11/06/2025: La Valle Verde: An Experience to Remember in Zambrone My wife and I arrived in Zambrone on a Monday evening and, after a quick Google search, we decided to book at "La Valle Verde". From the phone call, I knew that our choice was right: Alessandro, the owner, immediately proved to be an extremely nice and competent person, putting us at ease with his friendliness. Upon arrival, Alessandro welcomed us personally for check-in and accompanied us to our room. We found the room impeccably clean and tidy, as well as very spacious, with a really comfortable bed that guaranteed an excellent rest. For dinner, we chose to try the restaurant. I opted for the pizza, which turned out to be simply delicious, a real delight that exceeded my expectations. My wife, on the other hand, enjoyed a roasted swordfish accompanied by grilled vegetables, an equally appreciated and well-prepared dish. It is clear that Alessandro is a true pillar of the business, managed with dedication and passion in a family environment. The next morning, breakfast was plentiful and of excellent quality, the perfect way to start the day. I can only highly recommend "La Valle Verde" to anyone looking for a pleasant, welcoming and culinary stay in Zambrone. The professionalism and warm welcome of Alessandro and his entire family make this place truly special.

14/06/2025: Ristorante molto carino, curato, vicino alla famosa balconata. Abbiamo mangiato pesce, buono, il fritto misto buonissimo. Dolci anche molto buoni. Le porzioni molto ridotte, non economico ovviamente, per fortuna c’era lo sconto di the fork.. Perdi did molto accogliente

Apprezziamo l’alta professionalità di Giuseppe e i suoi genitori che hanno esaudito ogni nostro desiderio, rendendo il giorno ancora più speciale. 23/03/2025: Siamo andati a provare il locale sabato 22 marzo con altri 3 amici, due celiaci e due no. L'esperienza é stata veramente pessima : 1)In un panino senza glutine abbiamo trovato quello "qualcosa" , a fine serata ci é stato detto che era "probabilmente " un pezzo di spugna !!! 2) io e l'altra ragazza celiaca abbiamo finito di stare male solo oggi ( mattinata del giorno seguente ) 3) al conto, non hanno voluto togliere dallo scontrino il panino che non abbiamo potuto mangiare perché vista la contaminazione della spugna !! Ma ci hanno fatto solo uno sconto di 10 euro .... Veramente assurdi 4 ) quando abbiamo pagato hanno sbagliato a fare i conti e ci hanno fatto pagare più di quello che doveva essere il conto ( al netto delle 10 euro di sconto ) e quando glielo abbiamo fatto notare ci hanno risposto " imparate a fare i conti "... Mai provato un locale peggiore di questo ! Pensaci due volte prima di andarci a mangiare e se sei celiaco, per la tua incolumità , non pensarci proprio e vai altrove

We ordered seafood: grilled swordfish, grilled local fish (this is how it appears on the menu, without specifying the species) and shrimps. A good Italian school of seafood preparation. We also ordered local wine in a carafe - usually home-made, local wines are a bit less sophisticated, and here it was very good.

11/05/2025: Breathtaking view of the famous Paola Ts. 90s style location that still looks great. The first courses are good, especially the "Maria Teresa" trofie and the grill is good (26 euros). The starter seemed a little lackluster to me. Everything else ok!
