The products are not fresh, the portions are much too copious and without any real flavor. The plating is quite ordinary. The whole thing is not worth the detour... too bad.

Please keep it up, it doesn't have to be Nouvelle Cuisine or Molecular but Astral like here, because good craftsmanship combined with tradition and innovation is lived. 04/03/2024: Went for lunch. What to say? I would go there every day :) You choose from the menu and it costs very little (they offer this service at lunch). Delicious ravioli, excellent gnocchi with rabbit ragout etc. Also pantesca pasta with anchovies. Perfect tart. Generous portions And the place is cheerful as well as delicious Well done!!!!

15/03/2024: Good dinner at the ostaia in Ribotta! Some really excellent dishes, such as the fish soup and the pancakes as a starter. Others could be improved such as the taglioli with fish ragù and the fruit tart-like tart Friendly and fast service, pleasant environment. Fair prices, recommended!

09/03/2024: L'osteria è un piccolo locale nel centro della città, che fa della semplicità il suo punto di forza. La proposta di Paola Passuello e legata al proprio territorio, ma non rinuncia a qualche escursione in Liguria, tenendo sempre alta l'attenzione per le materie prime soprattutto locali. Potete scegliere di mangiare in una delle tre sale , arredate in modo sobrio o, nella bella stagione, nello spazio esterno posto sul sagrato dell'ex chiesa di San Michele, ora conosciuta da tutti come Diavolo Rosso. Le influenze liguri sono riscontrabili soprattutto nella preparazione di piatti a base di pesce. Per antipasto non perdete la battuta di carne di fassona o il baccalà alla brandacujun , tra i primi gli immancabili agnolotti al plin o le trofie al pesto, come secondo coniglio alla ligure o brasato al barbera. Il bunet, le pesche e cioccolato, il tiramisù completano l'offerta. Ben articolata la selezione dei formaggi. Fornita la carta dei vini incentrata sui rossi piemontesi e bianchi del nord Italia. Ottimi i grissini.
