08/03/2025: they welcomed us at the end of the evening, but they treated us as if we were the first customers... with friendliness and fair waiting times... really good pizza and fried food... a little higher in price, but that's my opinion. Worth trying again, even if it's a certainty according to everyone in the area

09/02/2025: Siamo stati sabato sera e nonostante la sala piena abbiamo mangiato molto bene , la pizza è eccezzionale e i fritti sciutti e di ottima qualità, in particolare i fiori di zucca . Il servizio è eccezionale camerieri simpatici , gentili e molto professionali. Una chicca le moto nelle sale interne . La carne la prossima volta. Unica pecca che per il quale non do le 5 stelle è la sala, nonostante sia molto corina è troppo affollata e manca una buona areazione.

03/02/2025: Butcher's shop with top quality products and exceptional workmanship

13/01/2025: Historic and very good butcher's shop in Monteverde Vecchio. Always a lot of choice on the meats to be cooked, but also on the ready meals, almost all of which have been tried and all very good. You also receive useful advice on some preparations: they suggested I try making a guinea fowl broth, which I had never considered and is excellent on par with the capon broth. Lately I've had half a lamb roasted in the classic oven and I have to say one of the best I've ever eaten, very tender and succulent. It's also worth dropping by from other neighborhoods.

This happened to me, I ask for the bill and the owner verbally tells me 230 (there were 4 of us) I go to the cashier with the debit card and it becomes 280. I ask for explanations and the answer is: friend and I'm not looking for a change of scenery! Okay

20/03/2025: I was there for a 40th birthday, welcoming place, friendly staff and very tasty food.

17/03/2025: We decide with a friend to have a bite to eat and this place comes to mind, which many say is worth visiting. So in no time we book a table for lunch. I already know the place (it used to be a German pub) but I hadn't yet had the pleasure of being their guest for lunch. "Their guest" because the owners are affable and kind people who know how to make their customers feel good by making them feel at ease. This preamble is to say that the staff here knows how to work and consequently also how to cook. In fact, food is an expression of the territory, with tasty and quality dishes. We opted for an "aperi-rib" menu consisting of an appetizer of cured meats and cheese, two pasta omelettes, red wine for two and a beautiful one-kg rib-eye, beautifully broiled and cooked to perfection. Needless to say, the meat was tender and really good. I can't give a direct opinion on anything else because our menu didn't include other courses; but I can assure you that the dishes of the neighbors at the table were beautifully plated and looked really tasty. And what was no less important were the portions. Finally a place where even if you get a first course, you will receive a dish of the right proportions and not those "miserable" things that you now see everywhere. Well assorted wine cellar, as well as the selection of meat; matured in a visible cell and from which you can choose your own steak. What can I say? I definitely recommend this place (to which I will return). Thanks to all the staff for delighting us with your cuisine and your hospitality. Ps. Prices more than fair 💯

15/03/2025: La carne mangiata è stata sicuramente buona e ben fatta ma questo ristopub può crescere e di tanto con una maggiore attenzione al servizio e quindi al cliente. Se ordino un panino al piatto mi aspetto di avere gli stessi ingredienti del panino.... Nel mio mancava la salsiccia e le patate da "al forno" sono diventate fritte. Forchetta sporca ma sostituita bene. È una sorta di sfidare per cui valutare se è confacente alle vostre necessità. Un po' nascosto condivide l'entrata con un supermercato. Prezzo medio.
