16/08/2025: Excellent! The restaurant was almost closing, but even so, sisters Sonia and Mima made an effort to serve us, and it was a wonderful surprise: lasagna with homemade pasta was amazing! A cozy, homey place with great service. They don't speak English, but they will make you feel right at home. I recommend it 100%. Grazie mille, Sonia e Mima

03/05/2025: An unforgettable day between nature, tradition and authentic flavors – perfect May 1st! We spent May 1st at Sapori Antichi D'Aspromonte with our family and a group of friends with children, and we can say with certainty that it was one of the most beautiful and authentic days of recent times. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with great warmth and hospitality. The environment is immersed in the greenery of Aspromonte, with attention to detail but at the same time genuine, perfect for disconnecting from the daily routine. The children had a lot of fun, among the large open spaces, farm animals and activities designed for them: it is rare to find a place that manages to get adults and children to agree so well! Lunch was simply excellent: a true experience of ancient flavours, just as the name promises. Local products, traditional dishes prepared with love and generous portions. Each dish told a piece of Calabrian culture, from artisanal cured meats to homemade pasta, up to the typical desserts. The staff, always smiling and helpful, made everything even more pleasant, making us feel at home. We highly recommend this experience to those looking for an authentic place to rediscover traditions, eat well and enjoy nature in the company of loved ones. We will definitely be back! Heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Sapori Antichi D'Aspromonte for giving us such a special day.

02/09/2025: I paid for a small cone, and only after I'd prepared it was they told me I could add dark or white chocolate as a topping. Moreover, the bottom was completely empty, and they put very little chocolate on top.

16/08/2025: The gelato is delicious; the creams are solid and don't melt immediately. Another plus is that the cream is included in the price of the gelato, unlike almost all other gelato shops that charge extra.

06/09/2025: Excellent traditional Sila food and impeccable service. The mushroom salad and creamed potato soup with 'nduja and caciocavallo are incredible. The traditional Scirubetta dessert, made the old-fashioned way, is out of this world. Definitely worth a try!

21/08/2025: Lunch at the tavernetta is a unique experience. A pampering experience amidst the poetry of the Sila. Wonderful people who welcome you with kindness and courtesy. Excellent ingredients prepared following tradition but enhancing their flavor, aroma, and substance with originality. It's my favorite restaurant, my favorite chefs in Calabria. Thank you 🙏

26/08/2025: The waitress was, to say the least, inadequate, unable to recommend croissants (there were empty warm ones to fill with various jams, but she forced us to order pre-filled ones). The coffee was like dirty water, not because of the quality, I think, but because of the way it was made. She also got the payment amount wrong at the register... Naselli is a nice bar, but the morning waitresses/baristas should take a crash course.

17/08/2025: We visited this restaurant in a large group (over 20 people), and unfortunately, the experience wasn't a positive one. Arriving at 8:30 PM, after more than two hours, we'd only been served appetizers. The waiters, though very courteous, were visibly embarrassed and embarrassed by the situation. When the dishes finally arrived, many were incorrect, both in terms of the dishes and the descriptions. For example, the waiter served a dish describing it as a simple pasta dish with tomato sauce, when in fact it was 'Corte d'Assise', a very spicy local dish. A mistake that could have caused problems if it had been served to a child. The pizzas, however, arrived at 11 PM... and, surprisingly, they were also incorrect! Some diners didn't eat their food in the end, but still paid the cover charge! A real shame, because the place is beautiful and the location spectacular. It had been a regular stop for us during our holidays for years, but this time we were truly disappointed. We hope they can improve the organization, because the potential is there.”

19/08/2025: We were passing through Amendolara and stopped for a pizza. The smiling, inexperienced girls directed us to sit outside. The pizza was large, thin, and slightly crispy. It was well-risen and topped with the right toppings. The dough had risen well, but we found it a little salty.

24/08/2025: Every year when I come to Belvedere, I can't help but experience Marco's fabulous cuisine and Francesco's impeccable service. Delicious meat and fish dishes, excellent wine, and the entire staff are so friendly! My favorite place!

23/08/2025: We've returned to this restaurant in Belvedere three times, and each time we've been captivated. Chef Marco and his brother Francesco are delightful people, always ready to welcome you with warmth and passion. The cuisine is unfussy, authentic, and substantial, yet meticulously crafted: the freshest fish cooked to perfection and truly exceptional meat dishes. Attentive and meticulous service from the entire staff. A place where quality and authenticity matter. Highly recommended!

18/08/2025: I ate a shamelessly fish-based meal that smelled of the sea. The mixed fried fish was exceptional, both in terms of freshness and flavor. The staff was exceptional.

18/08/2025: We dined outside the Vecchio Granaio in the heart of Tropea, in a simple, homey atmosphere that immediately made us feel at ease. The staff was truly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, with Antonella, who runs the place, always welcoming and helpful. The pizzas perfectly matched our tastes: made with excellent local ingredients, crispy, and not Neapolitan-style, just how we like it. My son chose the pizza with tuna and Tropea onions, which was delicious, while I had an omelette, which was extremely tasty and well-prepared. My companions were also delighted with their choices. The wait times were just right for a restaurant, without excessive waiting, and the bill was fair: everything was within the norm. A place that showcases local flavors and is definitely worth a visit for those seeking authenticity and quality in Tropea.

16/08/2025: We were in this place on August 15th, we ordered 4 pizzas, what can I say, non-existent service, poor quality pizzas... the only good thing was the Fanta.

03/06/2025: The new management of Podere Pansera finally does justice to this wonderful place! Lush and well-kept countryside, silence, breathtaking views and a suggestive swimming pool. Welcoming and very clean rooms, incredibly kind and professional staff, excellent typical local cuisine and a breakfast so attentive and varied (with even high-quality pastry desserts) that it is worthy of note! A holiday of relaxation, peace and excursions! The elegance and cordiality in hospitality that you expect to find, perhaps, in the best tourist facilities in northern Italy has arrived in Calabria! Everything beyond expectations!

08/03/2025: Il menù andrebbe provato tutto perché è tutto buonissimo. Dai primi ai secondi e perfino i panini sono tutti buonissimi. La qualità dei prodotti che usano è eccellente e Fortunata e gentilissima.

03/11/2024: Nice young place... the owner is very kind, some less so but I'm hyper critical, a real pain in the ass who notices the subtleties! Different dishes compared to those I see on social media, precisely the ones that intrigued me and encouraged me to absolutely go there but in the end it's the taste that counts and that was there! I'll be back!🙂
