19/10/2025: A quaint, well-maintained restaurant. We were welcomed by the owner, who kindly guided us through the selection of dishes, both traditional and more classic. We ate wonderfully: excellent meats, delicious appetizers, and truly delicious traditional delicacies. Ample space both inside and out, with convenient adjacent parking.
Highly recommended.
25/09/2025: surrounded by greenery, large spaces, exquisite food and Michele is uniquely kind. When we return to Padre Pio we will return to eat here.

28/10/2025: For me, it's one of the best sandwiches in Naples. "O surdat" is a must-have on the menu; it's my favorite. However, I think the sandwich menu needs updating a bit.

07/11/2025: Returning with our group for a medical mission, we stayed for a few days, including sleeping and, of course, eating.
Everything was good, the staff were hospitable, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
I highly recommend it.
03/11/2025: The fish soup for €50 was good and sufficient for 2 people.

09/09/2025: We went for the beach bar and lunch the 2 days we stayed in Ischia. The experience was amazing, Luigi was the cherry on top! Prices were great. We spent all day lounging with drinks and bar snacks, along with swimming in the ocean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing beach day!

08/10/2025: Great food, you gotta take a water taxi there, it’s free with their shuttle with red fish at certain times but if you wanna leave early like us gotta pay for way back 30E. Well worth it tho, rustic local cuisine, friendly service. Polpo salad was delish.
30/09/2025: The boat transfer is a mini trip in itself and a nice way to see Positano and the surrounding area from the water. A nice beach for swimming. In my opinion they shouldn't charge extra for their deck chairs, but the Italian's overcharge for every possible opportunity, which they should improve upon. We had a few different grilled seafood dishes and they were excellent. The side of grilled vegetables was small. Overall a nice day out. It's a minimum half day activity as the return only starts from 4 pm.

13/08/2025: We had lunch on this charming terrace overlooking Lake Fusaro on a sunny Sunday.
We sat outside on the veranda to fully enjoy the view and the warm day (despite it still being only February!)
The service was cheerful, the menu short and concise.
The wine selection was limited overall.
We were nevertheless well advised on choosing a sparkling wine.
The appetizer was pleasant, the first course al dente (worth an extra point!), and the dessert delicious (wisely recommended as a share).
A complimentary liqueur and coffee were also included.
The price was in line with expectations.
We then lingered for a stroll to the nearby Casina Vanvitelliana.
I will gladly return, even for a sunset aperitif.

09/11/2025: I was part of a group of 14 friends meeting for dinner. Almost everyone ordered pizza, mine had fresh porcini mushrooms and provola, it was one of the best pizza that I've had in a while. We will be back to taste the other specialties of this great place. Oh desserts are really good too, all made in the house

05/10/2025: I celebrated my wedding anniversary; the appetizer of fried foods and bruschetta was very good, light and filling, followed by a delicious pizza with quality ingredients. I didn't give it a 5 because they have a small parking lot, but thanks anyway for a lovely evening.

03/11/2025: Cute, vibey spot by the water with great views and a welcoming staff. The grandpa/owner was more than welcoming, and we felt like family. Half bottles of wine was nice as well.
Wow. Get the grilled anchovies. Youll thank me later.
All the pasta were cooked perfectly and the seafood tasted amazingly fresh. Probably one of the most fresh ones we’ve had on the trip.
Its a bit out of the way for most, but it seems to be a nice hidden gem/locals spot. Definitely coming back here next time we’re in amalfi coast.

Unfortunately the acoustics were not that good.
03/11/2025: We were welcomed into this restaurant with kindness and courtesy. We ordered tagliolini with cocci (guinea fowl), which were truly superb, accompanied by excellent fried fish. They offered us an excellent seafood risotto and seafood fritters... Everything was excellent, and the price was very fair for the quantity and quality of the dishes... The table service was also excellent; we will definitely be back. Warm regards to the owner from the four motorcyclists from Bari, thanking him for everything.

10/08/2025: We arrived after a long journey and were hungry. Since we knew nothing about pizza, pizza.it seemed like the only place to find pizza that would meet our needs. Good pizza, excellent value, and a cute dog behind the counter.

We arrived at around 8 on a Sunday evening, late in the season but we're made very welcome, and we're well looked after throughout the evening.
We were both quite tired and fancied something straightforward so I opted for the steak and chips, while my wife had pizza.
Both were absolutely spot on and the steak was cooked beautifully.
Maybe it was the half carafe of wine but it was one of the best evenings out in Positano that week.
Also... Given that the restaurant is up in Chiesa Nuova, the prices are very reasonable by comparison to down at the big beach.
Definitely worth the walk up a couple of steps.
