Located just steps from the Arch of Trajan, this restaurant offers plenty of outdoor seating. Although the food is adequate in both quality and quantity, everything else is a bit unsatisfactory. The waiter, very professional and helpful, couldn't be alone on a day when the outdoor seating was full, the tables were a bit unclean, and the mess at the counter when paying wasn't exactly a good sign. As a restaurant, I'd say it's fine for a casual lunch, but I'm not sure I would have found what I was looking for if I'd come for dinner.

I was there recently and I can say it was a pleasant surprise. The bar area is well-maintained, welcoming, and truly quiet, perfect for relaxing or chatting with friends. The food is good and tastes high-quality, carefully prepared. The staff is friendly, helpful, and immediately makes you feel at ease. The bartender is friendly and always smiling. Overall, it's a really beautiful place, well-maintained, and with a great atmosphere. I recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet yet stylish place.

Beautiful, newly renovated venue. Now you can find everything from breakfast to aperitifs, lunch, pinsas, meats, and first courses—as always, impeccable and of excellent quality. Definitely worth returning.

05/04/2026: I spent Easter lunch at Hotel Ristorante La Piana and it was a truly pleasant experience. The menu was well-structured and comprehensive: from the appetizers featuring quality and beautifully presented ingredients to the trio of delicious and well-balanced first courses. The second course was also excellent, with tender and flavorful roast lamb, accompanied by well-crafted side dishes. The final pastiera concluded the lunch in true traditional style. The service was attentive and organized despite the holiday. We ate under the gazebo, and thanks to the beautiful day, it created a truly relaxing green oasis. An experience definitely worth repeating. Congratulations to all the staff!
21/02/2026: I frequently stay at Hotel Ristorante La Piana for work, given its strategic location on the main routes to the main cities of Campania, Basilicata, Puglia, and Molise. It offers a family atmosphere, where the owners are committed to meeting every guest's needs.
