02/07/2025: I have been going to La Casa del Demone for over 15 years, and every time the quality of the meat is a confirmation. I have to say that the new menu is really worth trying, especially the "Menù Savana" with the "vacio" and the new IPA. I usually go for the classic with the Weißbier, but this IPA really surprised me. And the TRIS of APPETIZERS? Truly remarkable. ! Oh, and an extra tip: don't miss the new cocktails, they are the bomb!

The dessert I had was also very good. The place is very modern and the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are average. I highly recommend it!!!

09/07/2025: During my stay in the area, I had the pleasure of dining twice at Pizza & Bistro Italy in Borgo San Dalmazzo, and I can confidently say it's one of the best places to enjoy truly excellent pizza. I had the opportunity to try several pizzas, all sharing an extraordinary dough: light, flavorful, well-leavened, and with a generous but not overbearing crust. The crust remains dry and consistent, never giving way under the weight of the toppings, a sign of great care and skill in the preparation. Each pizza is generously topped, with combinations ranging from classic to more original. Special mention goes to the Antico Borgo pizza, with snails, truly surprising and well-balanced, and to the DEA pizza, a true explosion of flavors with red shrimp, burrata, cherry tomatoes, mint, and zucchini. In the latter, each ingredient stands out perfectly, creating a refined and unusual harmony of flavors. The menu offers a wide variety of pizzas to suit every palate. The selection of alternative doughs is also very interesting, such as the turmeric version, with its delicate and original flavor. The restaurant is new, meticulously maintained, and truly beautiful, with a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. The prices are absolutely fair and well-proportioned for the quality of the ingredients and the level of service. In short, a pizzeria definitely worth a visit for anyone in the area.

A different story about the food, the place was highly recommended to me and is quite well known, I only went there once, so with this I don't want to assume it's always like this, but the sandwich I ate was anything but good, dry and dry meat, zero flavor, not even the sauces and other ingredients managed to save it, really bad, stringy and difficult to swallow. A bad day can still happen, I don't want to make anyone think that the quality is low, it was that day at least on my sandwich, there should have been polenta that day, but they had problems and it was no longer made, I think it's also for this, it probably was a bad day (August 15th 2024), so no problem, if there is an opportunity I will still come back to visit you, the reviews speak clearly, the important thing is to understand that it happens to everyone, I don't like those who always try to defend themselves at any cost, the reviews are almost all excellent, it means that you work well, it can happen and inevitably it happens and happens again to make mistakes or have bad days, just as you accept positive feedback, you also accept negative feedback, because professionalism is also being aware of being able to make mistakes, no one makes 0 mistakes, I'm sure that mine was a fairly rare experience, nothing to say about the account, just for the period and the day, I will come back hoping that things will go better next time! 15/06/2025: Last night my partner and I went to Pasion for the first time. Very nice location...we were in the room below (very intimate atmosphere with candles on the tables and soft lighting). Very attentive and knowledgeable service to advise you on what to choose. Very good trio of empanadas. Sublime meat (we had picanha and lomo). To finish on a sweet note, a nice surprise was the ciokotorta. Congratulations again to everyone...see you next time!!!

The food is excellent, varied and with very generous portions! We did not take the pizza but that also looked very inviting! In short, a highly recommended place!

08/06/2025: Excellent meat and perfect cooking, nothing to complain about. I would recommend a set of "meat knives" that cut (the ones in use are ineffective) and turning off at least 4 of the 7 split air conditioners (all pointed at the tables: back and chest of the diners, bronchitis guaranteed) or at least pointing the paddles not at people. In any case we always come back very willingly.

13/05/2025: Bella e caratteristica location,stile western..ottima la carne e la pasta.. Pur prenotando solo il giorno prima per 28 persone abbiamo trovato accoglienza e disponibilità. 13 ragazzini post partita non erano facili da gestire e invece è andato tutto molto bene.

16/07/2025: Staff gentilissimo, qualità delle materie prime eccezionale (non si direbbe ma siamo ottimi commensali anche sulla quantità), ti senti coccolato e inoltre sorpresa molto bella x festeggiare il mio compleanno. Location molto carina e di impatto. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente
