25/01/2026: My family and I arrived in Nicotera Marina from Argentina to visit the town where my father, Jose Di Giorgio, was born. We stayed at the Hotel Nautilus and received a warm welcome from Tonino. We were given a beautiful and comfortable room. We enjoyed breakfasts with delicious coffees and fruit juices. For dinner, we savored typical regional dishes: swordfish, seafood, and fresh fish, all expertly prepared! It was an excellent stay, discovering a beautiful town with stunning beaches and breathtaking sunsets. I highly recommend the hotel and hope to return. Thank you, Tonino and his staff, for your hospitality and service; we felt right at home. Best regards!

22/08/2025: In the heart of Nicotera, a charming and very welcoming place where you can taste a wide selection of fine wines paired with delicious dishes and platters made with typical and quality products. Rocco, the owner, is always kind, knowledgeable and professional, I highly recommend it!!

Two pasta dishes, a beer, and a glass of wine, €42??? Is this price related to the glass of wine?
I don't know what I ate.
Note: There was a wait of over 30 minutes before being served.
The prices were unclear.
The pasta was good but undercooked.
The atmosphere was noisy, with music from the restaurant and outside, making communication difficult.

Spacious umbrellas with all the amenities.
The beach has showers and bathrooms.
The restaurant is a bit basic, but offers sufficient food.
The breakfasts, with hot, fresh croissants, are a very positive note.
Overall, a good beach.

30/07/2025: The food and staff make the difference in a restaurant that specializes in seafood, but also has plenty of flavor for its meat dishes. Beyond the ingredients, the presentation of the dishes is interesting, some of which are truly original.

Un posto da evitare assolutamente a Nicotera Marina. Infatti è vuoto il 15 di agosto…chiediamoci il perché quando tutti i locali stanno scoppiando di gente.

03/08/2024: Non so come si possa catalogare un posto così con 4 stelle. Ho avuto disguidi di ogni genere dall’aria condizionata,alla tv,al frigo . Tutto è vecchio ,le stanze matrimoniali che dovevano essere di 18 metri erano di 12 metri con soffitti bassi,insomma una sauna di giorno e di notte.Ascgiugamani vecchi ,colazione di bassa qualità e per non bastare una zecca nel piccolissimo bagno. Questo breve soggiorno si è trasformato in un incubo. Non andateci,e’meglio dormire all’aperto..

Last time we only had to pay half price.
We're definitely not coming back now.
21/10/2025: Quite okay—considering it's in a beautiful location, you can say that. They don't speak a word of English, but they're helpful. The coffee and cake were also okay. The furniture and decor are a matter of taste... but the view is nice.

15/10/2024: Sehr leckere Pasta (Ravioli mit Ricotta und Spinat im Tomatensoße )und der Sandwich mit gegrillten Zucchini und Aubergine sowie getrockneten Tomaten war ebenfalls sehr gut. Tartuffo war ebenfalls ganz vorzüglich, die Getränke auch sehr gut, Preis Leistung top! Außerdem gibt es da leckere hausgemachte Kekse :).
Der Besitzer und gleichzeitig Bedienung ist ganz nett. Insgesamt waren wir sehr positiv überrascht, vielen Dank :)
13/08/2024: Ci siamo recati in questo bar gelateria in centro allo splendido borgo di Nicotera, per gustare la celeberrima fragolata, una sorta di "granita" ottenuta frullando esclusivamente fragole fresche.
Che dire, un po' troppo dolce per i miei gusti, ma ne vale sicuramente la pena.

28/07/2025: Abbiamo passato una giornata al Morocco nella spiaggia di Nicotera.Non potevamo fare scelta migliore.Ottimo lido con ombrelloni ben distanziati .Sabbia dorata e mare pulitissima . Abbiamo anche pranzato ;ottimi piatti a base di pesce fresco e ben cucinato.Personale gentilissimo e Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo .
Una fermata è d'obbligo per chi si trova a Nicotera Marina .
