29/04/2026: We regularly eat at Amici, a local institution that has been run by the same family for over 200 years. The food is always delicious, made with local and seasonal products. The service is excellent, the house wine is good, and it is also very affordable. Highly recommended!
09/04/2026: A beautifully maintained hotel with a restaurant reminiscent of bygone days. Excellent food. Perfect service. We were there for dinner. Be sure to try the Croxetti, the local specialty.

17/04/2026: Don't waste your time and "food" if you pass by Albisola Mare.
Stop here without hesitation if you like fish, and then you have to try the strawberries with pastisse for dessert, a dessert created by the chef, sublime.

It has a broad menu that is full of specialty foods that will be cooked to perfection using the freshest local produce. It will be a holiday for your taste buds. Avoid Portofino tourist trap restaurants and come eat real food. It is very romantic for a couple but also a perfect place to take a family. The restaurant is often full of local groups enjoying the culinary mastery of the chef and the atmosphere.

It's definitely worth a try, especially for the rapport he creates with his customers.

07/04/2026: Excellent dinner, fair price. The staff was incredibly friendly, and especially kudos to the manager, who guides guests through every decision, offering valuable advice. The cheese tasting was excellent, truly unique.
21/03/2026: Ligurian cuisine, tasty and refined. The dishes—those not on the menu—are based on seasonal ingredients: the cabbage rolls stuffed with sea bream are excellent!
The capponmagro, although without the traditional vinegar-soaked biscuit, I found it simple yet flavorful, thanks to its generous green sauce.
Very friendly staff, excellent service; perhaps the only thing that's a bit dated is the restaurant itself. Definitely worth trying again!

12/04/2026: We spent four nights here. A very nice campsite in an exceptional location with very friendly and helpful staff. Just a few steps from the town center. The train station is also within easy walking distance, so we could always leave our car parked. Levanto itself is very pretty. One star deducted for the sanitary facilities. The toilets smelled of urine, and the dishwashing sinks were cramped and impractical. But we will definitely come back here when we are in the area again. The exit from the public parking lot is a bit adventurous for large vehicles.
