11/08/2024: Inattention and superficiality: While my partner and I were reading the external menu we were greeted by a "good evening" from an employee, as it should be, obviously we responded and decided to have dinner there. The employee in question was joking calmly with who I think was the owner, we were looking for a glance to ask if we could sit down and it took a few seconds, in certain circumstances seconds are hours. Once we were seated, after 15 minutes we still hadn't been asked what we wanted to drink, so I made a request, we finally ordered... after about 40 minutes neither appetizers nor pizzas had arrived. We get up to leave and pay for the water, the owner tells us "it's okay" the waitress who took the orders tells us, as if I were impatient "the starters have arrived", the same one I heard her say 20 minutes earlier to the kitchen not seeing us eating "but how much longer do we need for the appetizers at table 3?" I replied that nothing had arrived, pointing to the table, but just at that moment the appetizers had materialized. Out of respect for the food not being thrown away, we sat down, but clearly my appetite was almost gone due to nervousness. Never again... could

06/08/2024: We were mainly struck by the grace, good manners and education of all the people who served us, pampered us and our 2 little dogs What to say?! as for the food, everything was delicious, on the girl's recommendation I also took some cooked vegetables which were wonderfully seasoned The location is very elegant, clean and refined Thanks guys, we will keep a wonderful memory and as I often say, it is people who shape the world Keep it up!

07/08/2024: nothing to complain about the food, the pizzas were excellent, except that we waited 40 minutes for the orders and another 40 minutes for the order to be brought to us. We were asked if we wanted french fries, (by the owner) never arriving, we asked one of the girls who works there, and again they didn't arrive. Too bad about the service, nothing else to complain about except that it was uncomfortable due to too much chaos and the small space

01/10/2023: Con le mie due figlie, ogni tanto, pranziamo "giapponese" e ci piace provare i vari locali, quindi abbiamo voluto testare "l'erede" del Tensei (dove abbiamo sempre mangiato bene) e devo dire che siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti. Tutto buono, ottimi ingredienti e cottura, ottimo anche il crudo, impiattato con cura, ma soprattutto (per me che bado al contenuto) i migliori involtini primavera ed i migliori ravioli della città. Inoltre il personale è stato gentilissimo
