26/07/2025: We're regular customers, and this Saturday we went there again to pick up some takeout pizzas (five). After an hour of waiting, we noticed they'd skipped our order, and we reported it. We were told that other people had priority because we'd ordered fewer than five pizzas. We waited a little longer, and after another 15 minutes, we requested our order, only to be revealed to the pizza chef. I'm not writing to point out the mistake, which can happen to anyone, but to urge the restaurant to show "greater courtesy" to its customers, given that at the end of the day, we were simply told that "we were there at the wrong time," with no apology whatsoever.

25/05/2025: A fantastic place run by good and easy-going people. A delicious pizza, light dough, and very enjoyable. Home delivery, on the other hand, is done by people who are attentive to the customer (think, during a recent delivery to my house, the guy almost didn't bring my order to my apartment!). It's really the best, Over the Top!

29/03/2025: After tasting several pizza flavors, I'd give it a poor rating. The only positives are the easily digestible dough, the mediocre quality ingredients, nothing special, and the flavor never quite shines through. The pizzas are always undercooked, giving the impression that they were hastily pulled from the oven, and the oil used for the toppings is nonexistent. The prices (excluding a few basic versions) are exorbitantly high and absolutely don't reflect the quantity and quality of the toppings used, which are always very sparse, sparse, sparse, and meticulously spread out like a pharmacist to give the impression that the pizza crust has been adequately covered. I also had the opportunity to try the croquettes, which were edible but without any filling. In conclusion, they serve subpar products at out-of-line prices.

20/08/2025: My go-to bakery when I stay in Ascea. Everything is delicious, from bread to sandwiches. You'll also find filled croissants and pizza by the slice. Highly recommended.

14/08/2025: I was there yesterday. I wanted to buy some of their products to give as gifts for Ferragosto (August 15th) but, unfortunately, the rudeness—I presume, the owner Carmine's—forced me to decline. All for simply asking to use a tray instead of a paper bag, considering I was supposed to be giving a gift. I was treated rudely despite having been waiting for over twenty minutes. Unfortunately, it's not just the quality of the products, which fortunately are available everywhere in Cilento, that makes the difference, but also, and above all, the manners used with customers, the good manners that the owner of the Luongo bakery in Ascea Marina clearly lacks.

25/10/2025: Excellent experience. The staff were attentive and quick in their service, but above all, kind and courteous. The pizzas were delicious and the fried food was superb.

25/10/2025: I had dinner this evening at the pizzeria. The place was very welcoming, the staff were very professional and attentive, and above all, the pizza was delicious, with a light crust. The potato croquettes were excellent. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

03/08/2025: I tried two delicious sandwiches! The meat was perfectly cooked and quality, the bread soft, and the vegetables were just the right amount of flavor. The cheesecake was good, but not as good as the sandwiches. The staff was incredibly kind and made sure we were satisfied, bringing us a cheesecake that was half berry and half Nutella. I highly recommend it!

02/08/2025: Very nice place, good food. But I have to make a point about the waitress last night. She needs to be very careful when listening to customers. I hope it was an accident and not intentional. I chose a non-alcoholic beer for about €3, and she gave me an alcoholic beer for €6. I don't want to think badly of it. But when she came to the table, with the menu in hand, I verbally specified Forst beer, and I certainly can't make up the name non-alcoholic even if it's on the menu. You trust me, and meanwhile, as I stood up at the end of dinner, my head was spinning. There can be many reasons why a woman orders a non-alcoholic beer! I hope what happened to me never happens to anyone again.

06/10/2025: Every time I go to Naples, I often go there for a good sfogliatella.

01/10/2025: Flavorless sfogliatelle, they have four different flavors and the staff is incredibly unprepared. The flavor is completely nonexistent and industrial. Last year they were delicious and had a thousand choices, this year they had four flavors, one worse than the other, and two flavors were already sold out in the morning. I absolutely do not recommend it; if you have to eat a sfogliatella, do it like Attanasio.

20/10/2025: I've always enjoyed this pizzeria, but the last time I went, a classic panuozzo (mozzarella, pancetta, and mushrooms) cost €18. A bit excessive, I think. It was strange for me, too, as the pizza prices here are quite reasonable. I'll be back, but I won't be ordering a panuozzo again.

15/05/2025: Dined here whilst staying in Atrani. The food was excellent, the service incredibly efficient and welcoming. We were a walk in, no wait time. Would highly recommend. So good we booked for the following night.

02/05/2025: Pasamos una semana en la costa de Amalfi. La comida y el servicio en Savo era increíble. Un montón de trampas turísticas y ofertas pobres en Amalfi y especialmente en Positano. Esta pequeña ciudad de Atrani tenía dos de los mejores restaurantes de la costa amalfitana y yo pondría a Savo en contra de cualquier restaurante en el que haya estado. Pasta fresca, tomates increíbles, pasta de limón era increíble. Pedí una recomendación y Elia sugirió la pasta de calabacín, que era uno de los artículos más baratos del menú. ¿Dónde hacen eso? Tenía razón y puede que haya sido uno de los mejores platos de pasta que he probado. Carla y Elia te hacen sentir como en familia y eso es muy raro hoy en día. ¡Todo alrededor de 5 estrellas! Daría 6 si pudiera

28/09/2025: I had a party with some friends and we found some hairs inside the pizza dough. As we understood it, it was literally inside the freshly cooked dough, not on top of the toppings. Generally, I always order from you, but it was a real disappointment.

20/09/2025: We came here twice last month. The first time was because we happened to be passing, the second time we went back because it is so good. An assortment of pizzas (my personal favourite being the diavolo), served quickly in a lively atmosphere (this place is clearly a favourite with locals). Then for dessert they do a Nutella pizza. It's fantastic and worth they trip on its own.
