10/11/2025: I'm talking about the restaurant only. The food is truly excellent. Traditional Ligurian dishes, cooked with skill and expertise. It's hard to ask for more. The prices are more than reasonable. From the welcome to the table service, everything was excellent. Truly talented, and congratulations to all the staff. P.S. The cheeses served on black slate have nothing to do with the class and atmosphere of the place. Definitely worth a try.

06/01/2026: I used to come here with my parents way back in the old days. 😁 We returned with our son and our two dogs today. Very efficient service, welcoming place, good-quality products, creative and traditional dishes. The fried octopus was a bit too tasty, but it was crispy, soft, and very well served. All the dishes were generous. A special mention goes to the Russian salad, which was truly balanced and melting on the palate. The wine list is adequate. Dishes can be chosen from the general menu or the daily menu. Dessert is served in decidedly oversized quantities; I'm writing this to save room for it. 😀

05/01/2026: A truly positive experience. A lovely place, well-decorated and with well-spaced tables, in a central area of ​​Genoa yet secluded enough to enjoy a quiet setting. Easily accessible by public transport and on foot. The ingredients are certainly of high quality, and you can taste it. We enjoyed fried anchovies and lean capon, both expertly cooked. Then the stewed cuttlefish and spaghetti with fish sauce were truly delicious. The service was impeccable, with its friendliness, helpfulness, and attentive service. The wine selection was good. We were a bit rushed due to our theater appointment, but we'll be back to enjoy other dishes at our leisure. Prices are reasonable for the quality. Highly recommended!

30/12/2025: A quiet, family-run restaurant serving traditional Ligurian food, located in a quaint village.

26/12/2025: Trattoria in name, but NOT in fact. Like every year before Christmas, we go to a different trattoria with friends, but this year we were very disappointed. The first wine they brought us tasted like stale wine, and it was truly disgusting. Thankfully, the second course was good. The appetizers were fairly unremarkable, except for the carpaccio, which was very respectable. The ravioli were good, but topped with a completely unremarkable tomato sauce, which made the whole thing truly mediocre. The lasagna, on the other hand, was very good. The lamb was okay, but the Italian-style fried food... raw vegetables stuck to bland, rubbery batter, truly disappointing. The desserts were okay, but nothing special. Another negative is the quantity of food: I go to a trattoria to fill up, not to starve. But here, despite having a few courses, we still woke up hungry. Just to give you an idea, we ordered some ravioli and some lasagna to share, so that each person had a generous half portion of ravioli and half of lasagna. Seven ravioli and a handful of lasagna. These quantities don't exist in a real trattoria, I'm afraid. And to make matters worse: the exorbitant price of €50 per person, truly insane and outrageous compared to other places. The staff, on the other hand, is exceptionally friendly and warm. I don't recommend going there, especially since the hills around Genoa are chock-full of a thousand, a thousand times better, alternatives.

03/01/2026: We spent New Year's Eve here. The food was excellent. The dessert was okay. The seating was much too close together for my taste. It could have been decorated more appropriately for the occasion. At midnight, they were eagerly waiting for us to pay and leave. A shame. But all in all, it was a lovely evening.

02/01/2026: Everything was fine and normally I don’t leave reviews because I consider them pointless. I work in the service industry myself and I know how often reviews are unfair or unfounded. However, this time my wife suffered from food poisoning and was vomiting all night and still feels terrible. During the day we shared one pizza, but in the evening we ate at this restaurant. We shared one appetizer, I ate pasta and feel completely fine, while my wife ate the dorado (white fish). This is the only dish she ate that I did not taste. At the moment she is clearly suffering from food poisoning. We did not drink wine or any other alcoholic beverages that evening, so the fish seems to be the cause.

14/12/2025: Excellent cuisine. The Orecchia d'elefante (true Milanese) is the best! We returned today, December 21, 2024, and it's always excellent. We returned yesterday, December 13, 2013, and wanted to vary and try different dishes: Beef Tartare, Foie Gras, Stockfish with Green Sauce, Crème Caramel, and Chestnut Semifreddo. As always, everything was delicious, and the place is highly recommended.

15/10/2025: An excellent dinner in a truly enchanting location. I dined at this fantastic restaurant for my boyfriend's sixth anniversary. We had a great time, and the food was delicious. We ate with a view of Rapallo. If I were to return to Rapallo, I would almost certainly eat here again!

28/10/2025: Excellent trattoria, with a limited menu, but all excellent. The pesto is delicious, unlike any other restaurant, along with other traditional Ligurian dishes. Friendly service, the place is always clean and tidy. The only drawback is the parking, but we're in Genoa, and that's standard practice. If you're in the area, give it a try: it's worth it.

31/12/2025: Excellent experience. High-quality, beautifully presented dishes. Delicious. The service was excellent. The price was appropriate for this beautiful venue. While the coffee was good, €3 seems a bit high, but it's easily overlooked. Ideal for a sophisticated, elegant dinner.

29/11/2025: A delightful place surrounded by olive groves. Unrivaled food: fresh herbs, exquisite ingredients, meticulously prepared, beautiful dishes. The #1 appetizers, starting with the frisciöi (small pieces of onion fried together like tempura), the oozing blue cheese flan, the vegetables stuffed with vegetables, ricotta, and meat (I'd say no to peppers). Gnocchi with rabbit!! Unparalleled stroscia with cold zabaglione. The nocino is a must, and the black bread is superb. Elvira is always great, Paolo is very kind. Fabulous wines, the Rossese (in glasses, like all the others) is a real hit.

20/10/2025: We ate and drank well, and the service was professional and friendly. Panels will soon be installed to reduce noise, and then it will be 5 stars.
