19/09/2025: Let's start by saying that it was a new culinary experience for us. We had never tried meat sushi. Excellent advice from the owner, who looked after us throughout the dinner without being intrusive. Excellent service, high-quality, aged meat, and various alternatives to best satisfy curious customers. It was a wonderful evening. We'll be back, perhaps at our next location. 11/10/2025: The best takeout pizza and more, well-prepared rustici and a wide variety of products made with quality ingredients. The display case is always well-stocked, clean, and beautifully presented, a delight for the eyes and the palate. The staff is always friendly and available for any request. Home delivery is the icing on the cake, completing an excellent organization.

16/09/2025: September 13, 2025 The Orchidea restaurant was the absolute protagonist of the most beautiful day of my life, my wedding. The hosts, Susanna and Sebastiano (two fantastic people), managed to organize the civil ceremony with the mayor and the wedding dinner in two separate rooms, outdoors, with a truly wonderful setting. The first part of the civil ceremony was celebrated in front of the upper pool, with numerous white chairs all decorated with flowers, a white carpet in the middle with two poufs and a floral arch, all impeccably lit, creating a moving atmosphere. The second part of the wedding dinner was organized in the ground-floor pool, in front of a lawn, with all the tables in the center and the aperitif stations all around, where my guests and all of us savored a menu of appetizers, almost entirely fish, with some meat, of indescribable deliciousness. Fish cooked in the most diverse ways, with a wide selection of courses. The appetizers were rich, plentiful, and delicious. The three first courses and two second courses, served at the table, were a huge success, with requests for more, which were not lacking. The organization of the kitchen and the dining room deserved top marks. The entire staff was fast, helpful, and kind. The final menu, featuring the wedding cake and an endless dessert buffet, was a resounding success. A variety of desserts, of indescribable deliciousness. I must and want to sincerely thank Susanna and Sebastiano for their professionalism, availability, kindness, friendliness, and humility. You managed to make my day a dream come true. I recommend all Calabrians and Italians who pass by the Orchidea to stop by and create your own unforgettable moment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart... An app would be enough to take orders and process payment. This would also avoid mistakes. The staff is a bit grumpy. Noisy place.
