04/01/2025: If there is one thing I love when I go out to eat, it is the attention with which a chef welcomes you into his restaurant, making you feel at home. Here, everything is taken care of with passion and professionalism. The dishes are excellent and genuine, prepared following our traditional recipes, which have made us rediscover the authentic flavors of the past. The service was impeccable, with a contagious enthusiasm and a sincere desire to make us leave satisfied and smiling. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

21/12/2024: Welcoming and pleasant environment. Good traditional Calabrian and non-Calabrian dishes. The first courses are excellent, but the real winning dishes are the meat second courses. I recommend the veal cooked in clay. Friendly and professional staff.

20/12/2024: We were in the area for work and liked it so much we had dinner there twice in three days :) Starter, first course, second course... All surprising. The impression is that of traditional cuisine but revisited in truly tasty ways. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the owner is sincerely passionate about his work and his cuisine. Very low prices... With a rare quality/price ratio. If I were in the area again I would definitely go back!

24/12/2024: Typical restaurant in the center of Badolato, one of the most beautiful Italian villages. The place is beautiful and characteristic. The owner who serves the tables is kind and efficient. Let's get to the food: we only ate the first courses and specifically one of the best pasta with porcini mushrooms I've ever tasted (I'd point out that I've had lunch and dinner in almost all of Europe). The wine, both rosé and red, is also truly excellent. Congratulations and I will try to return.

05/01/2025: Ci siamo ritrovati in questo ristorante per caso, durante una ricerca di locali aperti durante la bassa stagione. Avevamo quindi poche aspettative, ma non appena siamo entrati qui la nostra giornata si è completamente svoltata! Accoglienza calorosa e piatti buonissimi! Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto misto tipico che ci ha debitamente preparato all’arrivo del piatto forte: le fileje alla ‘nduja! Ancora le sogniamo di notte: strepitose!! Le più buone mai mangiate! Andateci assolutamente! Ah, nota da non dimenticare: il conto! Prezzi onestissimi, soprattutto per la quantità e la qualità del cibo offerto!

Lamb is one of their favorite specialties!!! I highly recommend it!

01/11/2024: Located in Cantinella a.u. in Corigliano, a lovely bright, private and quiet place. 35/40 seats. I recommend booking. Delicious appetizers made with local products. I took a first course with mushrooms and it lived up to expectations.

30/11/2024: Francesco has a lot of passion in his work and it shows. Homemade and genuine cuisine with ancient flavours. Slow food presidium. It's impossible to choose what you eat because the chef does everything depending on seasonal products and availability. Nice experience and well done Francesco. Ad maiora

17/11/2024: Cucina semplice ma eseguita in maniera impeccabile, con materie prime eccellenti e veramente a chilometro zero. Lo Chef è stato un padrone di casa impeccabile e sensibilissimo alla disabilità. Tutto buonissimo e con un dolce al latte di capra eccezionale. Tutto ad un costo per famiglie.

11/10/2024: - This restaurant has a Michelin star. - The restaurant is small, it has 6 tables with very uncomfortable chairs to rest on. - The menu is very simple, the same in terms of the taste of the food, everything was very basic. Nothing seemed spectacular to me. - The plating was very simple. - Regarding the place, it is familiar and pleasant. - Suitable for children if they are used to this type of menu. - They have wifi with a good signal. - Some credit and debit cards are accepted as an additional payment method to cash. - If you have reduced mobility and/or are in a wheelchair, I tell you that access and mobility within the place is of low difficulty. - The place was visibly clean. - The attention was good. - The service was a bit slow. - Parking is small and free. - Reservation yes or yes. - There are several areas of opportunity in which they can improve.

15/09/2024: Tappa obbligatoria quando torniamo a San Nicola Arcella …location esterna davvero accogliente gazebo in muratura e prato davvero tenuto bene il tutto ben illuminato,sempre all’esterno c’è un grande barbecue in muratura dove vengono cucinati i secondi alla brace. Abbiamo preso per primo le tagliatelle alla quercia davvero buonissime per secondo un buonissimo tris di carne cucinato alla perfezione.. Prezzi un po’ sopra la norma per la zona .

I want to give particular appreciation to Mr. Pork Shank... a dish that Michele knows how to prepare with true skill... truly top!!! You can't not try!!!
