15/02/2026: We spent our Valentine's Day dining at this fantastic restaurant. The food was excellent, from appetizer to dessert. The staff was friendly, and the service was both good and fast. You can dine both inside and on the outdoor terrace overlooking the sea, for a dinner with a view. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back ❤️

19/02/2026: Bad experience! Booked for lunch for two. Nothing to choose from, pesto, ragu, or walnut sauce, and then for a main course they only had a small piece of sausage with chips that were not fresh but reheated, and they didn't even have salad. The poor waiter apologized, and the kitchen was yelling and arguing. We left and never returned. Not worth the trip or the €20.

10/11/2025: I'm talking about the restaurant only. The food is truly excellent. Traditional Ligurian dishes, cooked with skill and expertise. It's hard to ask for more. The prices are more than reasonable. From the welcome to the table service, everything was excellent. Truly talented, and congratulations to all the staff. P.S. The cheeses served on black slate have nothing to do with the class and atmosphere of the place. Definitely worth a try.

19/07/2025: Ristorante casalingo, ben illuminato. Nuovo accogliente, ampi parcheggi. Servizio veloce e puntuale. Staff gentile, servizievole, con il sorriso e simpatici. Ravioli al ragù, fiorentine e angus abbondanti ben cotte e caldissime. Patatine a volontà e verdure grigliate. Tutto bagnato da un ottimo vino rosso Montepulciano.

11/01/2026: It was our first time at this restaurant, and everything was truly excellent.

09/01/2026: A negative experience from the very beginning of the reservation. I called to reserve a table for 24 people on a Saturday evening. During the call, the owner assumed it might be a birthday party, and based on this assumption, he proposed a solution that I found completely unbalanced. Specifically, I was offered a fixed menu for €40 per person, including an appetizer, first course, and second course (dessert would have been a cake I brought myself). Honestly, I find this price completely out of proportion and disproportionate to what was offered. Not only was there no dessert, but there were no alternatives or flexibility. I had the distinct impression that the price was more a way to discourage group bookings than to accommodate the customer. For those looking for a venue for a large group or a special occasion, these prices are crazy and completely unjustified. A disappointing experience from the very first contact.

03/01/2026: We spent New Year's Eve here. The food was excellent. The dessert was okay. The seating was much too close together for my taste. It could have been decorated more appropriately for the occasion. At midnight, they were eagerly waiting for us to pay and leave. A shame. But all in all, it was a lovely evening.

02/01/2026: Everything was fine and normally I don’t leave reviews because I consider them pointless. I work in the service industry myself and I know how often reviews are unfair or unfounded. However, this time my wife suffered from food poisoning and was vomiting all night and still feels terrible. During the day we shared one pizza, but in the evening we ate at this restaurant. We shared one appetizer, I ate pasta and feel completely fine, while my wife ate the dorado (white fish). This is the only dish she ate that I did not taste. At the moment she is clearly suffering from food poisoning. We did not drink wine or any other alcoholic beverages that evening, so the fish seems to be the cause.

09/10/2025: Excellent choice of sublime tagliatelle, a thin homemade dough as we Bolognese like it, the exceptional venison ragù, a welcome for me and my furry little girl Margot like family and a delicious dessert with chestnuts 👍👍👍👍👍😡

29/11/2025: A delightful place surrounded by olive groves. Unrivaled food: fresh herbs, exquisite ingredients, meticulously prepared, beautiful dishes. The #1 appetizers, starting with the frisciöi (small pieces of onion fried together like tempura), the oozing blue cheese flan, the vegetables stuffed with vegetables, ricotta, and meat (I'd say no to peppers). Gnocchi with rabbit!! Unparalleled stroscia with cold zabaglione. The nocino is a must, and the black bread is superb. Elvira is always great, Paolo is very kind. Fabulous wines, the Rossese (in glasses, like all the others) is a real hit.

20/10/2025: We ate and drank well, and the service was professional and friendly. Panels will soon be installed to reduce noise, and then it will be 5 stars.

14/12/2025: Excellent cuisine. The Orecchia d'elefante (true Milanese) is the best! We returned today, December 21, 2024, and it's always excellent. We returned yesterday, December 13, 2013, and wanted to vary and try different dishes: Beef Tartare, Foie Gras, Stockfish with Green Sauce, Crème Caramel, and Chestnut Semifreddo. As always, everything was delicious, and the place is highly recommended.

15/10/2025: An excellent dinner in a truly enchanting location. I dined at this fantastic restaurant for my boyfriend's sixth anniversary. We had a great time, and the food was delicious. We ate with a view of Rapallo. If I were to return to Rapallo, I would almost certainly eat here again!

28/10/2025: Excellent trattoria, with a limited menu, but all excellent. The pesto is delicious, unlike any other restaurant, along with other traditional Ligurian dishes. Friendly service, the place is always clean and tidy. The only drawback is the parking, but we're in Genoa, and that's standard practice. If you're in the area, give it a try: it's worth it.
