01/12/2025: There are four of us and we sit at a table set, as is often the case, with simple plastic placemats; we receive a single menu consisting of 3 or 4 crumpled and simply stapled A3 sheets. We can't figure out where the list of dishes is, then we realize they're on the first page, in 7-8 lines, all together, without spaces, with no distinction between appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes... I've never seen a more hastily put together and disorganized menu than this one. This leaves us very perplexed and, unfortunately, doesn't bode well; as they say: a good start to the day begins... and so it was throughout lunch! We are brought the usual filtered water, in an unlikely bottle. We order first courses: cicatelli with broccoli and mezze maniche with mixed fish, cuttlefish, and shrimp. The cicatelli are in broth, while the mezze maniche have been spotted with a telescope. When we complain, we are told that it was a "seafood ragù." The best, however, came with the main courses: a boneless shank, paradoxically reduced to a small piece of boiled, tasteless meat, and a boiled, tasteless, and smelly veal shoulder, accompanied by a salty sauce and two small, bland, flavorless side dishes. It's best to draw a veil over the desserts... Change your profession, this isn't for you!

30/11/2025: I first encountered Boda de Ciondro about 10 years ago, when I had the opportunity to appreciate their catering for two weddings. I was looking for a venue for my 40th birthday; I wanted a welcoming, refined yet bucolic atmosphere, and above all, one that offered unconventional cuisine, different from traditional restaurants or farmhouses. A few months ago, I happened to read an article about the restaurant, which celebrated its 20th anniversary this year, and it was a revelation. I contacted them, and after exchanging a few emails, we organized a Sunday lunch for 14 people. I trusted them and trusted them; ten years is a long time, and my memory of it could have been different from the current reality... Instead, it did not disappoint. I couldn't have made a better choice. Everything was perfect. Even though I didn't opt ​​for the "event" option, I still showed all the consideration due to those celebrating a special day. My guests appreciated and enjoyed all the dishes offered, which, as I hoped, reflected the soul of the restaurant: refined but without forgetting tradition.

21/11/2025: New environment, young staff, they accept dogs (mine is medium/large), very good food, giant pizza, good fried pizza, all fried foods dry and well done, I will return.

17/11/2025: Excellent pizza, but unacceptable wait times. An hour and fifteen minutes and several requests to get the pizza to our table. Saturday night? Yes, but the place was half-empty because we booked the eight o'clock shift. Unfortunately, takeout goes first, and the wait times are significantly longer.

18/10/2025: Tasteless mozzarella. Rubbery and very thick crust. Terrible. I also ordered a Margherita with fries... I ended up with 4 counted fries (some of which were raw, by the way), with an extra 0.50 cent. I would have preferred them without, or at least the honesty to say, listen, the availability is limited, are they okay anyway? Not a joke, so adding insult to injury.

11/01/2026: On the way from Telese Terme to Naples, we stopped at this restaurant. We had a delicious mixed meat platter for two, all cooked just right. The desserts also looked delicious, but we were full. The place smelled wonderful, like delicious food. The staff was very friendly!

25/09/2025: I was here yesterday for a dear friend's baby shower, and it was a wonderful discovery! A lovely, welcoming place, perfect for events with children: plenty of space, a relaxed atmosphere, and everything was very well-kept.

10/08/2025: Terrible experience, incredibly long waits, not to mention the failure to deliver a drink, after the entire table had already been served, and then a pizza. Only at the end, after a reminder, did the pizza arrive, but the table was already at the cafe... I took the pizza away, I'd lost my appetite.

15/06/2025: Good evening, we were there this Sunday, June 15th for lunch...the food was terrible, everything was terrible, and it was incredibly hot because there were 3 air conditioners in that room from 15/18, they were obsolete and not suitable for that environment...anyway, everything was disgusting...

17/08/2025: On the occasion of San Rocco we decided to get a sandwich, 3 hours of waiting for a sandwich with cold sausage, horrible pizza, chips never arrived, if you can't manage don't put so many tables and the most petty thing you can do in the restaurant business is to only satisfy the villagers who went to collect the dishes even in the kitchen, and their excuse "we don't arrive" the problem is yours not mine who pays you …….

13/07/2025: Amazed… We're from Naples but have a house in Guardia Sanframondi, and during the "Sannio Tra Sapori e Folklore" festival, where over 40 Pro Loco organizations from the Sannio region were present, we decided to stop by. After a look, we noticed that the festival menu didn't include what we wanted, so we opted to have a pizza to our liking at this place. As soon as we arrived, Mr. Paolo called the staff to help us get settled, and the very friendly and courteous waiter showed us where we were and took our order. We asked for a fried pizza (calzone) and a plain pizza with ham and mushrooms. The fried pizza was divine and was definitely cooked in very clean oil, because instead of smelling of fried food, it smelled of fresh oil, and it was just the right amount of golden brown, not burnt brown. The other pizza was excellent, with plenty of exceptional and flavorful fior di latte. With two draft beers, one 0.20 and one 0.30, we spent €16.00. We were shocked because we would certainly have paid over €20 elsewhere, but we recommend putting at least a paper tablecloth on the table and charging for service. There were two bathrooms, both spotlessly clean. The restaurant has an indoor dining room next to the bar, an indoor patio with plenty of tables, and an outdoor space on the sidewalk. It also serves grilled meats and rotisserie. Paolo told us he's a former rugby player; in fact, the walls of the indoor dining room are decorated with hundreds of photos of his playing days and memories of a friend of his who passed away. Highly recommended.
