09/08/2024: We went for dinner and first of all the waiter did not give us correct information on the dishes on the menu Then the food they brought was of poor quality. Only the pizza was ok. We also made everything known to those who needed it. We will definitely not go back again To be avoided.

29/07/2024: Very kind and helpful waiters, excellent food, excellent value for money and a place with a beautiful view. I highly recommend if you have to choose a diamond beach to have lunch or dinner in, choose this one

02/07/2024: We had an excellent almond milk and some packaged ice creams, so a completely biased opinion. But I want to go out on a limb about the beauty and cleanliness of the bathrooms, which is quite unprecedented for a beach. The location is beautiful, between the sea and the pine forest, equipped with tables and benches.

15/08/2024: As usual in Reggio Calabria it works "u sai cu sugnu eu e cu si tu", last night after we had booked at 9.30pm we queued up (considering that there are two queues for both the pizzeria and the restaurant), after more than half an hour of waiting the queue became quite long and the less polite people moved forward past the queue because a guy from the club who was shown the door only let them pass because he knew them or they were friends, and I don't think it's correct considering that we had all made the reservation and waited our turn, and obviously they passed in the restaurant queue to go to the pizzeria just to do a favor or to do it first...so have a bit of respect and common sense for everyone because the people who see these scenes "even if they are not from Calabria" are disgusted to see these things....

15/08/2024: terrible place!! even with a reservation they made us wait an hour on the sofas at the entrance, which were also wet, which we obviously dried ourselves. another hour and a half to get some good pizzas to eat, which only made us feel bad in the evening and the next day! inexperienced waiters, 30 minutes to bring us two bottles of water and despite the many thanks for everything they brought us they only managed to look at each of us badly and disgusted. I know it's hard work but you can at least pretend... in conclusion, terrible restaurant with exaggerated prices for the crap they make you eat

28/08/2024: Ci era stato consigliato da gente del posto, avevamo letto le buone recensioni e abbiamo prenotato una cena ...che dire ... Antipasto di salumi e formaggi appena accettabile, la pasta immangiabile, senza nessun sapore... Questo in Italia, la patria della pasta, è quasi una vergogna.

17/08/2024: Grande sorpresa nel centro di Scilla. Osteria decisamente di alto livello con piatti tutti buonissimi, porzioni abbondanti e di ottima qualità. Provato per due sere consecutive e per due sere sono riusciti a sorprenderci. Se poi a questo uniamo una squisita gentilezza e prezzi più che onesti per la qualità, non si può non dare un giudizio di eccellenza. Strameritata peraltro.

06/08/2024: If this is a pizzeria my grandfather is Brad Pitt Hard pizza with frozen dough (in my opinion) Staff who were in a hurry, so much so that when ordering, the waitress asked us "can we hurry?" This mystical experience ended in the bathroom when I realized that the bathroom window (without a glass window but with a curtain) communicated with the kitchen, that's what that mix of flavors on the pizza was! 🤢

24/07/2024: SORRY YOU CAN'T GIVE 0 STARS, OTHERWISE I WOULD GIVE THEM. I took 2 umbrellas and 4 sunbeds at this lido, around 1.30pm I decide to go and eat a portion of ham and melon at the lido restaurant. After an hour of waiting I decide to leave, explaining to the owner that such a long wait for a cold dish was not acceptable. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, he started raising his voice and telling me that I couldn't ask for anything because I had occupied the table to only eat an appetizer. Price for 2 coffees, 3 bottles of water and a ham with melon €17... not even at a starred restaurant. In the end while I was paying (I was a gentleman) the dish in question came out of the kitchen (see photo): unacceptable presentation, they didn't even remove the peel from the melon. Not only will I never return, but I advise that rude subhuman owner to learn some manners.

01/07/2024: Excellent beach for families and not at modest prices. Fish dishes to taste as well as enjoy the wonderful sea of ​​Nicotera. The owners are kind and close to the customer in every situation.

14/01/2024: I was there for New Year's Eve dinner... They are generally disappointing...but not here. Excellent fish dishes. I have rarely eaten such good sea bream in an almond crust. The appetizer was excellent: the roasted octopus as a starter and the tuna with balsamic vinegar. Small flaw is the overcooked rice. Friendly and helpful waiters Excellent value for money. Well done
