30/11/2025: Barrier-free hotel with no elevator; bathroom with shower stall missing a door; leaky toilet; cold room; tiny breakfast room with only two tables (minimal desserts) and closed at 7:40 AM (so we left and had to give up). Parking is difficult, but the hotel is close to the city center.

02/11/2025: I stayed at this hotel for one night and was really satisfied! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, just steps from the main tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and all the necessary amenities.

02/02/2026: This supermarket's weak point, unfortunately, is its staff, mostly lazy and rude, especially at the checkout. They have no courtesy or kindness, nor do they know how to greet or thank a customer. If the customer does, they don't even respond. They often chat among themselves from one checkout to the next while they work, which causes enormous annoyance to the customer, who feels they're receiving little attention. Today, all the self-checkouts were out of order, while only one non-self-checkout had a long line of customers. I see a clerk wandering near a checkout, so I politely ask if she's opening. She aggressively tells me I need to give her time to get ready. Resigned, I continue waiting in line and, after five minutes, I catch her having a pleasant conversation with a colleague near the promotions counter. I'm sorry to say, but this supermarket lacks a professional who knows how to manage the staff. Everyone does what they want... as always, only those with a sense of duty know how to manage themselves. —-/////————————-//////—— I think I've been very clear in describing what happened. I have nothing else to add.

08/11/2025: If your looking for REAL Italian food in a beautiful small Campania town this is the place to be. Exceptional service, wonderful food and wine and a beautiful views of the rolling hills. BEST BIRTHDAY EVER!!!

29/08/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance and returned. The welcome was warm, friendly, and clean. I asked for an early dinner, and they obliged. The food was fantastic and plentiful. The prices were fair. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely return.

28/11/2025: Superb aperitif buffet. Highly recommended. You can practically have dinner there and it's a fair price.

20/08/2025: Passing through the beautiful Campana town of Telese Terme, with local friends we stopped for an aperitif at the Lux Bar. The location was very welcoming, as were the service staff. We ordered several types of stuffed focaccias. Excellent quality ingredients, good packaging, and excellent service. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. The only negative note is that I would recommend keeping the prices down a bit, but it's definitely worth repeating. 👌🏽

08/11/2025: An hour and a half wait for pizzas... Unfortunately, combining pizza and takeout doesn't work for me: the wait time is too long for those who are seated. I didn't like the pizza: it was too thin and so large it spilled over the plate, which I found unhygienic. It would be better to reduce the size or change the plates. The staff is kind and helpful, and I particularly appreciated the honesty of the lady at the cash register.

16/10/2025: A welcoming place, nestled in the peaceful countryside just seven minutes from Pietrelcina. The staff is friendly and professional. The food and wine are also good. I plan on returning to try the pizza.

02/11/2025: In my opinion, this is a good restaurant offering tasty dishes. The cured meats and chestnuts with beans served as part of the house antipasto are excellent, as is the grilled meat. The only flaw was the dessert, a tiramisu served too cold. The staff was friendly and helpful.

11/01/2026: We had reserved a table an hour in advance, but when we arrived, the reservation wasn't there. We were offered a seat in a freezing cold room, which we declined, waiting for another table to become available. Once we were finally seated, they opened the door to the cold room, immediately lowering the temperature in the room we were in as well, making the experience truly unpleasant. To make matters worse, the waiters were arrogant and unprofessional, with no attention to the customer. A bad experience! The pizza is always good!

03/01/2026: I've been there twice (invited). The pizza was outrageous both times (I don't care about the price). The schnitzel was ridiculous. The fries were pathetic. If I'm not mistaken, some of the fried foods were frozen. The service was average. The place was good.

25/09/2025: I was here yesterday for a dear friend's baby shower, and it was a wonderful discovery! A lovely, welcoming place, perfect for events with children: plenty of space, a relaxed atmosphere, and everything was very well-kept.

11/10/2025: I've been there three times to get their fried gnocco: the first time I waited 20 minutes (honestly), the second time 30 (with a prompt, otherwise goodbye), the third time I waited 50 minutes and they had the nerve to ask me: "But it didn't arrive?" I'd rather go to the Happy Bar downtown, which has it ready in 5 minutes and is super nice.

17/06/2025: It's a place where I really feel at home, the owners are friendly, excellent aperitifs, excellent prices, in short I highly recommend it.

18/10/2025: Restaurant in the ghost town of old Apice, expectations were high. Difficulty viewing the menu QR code (I had to go outside to see the menu). Poor service (we ordered a €35 sparkling wine and it was served poorly: it was opened and left on the table). Good pizza.

14/09/2025: I'll start by saying that I don't usually write reviews; I do them when I want to praise a place or when (as in this case) the overall rating on Google is very different from my experience. We booked a table for three people for 9:15 PM and showed up on time. No one at the front desk knew about our reservation, but our order was taken half an hour after we arrived. Well, we ate our pizza two hours after arriving (close to closing time), while other people decided to leave in the meantime. Given that, being there for the first time, we wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and assume it was just one of those classic nights where everything goes to pieces and there's little to manage, what really went wrong? 1. In the middle of our wait, we were told that our pizzas would exceptionally arrive early, in about five minutes (and they arrived an hour later). 2. There was considerable discomfort between us and the waiters, and this was obvious, but there are alternatives to sterile, albeit well-intentioned, apologies (offering a coffee at the end of the meal, a dessert, or whatever). Well, these last two points differentiate the good management of a bad evening from a careless and improvised one. And it's a shame, because the foundations for offering a welcoming place and high-quality food are there.
