01/03/2025: Uno dei locali di nuova concezione che non ci aspettavamo di trovare a Catanzaro. Cocktail bar di alto livello con formula aperitivo molto gustosa e sfiziosa per chi ha voglia di provare qualcosa di nuovo. Focacce che somigliano a pizze gourmet, cariche di leccornie e abbinamenti intriganti. Altre curiose proposte di cucina fusion orientale-occidentale. Dedicato a chi sa apprezzare le sfide e le innovazioni e cerca qualcosa di nuovo e diverso in una città dove spesso le proposte somigliano sempre l'una all'altra.

23/01/2025: Esperienza perfetta sotto ogni punto di vista. I piatti erano impeccabili, curati nei minimi dettagli. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e attento, facendoci sentire accolti dall'inizio alla fine. La location, poi, è semplicemente meravigliosa: elegante, curata e ideale per ogni occasione. Non vedo l'ora di tornare!

21/08/2024: Excellent pizza/pinsa. In addition to the pizza we also tried calamarata allo scoglio, fish appetizer, mixed fried food, all truly excellent. Impeccable service. Excellent quality/price ratio. 7 min drive from Ciró Marina, I highly recommend it. Unfortunately we discovered it after the holiday was over. See you next year! VERY GOOD!

11/01/2025: Dico soltanto che prima di ordinare son passati circa 40 minuti, la nostra pizza sarà arrivata dopo circa altri 40 minuti.

28/12/2024: Excellent products used, excellent pizza. A small but big flaw is the fact that they rush you for shifts at the table (I go out not only to eat but to relax after a week of work, I want to have the right to occupy my seat as much as I want🙁)

30/08/2024: Non amo molto il pesce "ritoccato", preferisco quello crudo o con cotture semplici ed essenziali che non ne alterino il sapore ed il profumo di mare. Faccio un'eccezione per il pesce cucinato con cura da chef Vincenzo Fimognari che riunisce e concilia i sapori decisi della nostra regione con la semplicità e freschezza del pesce azzurro. Da provare, veramente eccellente anche nella formula degli assaggi.

13/08/2024: Tante portate alcune buone altre nella media, nulla di fantastico, e mettere nel cassetto dei ricordi. Cibo semplice portato ad una velocità eccessiva non avevi il tempo di terminare il piatto precedente che arrivano altre portate, é anche vero che eravamo solo noi 12 persone nel locale molto pulito è ordinato. Servizio rapidissimo ed efficiente. Anche dopo la prenotazione il bere razzionato per mancanza di birra e vino non acquistato nella quantitò minima necessaria da non tornare.

01/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati con mio marito per prendere due coni di cui uno non elaborato perché ho scelto dei gusti morbidi ed oggi essendo 1° maggio era da stamattina che la porta dei contenitori essendo sempre aperta tendevano a sciogliersi🤦🏽‍♀️pEr cui era meglio la coppetta con su il cono vuoto😬 noi non ci torneremo

To date (2025), I can only say that I have always had only positive experiences in all these years. Truly delicious food (starters, first and second courses, without exception).😁 The choice to create: "L'Istrione Pizzeria" was also very appropriate, where you can enjoy an excellent pizza, with top quality ingredients, just mouth-watering! 😋 The service and helpfulness of the guys were impeccable! Honest prices. Highly recommended for any type of event and special occasion.
