07/01/2025: The environment is familiar, the staff friendly. The service is quick and the pizza is good. A good place to spend the evening with the family.

30/12/2024: Everything is very good, from fried to dessert. Very kind staff and very nice atmosphere, slightly more secluded and quiet than most of the other places in the area. Perfect for a quick meal or a snack and with quite low prices.

29/12/2024: Tutto molto buono, dai fritti al dolce. Personale gentilissimo e ambiente molto carino, leggermente più defilato e tranquillo rispetto alla maggior parte degli altri locali della zona. Perfetto per un pasto veloce o uno spuntino e con prezzi anche abbastanza bassi.

29/12/2024: Excellent service, kind and attentive staff, good cuisine but in my opinion with slightly high prices. A negative note relates to the atmosphere which favors a dimly lit environment but, above all, music so loud as to prevent conversation at the table or the waitress from being able to take the order correctly. The organization can be improved on particularly busy evenings. Nice place and comfortable experience overall.

01/03/2025: We did a couples wellness day there. Ayurveda massage, then 2 hours in the sauna followed by food (antipasto/primo/secondo). The massage was super professional, the wellness area was a dream and the food was great! Any time!

The environment is welcoming, elegant and with attention to the smallest details, immediately creating a feeling of comfort and relaxation. The waiter was extremely courteous and professional, always ready to respond to our every request with a smile. Ps: the Baklava was sublime

07/12/2024: Located in the historic center of Vibo, surrounded by the most iconic architecture in Italy. It is an award-winning restaurant run by its owners. Ideal to go as a couple or with friends.

16/11/2024: Update, this summer I go to get a braid with almonds and they give me the one from the day before, it was rubbery and moreover much smaller than those from last year, I point out to him that it was from the day before, that it was rubbery and like they always cringe, the funniest thing when I tell them that they were smaller than other years and they find the excuse that they were smaller, in fact the next day I go in to get another one and I notice that they were the same old ones as the day first, I left without buying anything, they won't see me again, too bad for the tourists who are literally almost made fun of....., the pos?? they don't even know what it is, it's always broken, the receipt on request..... This year I returned, in July I always got the ice cream croissant with cream "3 scoops of ice cream plus cream, always paid €4, end of July same ice cream croissant 3 scoops of ice cream with cream €4.50, I point out that I had always paid €4 and they cringe by saying that evidently "10 times, even you yourself" they were wrong, but who are they kidding, I return at the end August, always ice cream croissant with cream €4.50, the problem is that this time instead of 3 ice cream scoops they put 2, I point out that normally they were 3 ice cream scoops and they call me a liar in an arrogant way "like Tropeans very often, they always want to be right", he tells me that if I wanted he would give me the third ball even if it wasn't foreseen, I'll make him wear it, it's not for the money but the teasing. The mask is an optional, you ask him to wear it "even if they have to wear it by law" but they pretend nothing happened, unfortunately checks are not carried out in Tropea, the police were around but no one was checking

20/03/2025: Good food and beautiful place directly on the sea

29/03/2025: The hotel is in a great location, facing the sea and close to the center, reachable in 5 minutes on foot. The room was clean and well furnished. The bathroom, although not very big, was complete with everything necessary, and a nice shower. Good value for money for the period. Excellent choice for breakfast. Bicycles available for guests to visit the surroundings... Small criticism for improvement: replace the plastic glasses for breakfast with glass ones!

26/03/2025: We were last week at the weekend... but do you want to wash those windows or do we have to come with the glass? Dirty rooms and poor buffet! I won't go back even with the beach view!

11/01/2025: Impeccable. We recently visited this restaurant to celebrate a family event and were impressed by the attitude of the owners and staff as well as the cuisine. Delicious dishes, excellent quality raw materials, combined with the proposal of unusual dishes (see the ossobuco which struck a chord with the palates of all the diners) made the whole day even more pleasant than what was already expected. Note of merit to the waiters and all the staff in the kitchen, always ready to respond to the numerous requests received from the tables. Thanks Enzo and congratulations to everyone.

05/01/2025: Well-kept environment, very friendly staff, excellent and quick service. I had dinner with my family and we had very good pizza and I recommend it. We will definitely be back.

20/10/2024: He estado frecuentando este maravilloso lugar en la costa durante muchos años y fue maravilloso escuchar que Floriana estaba en la cocina. La comida que sirve es simplemente maravillosa. Verduras a la parrilla, spaghetti vongele, pastas de marisco. todo tiene un sabor maravilloso. Personal atento y tan relajante en las tumbonas. Buena selección de bebidas, snacks y pizzas.

14/12/2024: Close, no sign of life, they were not the only ones standing here at the door. Not even a piece of paper on the door, we are closed. Fortunately, plenty of other choices. Turnoff.

28/02/2025: We had a visit to Pizzo and found this fish restaurant by the sea. Low season so not many customers but the food was fantastic. Very well presented food with lots of flavour. Lovely selection of fish on the antipasti and the grilled fish selection was amazing… so filling as so much variety with great portions. If you like fish then you can’t go wrong visiting La Ruota!
