16/06/2025: Decent bar even if with little choice except for wines, spirits where instead you can find some real gems. It has certainly improved in terms of yeasts and service. Recently, always in the bar, a large wall of wines not only Italian has been set up.

08/08/2025: Our experience at Il Boschetto restaurant was marked above all by one major inconvenience: the stifling heat in the small room where we were seated. Even though the air conditioning was "on," it was practically as if it weren't working, as it couldn't cool the room (which was small and easily cooled if there were a properly functioning air conditioner set to the right temperature), but we were told it wasn't possible to lower the temperature any further. With over 35 degrees Celsius outside, the situation was truly unbearable for everyone in the room. In practice, it was better outside... unfortunately, we had booked inside, confident that the room would be adequately cooled. A shame, because the room was otherwise private, welcoming, and well-kept, ideal for our group of about thirty friends. The food was also good and the service courteous, but the air conditioning issue inevitably affected the entire experience.

09/06/2025: Ice cream shop with few flavors but all excellent, outdoor patio even if in the shade very hot, muggy because it is completely closed by PVC curtains, there is no air circulation, staying there to enjoy the excellent artisanal ice cream they sell is impossible because it makes you feel sick.

23/05/2025: È stata la nostra prima volta al Rifugio Acquafredda… e ce ne siamo subito innamorati! Fin dal primo istante siamo stati accolti con un calore che raramente si trova in giro, sembrava di essere in famiglia. Abbiamo optato per la formula pensione completa, super‑promossa, ogni pasto è un viaggio nei sapori locali, con prodotti freschissimi e porzioni davvero abbondanti. Il vino della casa accompagna il tutto in maniera perfetta. Un plauso speciale va a Pasquale e Filomena: persone d’oro, sempre cortesi e disponibili, come fossero dei lontani parenti rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La struttura è immersa nel verde, circondata da bellissimi percorsi trekking e sentieri: ideale per famiglie, coppie e per chi ama esplorare anche in MTB o Enduro. Siamo rimasti incantati dall’esperienza e torneremo sicuramente. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca autenticità, buona cucina, natura e tanta, tanta ospitalità!

30/07/2025: A charming place on the seafront, exposed to a pleasant sea breeze. Very friendly staff. We had both the fish and the pizza: both were excellent. Important: they also serve gluten-free food (both pizza and cooked dishes). Recommended.

04/08/2025: Avevamo tante aspettative (vista la puntata di Camionisti in Trattoria), e a parte i prezzi non proprio come descritti nel programma, delusione per il cibo, il tiramisù immangiabile!

29/07/2025: In viaggio da Roma a Messina mi sono fermata a pranzare in questa trattoria all uscita di lagonegro nord. Posto caratteristico, ottima cucina casalinga con specialità tipiche del posto, servizio veloce e cortese, prezzi economici e mi hanno anche offerto caffè e amaro!

10/06/2025: A farmhouse immersed in nature where you can taste excellent and genuine food. We have eaten here several times and we also celebrated our son's communion. Welcoming and familiar atmosphere, excellent service, availability and courtesy of Rosalba and her collaborators. Highly recommended.

16/05/2025: Fixed menu POOR and expensive, bottle of wine 10 euros!! Outside tables and chairs dirty, they do not give the impression of continuing to offer a good Agriturismo service!!

Unfortunately, the food didn't arrive at the same time – some at the table had to wait over 45 minutes. It seemed as if we had simply been forgotten. It's a shame, because the start was promising, but the service significantly dampened the overall experience.
