14/10/2024: BUOANASERA E MOLTO CHE NON SCRIVEVO UNA RECENSIONE MA QUESTA LA DEVO FARE SONO STATO PER 2 GIORNI IO E MIA MOGLIE AL HOTEL LE TRE CARAVELLE A PALINURO E SONO TORNATO STAMATTINA IL 14 -10 2024 DEVO DIRE CHE SI STA MOLTO BENE HOTEL ACCOGLIENTE AL CENTRO DEL PAESE E SI MANGIA ANCHE BENE MA LA COSA PIU IMPORTANTE IL NIPOTE DELLA PROPRIETARIA CHE SI CHIAMA MAURO SA GESTIRE MOLTO BENE L'HOTEL E CERCA DI RISOVERE OGNI POBLEMA E TI SENTI COME A CASA GRAZIE DI TUTTO ( LUNICA PECCA CHE NON HO MESSO 5 PALLINE LA CAMERA ANCHE SE ACCOGLIENTE IL BAGNO A BISOGNO DI QUALCHE MODIFICA IL RESTO TUTTO OK

09/07/2025: Yesterday, July 8, 2025, we celebrated my sister's 18th birthday and enjoyed the beautiful location, the quality of the food, and the friendliness of all the staff. It was an evening to remember in a wonderful place... a special thanks to Mr. Nicola!

06/07/2025: Good evening, I was at Villa Monte Caruso this weekend. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, excellent cleanliness and super professionalism.

30/09/2025: I rarely write negative reviews, but our experience here was unacceptable. From the start, the owner seemed completely unbothered by our presence. We were never asked if we wanted anything to drink, and instead of being given the chance to order from the menu, dish choices were provided on a phone typed. The food itself was a major letdown — undercooked, poorly presented, and in particular the carbonara was so salty it was almost inedible. To make matters worse, the owner repeatedly slammed chairs near our table, as if our decision to dine there was an inconvenience to him. The entire atmosphere felt unwelcoming and uncomfortable. Between the lack of hospitality, the disregard for basic service, and the subpar food, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. 15/09/2024: Ho trovato questo posto per caso, ma siamo rimasti davvero sorpresi, soprattutto per i ravioli davvero speciali !!! Torneremo sicuramente

25/08/2024: Abbiamo mangiato sia i ravioli al sugo che la bistecca alla brace. Tutto ottimo! Prezzi bassi e proprietario cordiale e garbato
