10/06/2024: Edit: the owner commented that it was their fault to hand me the wrong receipt. Acknowledging their apologies I'll change my rating to 5 stars. Original post: This evening I was at OL3. The place was fine, the food also. But the service wasn't honest with the price I pay. I ate two pizza and drank two coca cola and told the cashier this. In sum it would have been 23 €. At the register I was told 29 €. I said no, this is not correct, I didn't eat what was written on the receipt. The service came and said to the cashier that I was right, it was another table. And I was told to pay 26 €. Again, it wasn't the price I expected, but I thought well maybe the 3 € price difference comes from wrong prices on the menu. I paid, got the receipt and when I was home I looked at it and it says I ate middle fries, il marinaio, an americana with two coke. Definitely wrong, I told them what I ate. As a tourist I must say, this was a worse experience. I'm not recommending this place. Please stop forcing tourists to pay for your own benefit.

27/02/2024: Very nice and welcoming place. The staff is friendly and approachable. The meat is of excellent quality and the products are very fresh.

23/01/2024: Well-kept, clean and welcoming place, the only flaw is the height of the upper floor "a little low", but really welcoming. Excellent, quality food together with a series of quality wines, from full-bodied to light, ideal for meals of all kinds. I recommend this place also for the low average cost of the dishes for a high level of quality/price. Congratulations again. We will definitely be back.

30/07/2024: Suggestive location for any type of event. We have been celebrating our child's birthday for two years because we were pleasantly attracted by this well-kept and elegant place. Furthermore, the entire highly qualified staff satisfies every particular request of those who decide to rely on them with professionalism, dedication and a lot of sweetness. I thank all the staff for the amazing success and I advise anyone who wants an event that makes a difference to choose the quality that V' Incanto guarantees.

09/08/2024: 4 of us arrived with a dog, polite waiters, they brought water for our puppy. Excellent and tasty sandwiches. We will come back for sure.
