17/01/2026: Home-style cooking, generous and authentic. The whole team is friendly. The fireplace is a lovely little extra. A wide selection of good wines from several regions, including Calabrian wines, of course ;-) ! Even a noisy family with screaming children couldn't spoil our meal
07/12/2025: A good trattoria with competitive prices without compromising on quality. The meats and cheeses are excellent. The parmigiana is also very good. Desserts and liqueurs are on the house. It's a shame about the olive oil at the table; with all the olive groves in the area, you can't offer supermarket-quality oil. The atmosphere is a bit spartan, but comfortable. Service is slow, but if you're on vacation and not in a hurry, it's acceptable. TF offer applies regularly.

Gianfranco, a delightful person, welcomed us with kindness and warmth.
The mushroom tasting was superb, all the dishes were delicious.
The place is truly well-kept and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming.
A truly excellent experience, which I recommend to everyone.
The passion, care, and attention behind every detail are evident.

25/10/2025: The place is certainly beautiful.....but in all of Calabria I had never paid 4 euros for a granita without a brioche to go.
16/09/2025: Always a guarantee when it comes to granitas and pastries in general. The welcome, however, is a bit questionable. The owners are completely indifferent, busy playing on their phones or chatting with other people while you're sitting, waiting longer than necessary, with tables to clear, and waiters busy at the counter. It's a shame.

02/01/2026: Flavorless pizza, with poorly blended ingredients. Frozen fake tiramisu that tasted like spoiled semifreddo. A waiter topped the pizzas while delivering the dishes, and another waiter forgot to serve the requested dishes until the bill was due. Shameful.

18/11/2025: Located on one of Paola's main streets, it offers outdoor dining, and is very quiet in the evening.
The owner is a very friendly and helpful person; he takes care of selecting the ingredients, which are truly top-notch. The sandwiches are truly delicious! 💯

I recommend the supplì; I had the cacio e pepe one, and it was spectacular. Perfectly balanced flavor, a tough breading that adds character to the bite.
I recommend asking if there are any off-menu specials, because it's all homemade. Highly recommended.
27/10/2025: Delivery was very fast. The dough was particularly light and tasty, but the ingredients weren't exactly top-quality. I also didn't like the whole olives on the pizza because I almost broke a tooth!

16/06/2025: For a Communion, I had the pleasure of tasting some "millimeter zero" dishes! Nettle meatballs, and "purslane" (some affectionately call it "pucchiacca"), to name a few, and zucchini... such a simple yet often boring vegetable... presented in a truly appetizing way. My heartfelt compliments, coming from someone who eats these products every day at home because they're lucky enough to grow them, but tasting them like this... is a whole different story! Definitely recommended!

06/02/2026: This has become our local go-to pizzeria, and we find ourselves ordering from here about once a week. The pizzas are consistently good, made with care, and always taste fresh.
There is something very comforting about having a place like this nearby — friendly, reliable, and clearly loved by the community. And with a Margherita costing only around 4 euros, it feels like a small weekly luxury that is easy to enjoy.
We truly appreciate having such a great neighborhood pizzeria and are happy to support it. Highly recommended if you are looking for honest, tasty pizza at a very fair price.
