23/08/2024: Bel terrazzo, pessima cucina, di fresco c’è solo il nome! “Pesce fresco”, antipasto 20€ a persona ( una melanzana, un panino con tonno scottato e pomodoro”fradicio”, 5 rotelle di polpo che di tutto sapeva tranne di polpo, per non parlare dei primi: spaghetto alle vongole “forse le avevano terminate perché erano ne presenti solo 3 di numero, linguine ai crostacei al prezzo di soli 25€ senza crostacei ... Per chi ha già cenato a casa lo consiglio!

28/08/2024: Enjoying a good fry, and a sandwich stuffed with a slice of grilled swordfish, at a table overlooking the sea, is a unique experience.

04/06/2024: The reservation on The Fork is a deception: even if it appears accepted, it is then canceled by the restaurant manager. For Easter Monday lunch, the fixed menu, decidedly of poor quality, cost the same as in a starred restaurant: indecent to say the least for a baked pasta, and a reheated one at that; I would only save the typical products served as appetizers. Overall, not recommended and not to be returned.

18/05/2024: Unfortunately we ate badly, perhaps because it was a Sunday and we had to take the fixed menu, and without a choice because everything was sold out, even though I had booked a week before. Were we unlucky? Sin.

24/08/2024: Questo posto si mangerà anche bene però è frequentata da persone che non dovrebbero uscire nemmeno da casa. Era un ritrovo per noi ogni agosto ma adesso sarà un posto da evitare., poiché già nel 2023 è successa una mezza rissa sempre per colpa di personaggi negativi. Brutta gente

01/06/2024: Morsello ottimo, piatto tipico servito con la pitta. Lo consiglio a chi piace la trippa....per i non amanti di tale frattaglia c'è la possibilità di un ottimo soffritto fatto con costine e coscia di maiale 😋

30/05/2024: Uscito dal Tribunale di Catanzaro dopo un'udienza, ho approfittato per provare il mitologico, illustrissimo, MORZELLO, in quella che evidentemente è una ISTITUZIONE a Catanzaro e forse non soltanto. Manco a dirlo, l'ho trovato SPETTACOLARE (manco a dirlo, rigorosamente in pitta). Buone anche le polpette al sugo! La scelta è ristretta ma "sincera", così come il servizio molto alla mano ed essenziale, ma adeguato. Se si viene per il morzello, non si sbaglia, comunque. Rapporto qualità prezzo nella media.

28/08/2024: I had the pleasure of dining at Rudere, a restaurant that excels in local fish specialties. The dishes are prepared with the freshest ingredients and presented impeccably, enhancing the flavors of the sea. In addition to the quality of the food (prawns and tuna fresh daily), I appreciated the attention and professionalism of the staff and owners, Francesco and Domenica, who made the experience truly pleasant. This restaurant is also specialized in organizing banquets for ceremonies, offering impeccable and personalized service, ideal for celebrating special moments in an elegant and refined environment with musical accompaniment. For an informal evening I would say that the pizzas are excellent. Highly recommended!

28/08/2024: Il ruine is a restaurant of excellent quality: very fresh fish, friendly staff and impeccable service, under the supervision of the owner, Mr. Francis. beautiful view of the coast. Furthermore, the venue is excellent for celebrating events and ceremonies as it is equipped with well-organised rooms, organized on various shelves, with an outdoor garden with fountains and a view of the sea. I would say an excellent experience to be repeated as soon as possible! Absolutely competitive prices, excellent quality/price ratio.

03/09/2024: Back to the 90s. A dive into the past of those born around the 80s, from the staff to the atmosphere everything recalls childhood, when there weren't too many demands yet! Emotionally I rate 10; Quality and flavors rated 5 One of the few places left where it is still possible to eat two pizzas and two beers for 20 euros. Would I go back? Not to taste good food, but certainly yes, in moments of melancholy of times gone by.

31/08/2024: Il Corsaro is a place with its own history, well positioned close to the Scalea seafront, and is easy to reach. You eat everything, from pizza to first courses, from meat to fried fish. The products are of good quality and the cuisine is appreciated. The prices are fair. The only sore point is that we were abroad, under a tarp and with the humidity that was there we were scorching hot, and in fact even the drinks arrived not nice and crunchy but almost at room temperature. we asked for ice.

25/08/2024: I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The pizza was delicious, the dough phenomenal, and the service, if possible, even more so! Hospitable, kind waitress, made us feel really at home. We also tried the dessert proposed by the cook, which confirms the quality of the place. Furthermore, the place was very clean and well managed, if I could I would give it 10 stars. We ate outside, where everything was well taken care of. I highly recommend this place! I'll be back!

18/07/2024: Just finished dinner with two pizzas and a 66cc beer). The pizza is amazing. Unfortunately the service is the counterpart: "a chipped and sharp glass, a chipped plate, the tablecloth with a cigarette hole almost in the center (covered by a small table lamp), hair in the tablecloth and you paid one euro plus the beer because other beer is marked in the final bill (peroni gran reserve and not blue ribbon). If the service improves they have a product without equal.

06/09/2023: Le pizze che sto aggiungendo in foto, sono state create al momento dal proprietario nonché pizzaiolo, Francesco. Assicuro che non solo solo belle da vedere, ma sono un capolavoro anche a livello culinario....... Provare per credere!

18/08/2024: Never again, an hour for a pizza, they ask us if they can bring the fried potatoes for the wait, but they arrived almost before the pizza arrived. A customer who has to check the waiter with the dishes who does not know where to take them and the customer who indicates to him that it is his course is unacceptable. The pizza made with sauce and not tomato, the dough was good but otherwise I have eaten better pizzas. Disappointed by the service more than the pizza honestly.

09/08/2024: Terrible service, we sit down and no one pays attention to us for 20 minutes, waiters look around bewildered and with the phlegm of my grandmother, more than an hour later the order still hasn't arrived. Thats It, it may be good but respect for customers 0

21/07/2024: Ormai una certezza! Buon cibo per ogni genere, grande assortimento di carne per tipo e prezzo. Uno dei pochi posti (se non l'unico in provincia) che serve la "stroncatura calabrese". Antipasto assortito, e tanti prodotti tipici calabresi. In caso di eventi, servizio impeccabile e grande disponibilità!

06/05/2024: Un locale...una garanzia. Nel corso degli anni mai una volta mi sono alzato da tavola insoddisfatto né per qualità e cortesia ed ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo...che dire una garanzia sia che si tratti di un pranzo in famiglia o di una cena tra amici o di un ricevimento...dall'antipasto passando per lo stinco e la varia qualità di carni a disposizione non c'è nulla che non vorresti subito ritornare ad assaggiare

19/08/2024: The first time at this sushi place, it must have been for lunch, and for the love of God, given the fairly low price, we found the menu a little sparse. The flavors weren't the best either, but none of them were bad anyway so it can be done every now and then.
