Always a guarantee when it comes to granitas and pastries in general. The welcome, however, is a bit questionable. The owners are completely indifferent, busy playing on their phones or chatting with other people while you're sitting, waiting longer than necessary, with tables to clear, and waiters busy at the counter. It's a shame.

Friendliness and hospitality are definitely not part of this management...basically, they're transparent...and it's the customer who has to make themselves known and ask. The ice cream is average, nothing special.

Nice discovery this bar that provides an excellent variety of sweet products and more. On that occasion I had a Viennese (never tried before) and it was not bad. I will try other products because I am sure I will return. Possibility of consuming at the table (which is not a detail). Approved

10/01/2026: Truly delightful place. Besides Teresa's excellent cuisine, they often host themed evenings or evenings with truly enjoyable live music! It's a must-visit when I return to Reggio. ❤️
22/11/2025: Very well-maintained and with a distinctive, unique atmosphere. Excellent service. I highly recommend making a reservation and letting us know if you have any dietary restrictions. Normally, the menu is fixed, but they are very good at preparing alternatives when possible. The preparation of the dishes and the quality of the ingredients are excellent. I had a superb pasta and broccoli dish, but the rest was not far behind.

Pasticceria Sarnè - Bar Gelateria Caffetteria

17/10/2025: I come here every year from Tuscany, always stopping to try their ice creams and almond cookies. I still fondly remember how a few years ago, my father and I gave me a gelato to try, a very kind and unexpected gesture. Everything was excellent.
03/10/2025: Both the cappuccino and the pastries are good. The service is fast and friendly.
