The lighting in the washroom is virtually non existent .. everything dark, dingy and wet. We were put up on the second level. Very tight parking spots. Be careful when you drive up the steep hill, we scraped our exhaust and drove up very slowly. Didn't use any of the other facilities, but my impression of the place is its a tourist trap money grab .. saving a few pennies on water and electricity. No WiFi except in reception. How about putting boosters in??? Or would that be too considerate to your clients. My advice .. try one of the other sites. They were closed in November so we had no choice. Luckily only had to stay 2 nights.

Surrounded by greenery, it offers numerous tables inside and outside under the covered terrace, offering a splendid and wonderful view of the sea and mountains. Be careful: from the center of Voltri, when you turn right, you'll take a road that's about 2 kilometers long, but it's only one lane. Therefore, if you encounter a car coming from the opposite direction, you'll have to reverse for several meters before finding a clearing where you can turn. My advice is to go with a small car like a Panda, Fiat 500, or a Smart, otherwise you risk reversing for 2 kilometers. You can park your car in a small parking lot located just below the restaurant. As soon as we walked to the restaurant from the parking lot (it takes about 10 minutes), we were greeted by the owner Luca, who was welcoming, smiling, competent, friendly, and helpful. He sat us at an outdoor table. We ordered an appetizer of breaded and fried stuffed anchovies to share. 02/11/2025: This was my second time eating here. The first time I ate in the evening, and despite the limited seating in the dining room, we had to wait forever to be served. I have to say, everything we ordered was good. We returned on a Saturday for lunch, and the restaurant was crowded. This confirmed that eating requires a lot of patience. Between ordering and being seated, we waited 50 minutes, and I have to say, the appetizer was mediocre, except for the creamed cod. The artichokes that accompanied it were a bit disappointing. I won't go into detail about the house appetizer, which was sent back to the sender, except for the cured meats, of course. Another 45 minutes for the first course after we'd finished the appetizer. It was unnerving. I won't be returning.

04/11/2025: I'd say it was one of the best dinners of this summer. In July, we were fortunate enough to dine outdoors at tables set in the alleyways of Lavagna. Before going into detail, such attentive, thoughtful, and professional service is hard to come by, so kudos and credit to a young waiter who truly stood out for all these qualities. He could easily work in a Michelin-starred restaurant. Otherwise, excellent, high-quality food and an extensive wine cellar. We truly would never have imagined such high quality in such a charming setting as the alleyways on a summer evening.

23/11/2025: I was there for the first time over thirty years ago. I still remember the nickname of a very friendly waiter, 'Maciste' 🙂. I've been back several times, the last a couple of years ago. The great thing about this place is that the cuisine, which is traditional, hasn't changed much. The trio of first courses, which can even be four or five if you like, are a must! But the meat is also spectacular. You usually leave here full and satisfied. Top 💯💯💯 The first courses are always delicious

19/11/2025: We arrived at Trattoria Settembrin on October 26th, during a motorcycle trip with friends. The restaurant is located in Carasco, a small hamlet in a quiet area of ​​the Graveglia Valley, next to the stream of the same name. It's a very quaint place, but with limited space around it. I must say that being on a motorcycle helped, as with a car we would have had a harder time finding parking near the entrance. The atmosphere is reminiscent of an old-fashioned trattoria, with a family-friendly atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The frescoes on the ceiling in the upper room are beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful, even though the restaurant was full, which inevitably made things a bit slow—all in all, normal for a busy place. We were pleased with the food: typical Ligurian dishes, generous portions, and authentic flavors. The first courses, in particular, were very good; personally, I would have liked them tossed in their sauce and not just placed on top, just to help the pasta bind together better and bring out the sauce even more. Everything that followed was delicious, with homemade and delicious main courses and side dishes. The quality/price ratio was more than fair, and we left feeling satisfied.
