La brigata di cucina lavora con una sinergia rara, dando vita a creazioni che parlano del territorio calabrese con uno sguardo contemporaneo. Ogni portata è un racconto autentico, capace di sorprendere per equilibrio, gusto e presentazione. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Rosetta , presenza calorosa e attenta in sala, che rende l’esperienza ancora più accogliente e familiare. E al sommelier Bruno, guida competente e appassionata, che con eleganza accompagna il viaggio sensoriale con abbinamenti sempre centrati. 12/05/2025: Only used the restaurant but it was great. A table full of antipasti. One even tastier than the other. Also a lot of vegetarian. We will definitely go back again.

28/04/2025: Location classica - pulita - Servizio da encomio. Il proprietario ama il suo lavoro e lo si percepisce in ogni singolo momento . Il suo servizio ai tavoli e' d'altri tempi - un vero piacere sedersi alla sua tavola . Siamo stati coccolati con garbo e discrezione . In 15 anni ho piu' di 400 recensioni di vari ristoranti frequentati . Senza dubbio qui al ' Ristorante Barbieri ' ho avuto il piacere di assistere al miglior servizio ai tavoli della mia vita . Mi ha commosso il garbo . Grazie signor Barbieri. La materia prima utilizzata a km zero e' eccellente . Cucina del terroir ben interpretata . Nulla da dire . Il costo dei due antipasti forse era un po troppo ricaricato sebbene molto buono. Nella media il prezzo degli altri ottimi piatti.

22/06/2025: Last night with my partner I had dinner in this restaurant at 8pm we had a mixed starter and also a meat grill for 2 people the cold starter wasn't bad but the hot one was frozen which arrived at 10pm terrible service from the owner at 12am I got the grill the ribs were burnt that not even my dog ​​ate them the cold veal dry sausage dry skewer in a few words horrible I asked to wrap everything up and take it away so I could throw everything in the garbage 😱😱😱😱

17/11/2024: Che dire, polpette le migliori in assoluto della zona, stocco alla trappitara eccellente, il resto ottimo ed atmosfera rilassante. Proprietari sempre gentili, ci mancavo da qualche anno, devo ritornare piu spesso.

02/06/2025: Unfortunately, the location, which has great potential, could not save a terrible dining experience. The service was incredibly slow. We had to wait 10 minutes just for a basket of bread or a bottle of water. When the appetizer finally arrived, it was a strange combination of octopus salad with orange wedge and tuna tartare with honey drops. I asked for a lemon wedge to season the octopus, but my request was considered so complicated that it was necessary to ask the chef. The lemon wedge never arrived, but that's another story. After finally receiving the appetizer at 9:30 PM, we waited until 11:30 PM for the first courses. We reported the delay to both the waiters and the owner, but they continued to make fun of the situation by saying that they were checking and that the dishes were arriving. Tired of waiting, we decided to leave. Finally, the bill came to €160 for the appetizer alone. In my opinion, the service and food were not even half of it.

07/04/2025: Advertising is like lies, they have short legs... I have to say that I was very disappointed with everything, quality, price, 0000, a homemade starter paid €20 but it wasn't even worth €5 for the quality and proportion, all recycled and freshly heated stuff and terrible taste, not to mention the super salty and raw bread made with pizza dough, so I'll leave you to imagine what the pizza might be like. The stinging only had the name sninging. If I can give you some advice, change your job... you're born a restaurateur, you can't invent yourself on the spot

01/01/2025: Characteristic place, with attention to detail that creates atmosphere. Attentive, fast and unobtrusive service. The menu offers mainly fish and typical dishes but there is also some meat on offer. As an appetizer I chose the mixed tasting of raw and cooked. Excellent quality fresh fish.

25/01/2025: I recommend it to all those who are looking for the true concept of agritourism. Very high quality, homemade food, self-produced raw materials, everything delicious. All splendidly accompanied by a vast choice of Calabrian wines of the highest quality and not the usual and anonymous "house wine".

29/10/2024: I had the pleasure of being on business in this wonderful place in the heart of the Sila National Park, a stone's throw from the charming church of San Lorenzo and near Lake Cecita. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with old-fashioned courtesy and friendliness by the owner, Pietro, his wife and their children, really smart guys who run the family business very well. Their warm and genuine hospitality made us feel as if we were guests of old friends, giving us a pleasant feeling of home. I didn't want to leave anymore. The cuisine is undoubtedly the highlight of this experience. Each dish tells the story of the territory: authentic flavors which, in a single taste, make you experience the essence of the Sila Park and Calabria. Tradition is respected in every recipe, but always with an innovative touch that does not distort, but rather enhances the typical dishes of the area. The restaurant's attention to avant-garde and comfort is evident, both from a gastronomic point of view and in tourist hospitality, with an eye to communication and the customer experience. It is a perfect place for those who want to experience the area in an authentic way, savoring dishes that represent a real immersion in the flavors and atmospheres of Sila. 01/06/2025: Prenotato in mattinata, personale gentile ed accogliente. pranzo di domenica, locale con tutti i tavoli occupati, ma in meno di 1 ora avevamo finito di pranzare. rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. cicoria selvatica saltata in padella da non perdere

08/09/2024: Location in the Drapia countryside, we ate at this place a few years ago and I was enthusiastic about it but I have to correct my review; Abundant dishes but the quality of the food is poor and the prices are not typical of a "trattoria". - courgette flower meatballs (the pumpkin was imperceptible and all greasy), just dough. -good pasta! But everyone can make tomato fileja! I spent 50 euros and left dissatisfied and still hungry. You tell me🤔
