The quality of the products isn't the highest, but it's still adequate and pleasant for a quick break. The only downside is that, as it's often very busy, wait times can be a bit long. However, the welcoming atmosphere and strategic location make it a practical and versatile choice.

15/06/2025: Good evening, we were there this Sunday, June 15th for lunch...the food was terrible, everything was terrible, and it was incredibly hot because there were 3 air conditioners in that room from 15/18, they were obsolete and not suitable for that environment...anyway, everything was disgusting...

26/11/2025: We checked in at 2:00 PM, and received a call from the property around 1:15 PM informing us that the room we had booked was no longer available because the guest who was occupying it had extended his stay. They suggested a B&B a few kilometers from the property... Our idea was a relaxing spa, but we would have had to travel back and forth by car or shuttle! After several phone calls with two employees who only made the situation worse, after much insistence, we were contacted by the manager, who "poor thing" was on vacation. Conclusion: no spa, no relaxation, a wasted day of work. Incompetence and superficiality on the part of the property. Not recommended!! We only booked the overnight stay on Booking.com, but the intention was to have a spa and book it directly at the property; they certainly weren't coming to sleep in Benevento!! There's no point in grasping at straws; your professionalism and seriousness need to be reassessed! I hope no one finds themselves in the same situation as us!

16/11/2025: Weekend at the hotel, very clean spa, and very kind staff. Large, functional, and clean rooms. Good restaurant, adequate cuisine. Excellent breakfast. We recommend it.

30/09/2025: This supermarket's weak point, unfortunately, is its staff, mostly lazy and rude, especially at the checkout. They have no courtesy or kindness, nor do they know how to greet or thank a customer. If the customer does, they don't even respond. They often chat among themselves from one checkout to the next while they work, which causes enormous annoyance to the customer, who feels they're receiving little attention. Today, all the self-checkouts were out of order, while only one non-self-checkout had a long line of customers. I see a clerk wandering near a checkout, so I politely ask if she's opening. She aggressively tells me I need to give her time to get ready. Resigned, I continue waiting in line and, after five minutes, I catch her having a pleasant conversation with a colleague near the promotions counter. I'm sorry to say, but this supermarket lacks a professional who knows how to manage the staff. Everyone does what they want... as always, only those with a sense of duty know how to manage themselves.

02/11/2025: The atmosphere is reminiscent of a cabin. Delicious food and excellent prices. The best pizza in recent memory, perfectly digestible, made with excellent ingredients and perfectly cooked.

29/06/2025: Totally disorganized: we order the fries (since they tell us they have to bake 24 pizzas before us) which arrived after 3/4 of an hour only because they were prompted by the fact that I was waiting to eat to take the medicine., they bring us only 1 sachet of mayonnaise and one of ketchup, and the fries almost cold... After another half an hour we ask the owner how long we had to wait without receiving any answer and at this point we decide to leave... The place was not full at all, of the 24 pizzas I didn't even see half pass by, so we went to the cashier where we found the owner, we asked to pay the bill and they had the nerve to make us pay the cover charge too, without even apologizing! In the meantime there was a cooked pizza on the plate and the empty oven and no one to prepare the pizzas... By the way, there were people waiting at our entrance, but if you can't cover half of your covers, why do you also accept take-away?

06/04/2025: Pizzas arrived very late, very long wait but the irritating thing was seeing people arriving after eating first!

18/10/2025: Tasteless mozzarella. Rubbery and very thick crust. Terrible. I also ordered a Margherita with fries... I ended up with 4 counted fries (some of which were raw, by the way), with an extra 0.50 cent. I would have preferred them without, or at least the honesty to say, listen, the availability is limited, are they okay anyway? Not a joke, so adding insult to injury.

20/08/2025: I stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance, having recently moved to this beautiful city. Both my family and I were very, very satisfied. We ordered pizzas; the dough was soft and well-cooked (just right), in fact, I even ate the crust, which I usually have to leave out. The toppings on all four pizzas had a fresh, authentic aroma, and the flavor matched. Each pizza was made with a balance of ingredients that not everyone achieves. Also, since I'm pregnant, I'm unfortunately having digestive issues, yet I digested my pizza and all the samples of my husband's and two children's pizzas in no time. What can I say? I was super satisfied, and I can say that yesterday was the first time, but it won't be the last.

15/08/2025: Extremely slow service, with priority given to Panuozzo, regardless of whether you arrive early or late. Below-average pizza.

02/08/2025: It's a long-standing tradition in Benevento. Who doesn't know "Zi Rosa" pizza and its specialties, like pizza with potatoes? Their other pizzas are equally delicious. For some time now, they've also had an electric oven for round pizzas, which are also excellent. The pizza's value for money is excellent. The owners and staff are also very friendly and helpful.
