The peace of the place allows you to relax in complete tranquility, free parking inside, then what can I say, the food was excellent and the owner Giovanni was immediately a good friend, helpful and professional, excellent breakfast with freshly baked croissants, everything always hot, house wine top notch. 17/03/2025: Attracted by the curiosity of the name we found ourselves having a very pleasant stop in this place where choosing what to taste is really difficult given the many products. Recommended by the owner, a very kind and very hospitable person like only Sicilians or more generally people from the south can be, we tasted an excellent Sicilian cannoli filled on the spot as they do in Sicily, a land I know and love very much. What can I say, a real delight. It was so good and fragrant that after an hour of eating it we still had the sensation of smelling it. Since these are areas that I often frequent for work, I already know that I will return to taste other delicacies and to say hello to the owner who really was more hospitable than expected. 28/06/2025: Masseria with a characteristic outdoor garden, with covered areas under a canopy that does not. Nice parking spaces created under vine pergolas. The interior furnishings are a bit too classic. Very familiar atmosphere, welcoming and kind owners. The home-made food has conquered our palates, especially because many products are self-produced.

20/08/2025: We stumbled upon this pizzeria restaurant by chance, looking for something different from what you'd find at a service station, as we'd been traveling for quite some time and had a long way to go. Easy to get to, just a few minutes from the highway exit, with convenient and spacious parking, as well as the restaurant itself. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the very kind and friendly staff, very cheerful and helpful, who made us feel right at home. Our order was taken immediately, we were advised to check around to select the table we liked best, and we were shown to the restrooms, like good hosts. We chose the pizzeria menu, which was quite unusual for us as Romans, and we found it very original and delicious. The dough was good, and the ingredients were of high quality. As mentioned in other reviews, we hadn't opted for an appetizer, so we were served a starter anyway, a gesture much appreciated for the hospitality and, above all, the quality of the products. What can I say...thank you, and see you soon!

19/08/2025: An Italian-French restaurant in Sorbo Serpico We happened upon this delightful restaurant by chance on the August bank holiday. To our surprise, we discovered that the owners and chef are both Italian and French. We sat down and were surrounded by great hospitality, in an oasis of tranquility, courtesy, and kindness. The food was delicious and well-prepared, with just the right amount of flavor, and in a general context that emphasizes the use of salt, it allowed the flavors of the ingredients to shine through without altering their taste. I really enjoyed the escargots, which are hard to find in Italy. I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect blend of gorgonzola and porcini mushrooms, which allowed you to appreciate the flavor of pasta cooked just right al dente. The filet mignon was also excellent, with a mustard sauce that was well-balanced in flavor and saltiness. For dessert: we expected the crème brûlée, which is on the menu, but unfortunately it wasn't available. The baba we were served was a bit disappointing, both for the little-to-no rum-based syrup and the unusual plating, with honey and sprinkles (!) We discovered they also make fondue, and we've made plans to return to try it. A pleasant experience, with light and easily digestible dishes. Highly recommended.
