It's impossible to choose what you eat because the chef does everything depending on seasonal products and availability. Nice experience and well done Francesco. Ad maiora

15/09/2024: Tappa obbligatoria quando torniamo a San Nicola Arcella …location esterna davvero accogliente gazebo in muratura e prato davvero tenuto bene il tutto ben illuminato,sempre all’esterno c’è un grande barbecue in muratura dove vengono cucinati i secondi alla brace. Abbiamo preso per primo le tagliatelle alla quercia davvero buonissime per secondo un buonissimo tris di carne cucinato alla perfezione.. Prezzi un po’ sopra la norma per la zona .

24/02/2025: I have been there several times and would go back again! The quality of the products is excellent and varied. Different and plentiful courses, hot-cold, average cost. It is located before the village of Bova, quite high as a point, so you definitely have to go there on purpose but it is definitely worth it, as well as a breathtaking view of the Strait of Messina. Finally, the digestive kephas par excellence!

02/03/2025: Pleasant discovery! Delicious dishes with excellent raw materials. Generous portions! Our choice of homemade pasta was excellent. My husband, being a vegetarian, still had lunch tasting excellent ricotta and vegetables, beans in the starter and the excellent pasta with mushrooms. Pasta with Eggplant 🍆 really delicious! 😋 The service was really kind, attentive and welcoming. The ingredients were explained to me and I appreciated the kindness of the waitress in the room. The room is very rustic but very tidy, clean and welcoming. I liked everything and I had a chat with the lady at the cash desk (payment by debit card was accepted) and they offered us Zibibbo and biscuits ☺️ I will return to Gerace especially to have lunch here! 11/03/2025: High level restaurant with food prepared with great skill and quality raw materials. The varied menu is exclusively fish-based. Good wine list with wide choice. Only one flaw to report: a single toilet appears inadequate, at least two would be needed given the number of diners. Price from €60 upwards but well spent.

02/02/2025: We tried the 5-course tasting menu (raw starter, cooked starter, first course, second course and dessert), €50 drinks and cover charge excluded. The dishes are chosen by the chef and constantly change based on the availability of the catch of the day. Undoubtedly fresh fish cooked to perfection. Excellent grouper tartare, exceptional seared tuna, delicious decomposed cannoli. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Small but well-kept place. Advised.

26/02/2025: Antonio serves amazing traditional Badolatese tipico in the superiore. Always fresh and prepared perfectly, a do not miss! The atmosphere is an old world experience that is very special and delightful. Step back in time here, enjoy the homemade wine, you are sure to be taken back by this experience as it’s an exquisite experience. Five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thank you Antonio, for your service.

11/10/2024: - This restaurant has a Michelin star. - The restaurant is small, it has 6 tables with very uncomfortable chairs to rest on. - The menu is very simple, the same in terms of the taste of the food, everything was very basic. Nothing seemed spectacular to me. - The plating was very simple. - Regarding the place, it is familiar and pleasant. - Suitable for children if they are used to this type of menu. - They have wifi with a good signal. - Some credit and debit cards are accepted as an additional payment method to cash. - If you have reduced mobility and/or are in a wheelchair, I tell you that access and mobility within the place is of low difficulty. - The place was visibly clean. - The attention was good. - The service was a bit slow. - Parking is small and free. - Reservation yes or yes. - There are several areas of opportunity in which they can improve.

06/11/2024: O hotel Insólito, é completo, um espetáculo a parte, tem uma excelente referência da recepção a Guest Daniela, que faz toda diferença em dois idiomas português/inglês ao apresentar a aérea externa com um brinde em grande estilo, enquanto as malas são deixadas no quarto pelos funcionários, o passeio pela área externa e apresentada, tem duas piscinas enormes uma aquecida, e outra natural, um ofurô, sauna, sala de ginástica, yoga, massagem, tudo funciona muito bem, um quarto com piscina particular, funcionários bem treinados, educados em dois idiomas importante para quem não fala português, limpeza extraordinário, o café da manhã que faz do hotel um diferencial sendo bem servido pelos funcionários, bar, a beira da piscina, uma vista espetacular. Recomendo!!
