31/05/2026: I ordered this cake for my mother's 70th birthday, and the result exceeded all expectations. I requested it over the phone, and Ilaria, despite not knowing me and having never met me, understood perfectly what I wanted. I was looking for a simple, joyful, and above all delicious cake. I asked for a classic cream and strawberry filling, with a more balanced sweetness because today's cakes are often overly sugary. They made me a beautiful cake, decorated with delicate cream roses (which I hadn't mentioned, but which I prefer over the usual sugar paste decorations), with attention to detail but without being overdone. And above all, it was truly delicious: soft, fresh, balanced, and loved by all the guests. Finally, a cake that tastes like a real cake, made to be eaten and savored, not just photographed for social media. In a time when aesthetics often seem to matter more than flavor, at Baffo d'Oro I rediscovered quality, simplicity, and authenticity.
