17/08/2025: We had a family lunch, enjoying a full menu, from a typical Calabrian appetizer with hot, cold, and fried dishes that are already filling, to two first courses, a second course, seasonal fruit, and dessert. All at a truly competitive price, considering the excellent products offered. The place is very clean, the staff attentive, and Marcello and Nicolina, true hosts, are always ready to welcome and advise all their guests. They are truly the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!

15/07/2025: I was finally able to visit this historic Calabrian pastry shop in person, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. There's nothing more to say: everything is excellent, from the pastries to the famous nougat, which they offer in a wide variety of flavors. From the classic (almonds and honey) to the soft rum, gianduja, etc. It's definitely worth the trip to experience the delights of Maestro Scutella.

13/05/2025: Restaurant with a well-kept, bright and spacious room. Very kind and always present staff. The only flaw, in our case the service was too fast and almost rushed us diners. Excellent food, endless and quality appetizers (I loved the potato and mushroom pies). Good pizza with a similar Calabrian dough but with high quality products that you can taste in every bite. Definitely a place to spend a great evening with excellent food.

05/09/2025: I had a delicious breakfast at this bar. The Dolce was even still warm. The sea view is fantastic, and the owner is very friendly. If I ever vacation in this area again, I'll definitely be back :)

01/08/2025: A great ice cream parlor if you don't mind the 50-meter climb from the beach up to the village. The ice cream is very good, and they serve fresh lemonade.

Ordianiamo pizza e calzoni e già al momento del taglio della pizza in teglia, capisco che la pizza ha un impasto che non mi piacerà: il coltello affonda senza scrocchiare e la pozza al taglio senza scrocchio che pizza è? A caso ci rendiamo conto che la base è cruda, ma forse è il loro modo di farla. Calzoni a impasto troppo spesso.

23/04/2025: A small and welcoming pub a stone's throw from Corso Mazzini, in Cosenza. We have been to this pub several times and have never been disappointed! Excellent pre-dinner treats, tasty sandwiches and good choice of beers! Extra point for this pub for the attention paid to celiacs: in particular the gluten-free sandwich is very good! Friendly and helpful staff! Excellent value for money! A nice place to spend an evening in the company of good friends and good food!

31/08/2025: My family and I stayed at the Hotel Dolce Stella beach club, and boy... Daniele, the lifeguard, was a blast! 😄 Always super friendly and helpful, he kept the beach clean and tidy and was happy to stop for a chat without even the slightest worker-guest disconnect. 👏 What struck me most? He got along with everyone: from the kids 🎈 to the dogs 🐶, even the older people... in short, a sort of "beach handyman" who made the atmosphere super pleasant.

01/06/2025: Good agriturismo, rustic and surrounded by greenery. Owners available and ready to tell some anecdotes about Calabria seen through their eyes. Excellent dinner with homemade pasta and an ice cream that is nothing short of extraordinary.

24/08/2025: A restaurant just steps from the Soverato seafront, a truly wonderful discovery! We ate wonderfully, starting with mussels as an appetizer, followed by linguine with clams and mussels and clams—tasty, well-cooked dishes made with fresh ingredients. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful; they even let us choose between spaghetti and linguine—a detail we appreciated. The service was professional and friendly. The bill was absolutely fair: the four of us spent €100. Highly recommended if you're in the area!

24/06/2025: A wonderful little family trattoria in an idyllic setting. The three different menus satisfy all needs. The flavors are dazzling, the atmosphere is relaxed yet elegant and you can feel in everything that they love to offer the best of everything to happy and returning guests. 5* and even a mini Michelin for the farm to table approach. Adorable.

14/06/2025: We happened upon it by chance and discovered a really nice trattoria, located inside a hotel but also open to external customers. They offer three fixed menus, well structured and suitable for different preferences. I highly recommend the cuttlefish salad: it was really good! 02/09/2025: I'm forced to write a very negative review. Since this bakery expanded, it's completely unclear. I ordered a cake for a very important birthday and it was delivered with the wrong name on it! Thank goodness they use pen and paper to record orders. But it doesn't end there. My boyfriend is lactose intolerant, and I ordered a pan of pizza without mozzarella. Guess what? It was delivered with mozzarella! This is the second time this has happened, with both pizza and cake. The first time, they even forgot to make the cake I'd ordered two days earlier, and I was forced to look for a bakery that could make it for me the same day. I wanted to give it a second chance, because as they say, everyone deserves it, but I won't be returning to this place again. As soon as you enter, you immediately notice the disorganization, not to mention the slowness. As if the people who work don't do it with passion. What a shame.

07/07/2025: Terrible. Total disregard for customers. There were five people. The very thin one, with a rare slowness, took three quarters of an hour to take a customer's order (she will certainly never get stressed, but she will lose customers with her extreme slowness), the blonde continued on the phone as if nothing had happened, another lady had just arrived (maybe late), two men remained in the back. All as if the customers did not exist. Never again.
