29/04/2026: Nothing to complain about the food. I've been there several times and had good food at a fair price. During an event, I was offered a table, but when I went to confirm, I found myself without a table. I'm sorry, but I won't be setting foot there again; they're not very serious.

28/04/2026: BAD EXPERIENCE I called this establishment around February/March (I don't remember exactly) to schedule an appointment and book my baby's baptism. I wasn't able to go due to a "major health issue." After sorting out everything, I called yesterday (April 27th) and asked if there was availability for a table of 14 people. The owner, very kind at first, said there was room and sent me the menu on WhatsApp. First, I booked by phone and asked to reserve the table. Then I asked for the menu on WhatsApp and also provided the exact number of people. After a couple of hours, just long enough to double-check who was there and who wasn't, I gave the exact number of people, and the owner replied, "Good afternoon, I'm sorry, you confirmed too late, I've already made other reservations." (I know it's written "hai," but I simply copied and pasted the message 😂) Meanwhile, I called the number and the owner answered again, in a very loud and angry tone, telling me that I was late to book and therefore they gave the table to other people. Enraged, I tried to explain that this treatment wasn't right, but he continued to yell at me without the slightest respect. I told him that I would be writing a negative review and was told, "I don't care what you do, no one will read the review anyway" (all this in Neapolitan was truly incomprehensible). VERY BAD EXPERIENCE UNDISPECTFUL OWNER

Moved by the desire to find a bottle received from a gift basket, I crossed the threshold with appropriate grace and politeness, unaware of the storm that was about to break. ​How horrifying to discover that courtesy does not dwell in certain homes! ​Instead of the thoughtful respect that every merchant should pay to a bag ready to grace his stall, I am overcome by a fury worthy of a third-rate histrion. The owner, forgetting all canons of chivalry and professionalism, has abandoned himself to a pantomime of disjointed gestures and thunderous tones, waving his arms as if he were chasing a thief from his pantry rather than welcoming a kind-hearted customer. One wonders, with no small measure of dismay: ​Is there still any coherence in commerce, or are we perhaps at the mercy of the capricious moods of those manning the counter? ​Is it permissible for a man to arrogate to himself the right to raise his voice against a woman who shows him respect and an interest in buying? ​Has the desire to sell become a daily whim, subject to the winds of "today yes, tomorrow no," as if he were an absolute ruler in his own small, dusty kingdom? ​If the art of dialectics and composure has been lost, a shred of logic would be enough to explain a refusal; but it seems that diplomacy is a language unknown to this bizarre and rude individual. ​The lesson is clear: certain places are unworthy. I do not recommend crossing this line to anyone who values ​​their own decorum. ​

04/05/2026: Usually, when a place lists "gluten-free options," they're limited and sparse, but at this place I found a huge variety of gluten-free food; practically the entire menu has this option. Aside from the fact that it was the first time my boyfriend and I were able to order bruschetta, the pizza was so heartwarming just looking at it (and stomachs, in fact, I didn't take photos because we literally devoured it). The freshest, most authentic ingredients, along with the incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff, made us feel right at home. Extremely low prices for the quality, a must-try if you're in the area.

20/08/2025: Passing through the beautiful Campana town of Telese Terme, with local friends we stopped for an aperitif at the Lux Bar. The location was very welcoming, as were the service staff. We ordered several types of stuffed focaccias. Excellent quality ingredients, good packaging, and excellent service. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. The only negative note is that I would recommend keeping the prices down a bit, but it's definitely worth repeating. 👌🏽

01/12/2025: There are four of us and we sit at a table set, as is often the case, with simple plastic placemats; we receive a single menu consisting of 3 or 4 crumpled and simply stapled A3 sheets. We can't figure out where the list of dishes is, then we realize they're on the first page, in 7-8 lines, all together, without spaces, with no distinction between appetizers, first courses, second courses, side dishes... I've never seen a more hastily put together and disorganized menu than this one. This leaves us very perplexed and, unfortunately, doesn't bode well; as they say: a good start to the day begins... and so it was throughout lunch! We are brought the usual filtered water, in an unlikely bottle. We order first courses: cicatelli with broccoli and mezze maniche with mixed fish, cuttlefish, and shrimp. The cicatelli are in broth, while the mezze maniche have been spotted with a telescope. When we complain, we are told that it was a "seafood ragù." The best, however, came with the main courses: a boneless shank, paradoxically reduced to a small piece of boiled, tasteless meat, and a boiled, tasteless, and smelly veal shoulder, accompanied by a salty sauce and two small, bland, flavorless side dishes. It's best to draw a veil over the desserts... Change your profession, this isn't for you!

30/11/2025: I first encountered Boda de Ciondro about 10 years ago, when I had the opportunity to appreciate their catering for two weddings. I was looking for a venue for my 40th birthday; I wanted a welcoming, refined yet bucolic atmosphere, and above all, one that offered unconventional cuisine, different from traditional restaurants or farmhouses. A few months ago, I happened to read an article about the restaurant, which celebrated its 20th anniversary this year, and it was a revelation. I contacted them, and after exchanging a few emails, we organized a Sunday lunch for 14 people. I trusted them and trusted them; ten years is a long time, and my memory of it could have been different from the current reality... Instead, it did not disappoint. I couldn't have made a better choice. Everything was perfect. Even though I didn't opt ​​for the "event" option, I still showed all the consideration due to those celebrating a special day. My guests appreciated and enjoyed all the dishes offered, which, as I hoped, reflected the soul of the restaurant: refined but without forgetting tradition.

For three years, they have also been producing buffalo mozzarella. A welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. Recommended

05/03/2026: Wonderful place! Above all, it's so peaceful and natural, perfect for spending time with family. The beauty of the place feels like being in a castle. The food is excellent, especially because most of the food is homemade.

24/02/2026: I've been to this agriturismo several times and have always had a great experience. The owner is friendly and kind, the food is good and plentiful, and the price is fair. The service is fast, and the staff is very kind, helpful, and attentive. We were already satisfied with the appetizers; the cold cuts, ricotta, cheeses, and salami are all locally sourced and high-quality. After the array of appetizers, we received a first course and a second course with two side dishes, dessert, liqueur, or coffee. Water and wine are included in the price, we only paid €20. If you want a good, plentiful meal, I highly recommend coming here.

18/10/2025: Restaurant in the ghost town of old Apice, expectations were high. Difficulty viewing the menu QR code (I had to go outside to see the menu). Poor service (we ordered a €35 sparkling wine and it was served poorly: it was opened and left on the table). Good pizza.

14/09/2025: I'll start by saying that I don't usually write reviews; I do them when I want to praise a place or when (as in this case) the overall rating on Google is very different from my experience. We booked a table for three people for 9:15 PM and showed up on time. No one at the front desk knew about our reservation, but our order was taken half an hour after we arrived. Well, we ate our pizza two hours after arriving (close to closing time), while other people decided to leave in the meantime. Given that, being there for the first time, we wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and assume it was just one of those classic nights where everything goes to pieces and there's little to manage, what really went wrong? 1. In the middle of our wait, we were told that our pizzas would exceptionally arrive early, in about five minutes (and they arrived an hour later). 2. There was considerable discomfort between us and the waiters, and this was obvious, but there are alternatives to sterile, albeit well-intentioned, apologies (offering a coffee at the end of the meal, a dessert, or whatever). Well, these last two points differentiate the good management of a bad evening from a careless and improvised one. And it's a shame, because the foundations for offering a welcoming place and high-quality food are there.
