Over The Top In Arzano

06/04/2024: Another pizzeria in Naples which among the "traditional" pizzas included in its menu does not offer all the classic Neapolitan ones, not even on request. So for example the Capricciosa and the Quattro Stagioni are missing, not due to a lack of ingredients, but evidently by deliberate choice. Under the definition "gourmet" there are, in fact, various fillings with different and delicious combinations. Furthermore, they were only a little distracted when issuing the receipt, when the payment was made in cash; but unlike the choice of menu composition, knowing that it is not an optional, they finally remembered this last task. The pizza was good, as was the table service. The three stars? Due to the lack of satisfaction of the Customer who did not know in advance that he could not count, for his choice, among the pizzas that can normally be eaten in pizzerias, at least in Naples. Probably a missed wait, just that, but in customer experience, when expectations are not met, it can also be a problem.

06/04/2024: The pizza and treats are good, the place is small (which it makes up for with a covered outdoor area. The only flaw, for me as I have a newborn, is the lack of a changing area in the bathrooms due to lack of space, evidently.
