When we were supposed to order and were ready, the waitress made us wait because she still had to set all the tables (setting means simply putting out a paper placemat). So she made us wait just to take our order. Then I chose meat and had to go inside to choose it from the counter. Too bad the butcher was serving customers and made me wait. When he could have taken 30 seconds to ask me what I wanted and cut the steak, that's enough. Plus, I had to remind him of my table number, otherwise he wouldn't have even gotten it. Then when the side dishes arrived (served as appetizers, I don't know why), we still hadn't received water or wine. And only after asking the waitress for water did it arrive, and very slowly did the wine arrive. Overall, the food was good, but not spectacular. It's a shame that the selection seemed extensive, but once we arrived, it was very limited. The prices are reasonable for what you get. Terrible service. If I had to give one piece of advice, it would be to close the butcher shop when you want to serve food and just run the restaurant, with faster and better waiters.
