25/06/2026: Would give 10 stars if I could! We had an amazing dinner at their special event for the San Giovanni holiday. Beautiful setting eating out in the courtyard and the dinner was so delicious! Service was very genuine and welcoming (despite a small language barrier). Stayed over in the standard room. This is not the most luxurious hotel room, but bery authentic in the style of the property and had everything you needed, including a very nice breakfast. Staff was also very kind and helped me set up a surprise in the room! This place is a rare find and amazing value for money. Hope we get a chance to return. Grazie mille!!

03/05/2026: This restaurant is beautiful, interesting, and charming, with beautiful, stunning rooms to sleep in. Excellent, delicious culatello, the most famous Parma food. The staff, both men and women, are excellent, welcoming their kind customers. I highly recommend this restaurant. The ghost of fumera', which in dialect means fog, is here. It's a playful spirit that wanders around at night when the fog falls, swaying the food hanging in the oldest cellars as it passes. To enjoy, century after century, the aroma of the best food in the world: culatello. Long live Parma, I send you my regards. Always honor life. ❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰🏅🏅🏅

17/08/2026: It was our first time at Nonna Emilia's for my dad's birthday. We had a wonderful time - the service was kind, friendly, and helpful, and we received impeccable food and drink recommendations. The appetizers included a platter of cold cuts and a light gnocco fritto, and the cured meats were truly excellent. The pasta was truly fresh. The wines were excellent. The desserts were highly recommended - the nonnamisu was incredibly creamy. We felt right at home. A truly wonderful discovery - a corner of Emilia in Milan.

10/08/2026: My stomach was feeling a bit heavy after eating Roman food every day, so I came to this Emilia-Romagna restaurant. There was a line of customers with reservations even before it opened. I was able to enjoy high-quality, authentic Emilia-Romagna cuisine and had a wonderful time.

01/08/2026: We ate here because it was on our route and we were blown away. We ordered the Scamorza and Sformatino as starters, which were very good. For our main courses, the Tortelli with Cipolla di Tropea and the Tagliatelle with Ragu di Antra were amazing, some of the best pasta we've ever had, a 10 out of 10. For dessert, the Mascarpone was absolutely delicious. The service was also excellent, very friendly and welcoming. Without a doubt, this is a restaurant you should visit if it's nearby—authentic Italian and delicious.

20/07/2026: In a beautiful villa with a well-kept garden and veranda overlooking it, we had lunch at this restaurant for the first time... impeccable and efficient service in describing the day's off-menu items... professional but also friendly... excellent entree with creamed cod, first courses really well executed and plated as well as tasty including those with summer truffle... as a second course, masterfully cooked duck breast with fantastic pumpkin ice cream!! Very fresh and delicious homemade ice creams and sorbets preceded by an excellent pre-dessert!! What can I say... I can't wait to go back!!

11/07/2026: We discovered this restaurant almost by chance and called at the last minute to reserve a table for two. Despite the sudden request, we were greeted with great warmth. Our dog was also welcomed and immediately brought a bowl of fresh water, a gesture we truly appreciated. The wine list is extensive and well-stocked. Since it was difficult to navigate the many labels, a local wine was recommended. It was a perfect choice, perfectly in line with our tastes. The dishes were excellent, carefully prepared and rich in flavor. One of the dishes, however, wasn't what we expected. Without further ado, the staff immediately offered to replace it with another dish. Truly professional and customer-focused service. We also loved the atmosphere: elegant, welcoming, and relaxing. We also appreciated the little touches: a welcome amuse-bouche, a small cake offered while we waited for dessert, and, finally, delicious cookies served with coffee. These are the details that make the difference and demonstrate the passion with which this restaurant welcomes its guests. The restaurant is a bit hidden, but it's definitely worth seeking out. Impeccable service, excellent cuisine, excellent wine recommendations, and sincere hospitality: we recommend it without reservation and will gladly return.

09/08/2026: When we leave for holidays in Umbria we stop at Sasso Marconi for lunch. We have been stopping there for 3 years and every time we find a super welcoming environment, impeccable service attentive to our needs, quality food highly recommended.

09/06/2026: A country trattoria like those of old. Unfortunately, I visited on a Monday evening, when they only serve torta fritta, cured meats, and pasta dishes. But I say "unfortunately" only because I was unsatisfied by the desire to try everything else. Top quality, friendly and efficient service, exceptional value. Not to be missed, especially if you want to sample the specialties of the Parma, Piacenza, and Cremona area, such as culatello, of course, but also the amazing spalla, both raw and cooked.

04/06/2026: We didn't stay at the hotel, but we had lunch at the historic restaurant. The menu offers a variety of fish and meat dishes, and you can choose from several tasting menus. An interesting summer menu is also available.

03/06/2026: Wonderful restaurant inside, excellent, professional service. Excellent ingredients, meticulously prepared dishes. Divinely delicious boiled meat served with their mixed saline. Delicious first courses. Ditto the desserts. The meticulously maintained restaurant begs to be photographed, it's wonderful. The price is certainly not cheap...but it's worth it. The boiled meat cost €29. But the price is absolutely justified. We'll definitely be back.

11/08/2026: We stumbled upon this little restaurant as a family, and we were all very pleasantly surprised: the food was EXCELLENT (we especially loved the pumpkin-stuffed pasta) and everything is handmade on site. The owner was very kind, and we had a wonderful time.
