30/04/2026: I was there two days ago, a little skeptical about the quality given the many negative reviews. I personally ate really well. The appetizer was generous with local products, cheeses, cured meats, grilled vegetables, a frittatina, and a ricotta-filled calzone. Excellent, high-quality ingredients. The bread was incredibly delicious. Then we had a first course, which we were very pleased with. Authentic flavors and, above all, al dente, just the way I like it. The service was excellent; the young man who served us was truly kind and friendly. Many people complain about the service being a bit slow. Yes, that may be true, but if you want to enjoy the food, you have to eat slowly! Rushing is the enemy of good food. I highly recommend it, and I give it a thumbs up, and we'll definitely be back. Reasonable prices.

26/04/2026: Terrible experience. I tried to order a pizza at 9:45 PM, and knowing they closed at 10 PM, I simply called to ask if I could still place an order. The guy who answered was extremely rude: not only did he not answer, but he also hung up on me. I tried calling back, thinking it was a connection problem, but I got no answer.

20/01/2026: A beautiful pizzeria, aesthetically pleasing. The wood-fired pizza is delicious. The fried Neapolitan food is excellent. Prices are reasonable.

22/07/2025: The pastries weren't bad, but since their POS was out of order, I wasn't allowed to take them away for the sum of 5 euros. I didn't have cash... 5 euros. .After a few years of knowing each other. Loyal customers should be treated with kid gloves, but of course.

09/12/2025: We ate there by chance, which was disappointing, because the food wasn't great. The place was very dirty and everything was neglected. It was dusty, and the oil cruet was brought to the table, smelling rancid. The previously refilled wine bottles were very, very dirty, and everything was a bit disheveled. The cook, who could be seen every now and then taking things from the freezer, strangely located in the dining room but not the kitchen, was wearing a dangling, shabby scarf that didn't give you the feeling of cleanliness at all. The fact is, I had a stomachache for two days after trying the food there. I would advise business owners to take a critical look at their place and give it a good clean, replacing the disposable tablecloths and coffee machine covers, even though they were full of holes and had been used a thousand times. It's shameful that no one checks these places.

25/08/2025: A beautiful place surrounded by greenery on a huge estate. Delicious, authentic food. Generous portions and excellent prices. The hostess was very kind, highly recommended!

22/05/2026: My pizza by the meter was evidently not made to order; it was reheated and served (lukewarm and dry). Unlike the meter pizza, the round pizzas were made to order, but the quality of the ingredients was so poor and so low that friends of mine felt ill. We asked the waiters to discuss the matter with the owner, but he still came into the room without ever stopping at our table, despite our numerous complaints. I do not recommend it.

19/04/2026: Tasteless fried foods and pizzas with fairly bland ingredients (only the dough is worth saving. What a shame).

02/11/2025: The atmosphere is reminiscent of a cabin. Delicious food and excellent prices. The best pizza in recent memory, perfectly digestible, made with excellent ingredients and perfectly cooked.

17/10/2025: Located just steps from the Arch of Trajan, this restaurant offers plenty of outdoor seating. Although the food is adequate in both quality and quantity, everything else is a bit unsatisfactory. The waiter, very professional and helpful, couldn't be alone on a day when the outdoor seating was full, the tables were a bit unclean, and the mess at the counter when paying wasn't exactly a good sign. As a restaurant, I'd say it's fine for a casual lunch, but I'm not sure I would have found what I was looking for if I'd come for dinner.

23/02/2026: If you're looking for an authentic, spacious, and unfussy place, this is the place. It has an old-fashioned atmosphere and a warm welcome from the owner, who's always available and kind. The biggest surprise is the bill: a full menu for €15 with an incredible variety (from appetizer to dessert, including coffee and an after-dinner drink). It's rare to find places that maintain this level of honesty and quality. A truly positive experience!

04/04/2026: My favorite pizza in Benevento. The pizza is thin, with a crispy crust. The desserts are also very good (the Nutella pizza is unbeatable). Tonight I tried the whole wheat dough and was pleasantly surprised. The staff always treats us well.

05/04/2026: I spent Easter lunch at Hotel Ristorante La Piana and it was a truly pleasant experience. The menu was well-structured and comprehensive: from the appetizers featuring quality and beautifully presented ingredients to the trio of delicious and well-balanced first courses. The second course was also excellent, with tender and flavorful roast lamb, accompanied by well-crafted side dishes. The final pastiera concluded the lunch in true traditional style. The service was attentive and organized despite the holiday. We ate under the gazebo, and thanks to the beautiful day, it created a truly relaxing green oasis. An experience definitely worth repeating. Congratulations to all the staff!

25/02/2026: We stayed two nights at this hotel, but it would have been better if we slept under a bridge. The rooms were decently clean, but the shower ran brown, and you could only use a key to open the other rooms. The service was rude, and it didn't give you a sense of comfort. The food was awful; the pasta was undercooked, the meat was chunky, and the potatoes tasted like they'd been cooked a month ago and only reheated. Not to mention the hotel's location; it was in a remote village with poor internet access. I would advise you not to stay here.
