19/06/2026: I tried a Neapolitan pizza (it was a Margherita type) with olives and anchovies. It was okay, but I didn't love it. With two 330ml cocas (flatbreads), we spent €20 for two people. They charge a €2.50 cover charge per person.

24/03/2026: Tropea, Lido Costa degli Dei, "Coast of the Gods" is a very nice small town beach. It has a beautiful sandy beach, located at the foot of the sanctuary of Santa Maria Dell Isola, a great place for a cloudless and sunny holiday.

07/07/2026: Beautiful hotel just outside Tropea, private parking, nice pool. Rooms with balconies (air conditioning, could be a bit better). With its own restaurant, delicious dishes and pizza; we ate here 2 out of 4 evenings. They organize boat trips (Marlove) and wine tasting (with transport). Friendly hostess and host! They speak good English.

26/06/2026: This is probably one of the best hotels in this area. Its a small boutique hotel with a nice pool and really great food. Quite comfortable beds (even though i miss a soft bes topping) and fresh linen. I would recommend it to people with gluten intolerance. They care and they go the extra mile. Not a five star but very well taken care of and personal.

21/07/2026: I would have given it a 5 if they had served us in less than 30 minutes. We were at the table from 9:10 PM, ordered at 9:30 PM, and no one brought us anything before 10:50 PM. The absurd thing is that half an hour after we ordered, other customers arrived behind us and were served in 15 minutes!!!!! First the appetizer, then a generous peppered mussel dish, then 5 pizzas, and dessert. But what about us??? This really bothered me! Either limit the number of customers "even if it's Saturday" or give us a discount for the LONG wait when those after us were served in record time. I don't want to go through something like this again. They should have asked after this, "Excuse me, but what about us?????? It's 11:15 PM!" Another 20 minutes of waiting and then they started serving. The absurd thing was that customers came to order pizzas and then took them away. But it doesn't work like that: we're always CUSTOMERS! First, prepare the first course we ordered an hour and a half ago, and then get the pizzas ready. If they wait 20 minutes, the others won't die! But making 7 people wait that long is inexcusable!!!! And the excuse: it's Saturday, they don't have to pass it on to me. You served those who ordered 15 quick pizzas, and the ones behind us in 15 minutes with 4 generous courses. I'm sorry, I'll give a 1 for service!

20/07/2026: I've never eaten such a well-made pizza, perfectly cooked, with quality ingredients, so large and so affordable. A welcoming and elegant restaurant with friendly and attentive staff, especially Simone, a young and talented waiter.

16/06/2026: A fantastic place – great coffee, fantastic pastries, and incredibly friendly service. The pistachio cornetto is fantastic. The little pastries that come with every order are a great addition. I highly recommend it!

25/07/2026: The restaurant is centrally located in a charming little square. The seafood dinner was exceptional. Everything was so fresh. The appetizers were plentiful, and the seafood carbonara was excellent. The desserts were special: cannoli and tiramisu (the latter homemade by the owner). Well done!!! We'll be back.
