The staff is always helpful and friendly. I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Tropea, enjoy the town, the crystal-clear waters, and stay in an oasis of peace. Recommended for both families and couples. Book now—you won't regret it!

19/08/2025: The restaurant is an excellent choice for those who love authentic flavors, especially Tropea onions, the star of a richly varied appetizer and two first courses, one of which can easily be veganized by omitting the pecorino cheese without sacrificing flavor. The staff is friendly and helpful, attentive to every need, and the owner was particularly thoughtful, bringing me freshly picked figs after noticing my interest in the ones next to the cake. The location is welcoming and well-kept, and the dishes are refined and flavorful. The experience was very positive and delicious, although the price was high, commensurate with the quality and attentiveness of the service.

28/09/2025: A very nice location, perfect for a relaxing break. We were here with a tour group and made the fileja ourselves. Afterwards, we were able to enjoy the pasta with the typical tomato sauce. Very tasty.

05/10/2025: We ate quite well. The seafood dishes were carefully prepared and generously portioned, particularly the varied mixed antipasto and the truly flavorful seafood pasta. The main courses were also tasty and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was informal yet pleasant. The prices were reasonable for the quality. A good place for a simple yet tasteful seafood dinner.

We've been going there for years, and it still manages to surprise us every time: expertly selected wines, rare cheeses, and dishes that combine tradition and creativity with an obsessive attention to quality. Alessandro, the owner, is a true ambassador of taste, always ready to recommend perfect pairings. Here, the ingredients truly take center stage, and having them in Vibo Valentia is a real blessing!

18/10/2025: Super delicious food and a really nice atmosphere – modern and industrial, yet still warm and inviting. The burgers and meat dishes were perfect, the wine was excellent, and the advice was top-notch. The fries and polenta sticks, in particular, are something different – ​​really good! You can tell the team puts in the effort. We'll definitely be back!

The restaurant isn't very large, with just a few tables, but every detail is meticulously crafted. Inside, you can admire frescoes that tell the story of the place, adding a charming touch to the atmosphere. The staff was very attentive and made us feel at ease right away. 08/09/2025: I've been to Hedò in Pizzo and can't recommend it highly enough! The fish is incredibly fresh and impeccably cooked, every dish is a true delight. The open kitchen is spectacular, immediately conveying the transparency and passion they put into it. The owner is incredibly friendly and makes you feel at home, while the waiters are incredibly professional and attentive. The wine selection is also excellent, perfect for pairing with the dishes. The location is beautiful, well-kept, and welcoming, and the prices are truly fair for the quality offered. In short, it's one of those experiences that stays with you forever and makes you want to return as soon as possible. Hedò is a must-try in Pizzo!

17/10/2025: A feel-good place. Perhaps still an insider tip in Tropea. The food was outstanding. Here, you can also enjoy your meal with your eyes. Extremely friendly and very competent service. A refined take on traditional Calabrian cuisine. Everything is served with great style and creativity. And all in the historic ambiance of an old palazzo. The highlight of our stay in Tropea. Absolutely worth it.

29/09/2025: Aftwer 2 weeks eating all over Calabria, this is the place that for me best defines the cuisine: great local ingredients, classically prepared with just the right amount of modern approach as to not become yet another one of those places that take Nonas food and throws asian spices in it. Loved the Polpo con Patata, the Tuna Tataki was amazingly fresh and the Raviolo con Scampi was so simple and si flavourful with just a few ingredients: pasta, cream, scampi, spinach. The bread they served reminded me of the one my grandma used to make 😀
