Every time I walk through the doors of Le Colonne Marziale restaurant, I already know I'll eat wonderfully. Yet, despite this certainty, I always manage to surprise myself. The passion Rosanna Marziale puts into her cooking is palpable in every dish: it's not just technique, it's love, it's dedication, it's art.
Today's lunch was a sensory journey, where tradition and innovation elegantly met. High-quality ingredients, bold yet harmonious combinations, and a presentation that is as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate.
Rosanna doesn't just cook to nourish: she cooks to tell a story, to excite, to make us feel part of something special. And she succeeds, every time.
29/09/2025: We had a wonderful meal, delicious dishes, prepared with care and skill. Recommended for those seeking a fine dining experience.
The only downside was the atmosphere: the air conditioning didn't work as it should have, making our stay less pleasant. With some improvement in this area, the experience would be perfect.

Highly recommended.

Their specialties are stock and cod, both for appetizers and first courses, prepared with great skill, and last but not least, river shrimp, which reflect the ancient Sarno tradition. Their delicate cuisine allows you to fully savor the raw ingredients, excellent service, and a well-kept venue create the perfect atmosphere for an evening with family or friends.

31/05/2025: Stopped at this restaurant for our first dining experience in Italy and absolutely loved it! The pizza selection was so unique compared to what we have in the US so we tried a little bit of everything. The pizza crust was very light and crispy along with a mixture of fresh toppings. The pizza was outstanding and super affordable. We definitely want to come back before our stay ends in Naples.

17/10/2025: We were on Sunday 12th October at my nephew's baptism party and I must say that my daughter couldn't have made a better choice.... a welcoming and refined atmosphere, excellent quality food served by efficient and always available waiters, washed down with excellent wine, a dessert buffet with a bar corner and a breathtaking view of Lake Averno.
06/10/2025: I celebrated my son Matteo's baptism on September 21st. We ate very well. We were in the smaller room with a private garden overlooking the lake. I received so many compliments. You were a pleasant discovery. My compliments also go to the "superlative" chef.

16/11/2025: During our three-day stay in Maiori, this restaurant was our "safe haven." I'll never forget the Caesar salad, the Caprese salad, the pizzas and pastas served there. The service is fantastic, the place is delightful, in short, I miss Maiori, especially the Quadrifoglio restaurant where we ate during our three days in the city.

25/09/2025: Excellent restaurant, nestled in a charming, almost old-fashioned setting in the piazza, amidst the bar, the fountains, and the old men with their newspapers and mail. The village of Vibonati is, in my opinion, highly underrated and should be rediscovered and properly publicized. "Paisà" is perfectly suited to this setting, both for its setting and for its dishes, which are reminiscent of "grandmother's cooking" (and my grandmother was a wonderful cook). I will definitely be back; it was an extremely positive experience at a reasonable price.
21/09/2025: We were there on a Saturday, so it was a real Cilento hustle and bustle, in a good way! Bruschetta, casarecche chingiale, sausage, etc. – everything was great!
Despite the hustle and bustle, we received personalized service and perfect food.
