22/10/2025: A nice place to grab a bite to eat, either takeout or dine-in. The staff is friendly, and the food is good. They'll even heat it up if you ask. Nothing to complain about; a must-visit for a post-party Saturday night. The only downside is that parking isn't exactly easy.

08/11/2025: Today I was surprised because I ate fish, and I never imagined I'd be able to enjoy fresh fish in the mountains! Clams, shrimp, calamari—all excellent and well-cooked. Sajonara is a must-try in this area. The idea of ​​having to go to the seaside to get fresh fish was proven wrong today. We often look far away, thinking the best is always somewhere else, but instead, it's right there before our eyes. The fried cod was truly top-notch.

After booking in the morning with a deposit request, we returned for lunch and were turned away due to lack of availability, along with dozens of others who had also booked. And after a few complaints, the owner and the cook attacked, armed with knives taken from the kitchen. A disgusting act in the presence of children, including infants. Amidst the general chaos, a person arrived by car and threatened and intimidated people, claiming to be armed with a gun. This is far from Padre Pio's country. A true favela. Truly disgusting people who deserve to be closed down. A human disgrace.

09/11/2025: Staff Quality "0" The staff who answers the phone and accepts "phone-only" reservations should do something else. I called today, November 9, 2025, at 12:30 PM to ask if they were showing the Inter-Lazio match at 8:45 PM, and they said yes. I then booked, leaving my details. They called me back a little while ago at 6:45 PM (so two hours before my reservation) and told me the match they were showing was the Benevento match. Terrible.

01/10/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday. The location was very charming, the atmosphere clean, the service efficient, and above all, the food was good and very well cooked. We were relaxed and comfortable. It was an experience we will repeat.

16/08/2025: I rarely leave reviews because my husband and I often travel unplanned, so we end up eating at the first place we come across, with almost always disappointing results. However, this little restaurant on the edge of the Taburno Park pleasantly surprised us! The location is exceptional, surrounded by simple, well-decorated greenery. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially considering we arrived unannounced and late at night. And the food...what can I say? You can taste the passion they put into it. Simple dishes are enhanced by the authenticity and freshness of the ingredients. I was amazed to find gnocco fritto (which I never thought I'd eat at these latitudes 😄) prepared to perfection, and everything else was excellent. The price, too, is truly fair. The mulberry liqueur they make is simply divine! We hope to return soon to spend at least a couple of days.

29/11/2025: Good company and good food—a perfect combination to return to this pizzeria. My friends didn't even skimp on the crust of their wonderful pizzas, raving throughout the evening about the pizza dough and the quality of the ingredients used. Being celiac, I enjoyed my wonderful sandwich, made with meticulous attention to detail. We chose to accompany it with two bottles of red wine. I'll be back soon, because beyond what I've listed, we were won over by the owners' kindness and smile. See you soon!

29/11/2025: Great discovery, I thought there were no decent pizzerias left in San Giorgio (some were good, many were terrible, but this one is excellent). We ordered two takeout pizzas with a whole-grain dough, a very light Neapolitan pizza, well-cooked, and top-quality ingredients. We'll definitely be back to try the table service; the pizza chef was kind and quick even though he was taking orders. The service at the tables was friendly and smiling. Recommended!

08/10/2025: Superb home-style cooking at very fair prices. Service is very attentive and friendly. The restaurant may not be the newest, but it's spotlessly clean. We highly recommend it. Pizza is only available in the evenings, by the way.

24/05/2025: Pizzeria-restaurant, very good value. The porchetta is excellent. Helpful and friendly staff. In the afternoons and evenings, you can enjoy the rotisserie with pizza by the slice, arancini, crocche', fried calzones, delicious sandwiches, and the legendary "paposcia" made with pizza dough and filled with whatever you like... And then... there's Uncle Gino... who takes every request to the next level... 50 years of experience brought to life in a BIG way.

19/10/2025: A quaint, well-maintained restaurant. We were welcomed by the owner, who kindly guided us through the selection of dishes, both traditional and more classic. We ate wonderfully: excellent meats, delicious appetizers, and truly delicious traditional delicacies. Ample space both inside and out, with convenient adjacent parking. Highly recommended.

06/12/2025: We were warmly welcomed. We ate very well. The kitchen was probably a bit surprised by our constant requests for "more meat." The steak was excellent, well-aged and cooked to perfection. The two portions of lamb, which my companion tore into, were excellent. My pork tenderloin was well-cooked and juicy (which is not a given). Recommended for the meat. I haven't tried anything else. I hope to return soon to try the other dishes.

30/11/2025: Yesterday we went to this restaurant without a reservation, hoping to find a free table. I completely understand that a place can be full—it happens to me too, since I run a restaurant in Switzerland—but what I can't accept is the complete lack of politeness and professionalism with which we were treated. To our simple question about availability, the owner responded rudely and with an annoyed attitude, without the slightest consideration. The most absurd detail? He didn't even let us in: he answered by standing at the door and leaving us outside, as if we were disturbing him simply for asking for information. As a restaurateur, I know what it means to have a full place and I know that certain situations can generate stress. But precisely for this reason, I believe professionalism is essential. Even in the most difficult moments, I have never shown disrespect to a customer, and a simple "Sorry, we're currently full" would have been more than enough. Instead, the welcome was so arrogant and rude that it ruined the experience before it even began. We didn't even go in, and honestly, after such behavior, we wouldn't have wanted to. A restaurant may have excellent food, but if it doesn't treat people with respect, it loses credibility. A terrible experience. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend it to anyone who values ​​professionalism and basic good manners.
