12/01/2026: An inn at the foot of the pyramid. Welcoming, familiar, and with a delightful aroma of delicious food that whets the appetite. The excellent selection of meats is well presented by the chef at the counter, describing the different flavors of the various cuts. The bruschetta and amatriciana are outstanding, and I recommend them. The service is prompt and courteous, the prices are average, and overall, a place worth a visit.

08/03/2026: I've been missing for a while, and the quality remains undiminished! You can order some of the best meats, cooked to perfection. In my opinion, it's among the best in Rome. The only flaw is the tables are all too close together, making the experience a bit uncomfortable and chaotic.
06/03/2026: Three stars for the atmosphere and the food. The waitress (I think her name is Ludovica) was a bit hasty and brusque when dealing with customers. For me, courtesy is paramount when dealing with the public. And the same can be said with kindness. For this reason, I don't think I'll return, even though the food is good. The other waiter, a young man, was, to be fair, courteous and polite.

03/03/2026: Disappointing experience. Service was adequate and the presentation of the first course was minimal, but overall, it was a lot of show and little substance.
The seafood appetizer wasn't up to par (reheated fried food and not all the fish was fresh), and the overall quality doesn't justify the €110 spent for three courses.
More of a clumsy imitation of high-end dining than a truly solid offering.
I was misled by the many positive reviews, which, frankly, I can't explain. However, I fully agree with the other negative reviews.

I highly recommend this type of restaurant. The food was excellent. The waiters gave us perfect recommendations for their restaurant's most typical dishes.
Everything was really good, and the price was worth it.
12/02/2026: Unfortunately, my first visit was for pizza, so it was very limited. The menu really tempts you to try anything, and even the dishes I saw passing by suggested they were very tasty. The pizza was good but not exceptionally good; I'll try again for the meat. Ad maiora!

15/11/2025: As with the rest of the chain, the meat is very good. Here in Guidonia, the atmosphere is relaxed and the staff is friendly. I'm not adding photos because I don't usually take pictures of dishes; I prefer to spend time with those around me. 😉😁 I ordered the lunch menu, a very generous salad with chicken, hard-boiled egg, green beans, and cherry tomatoes. Excellent!

13/11/2025: We chose this restaurant for an alternative evening, booking through The Fork. It was a great decision. We found ourselves back in the West. The menu is extensive, and we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service. The appetizer was generous, with a wide selection of cured meats and cheeses. We absolutely recommend the grilled pork for two.

05/10/2025: I'm starting from the premise that I've been wanting to try this place for a while. I finally got around to going with some friends, but the experience wasn't the best; in fact, if I have to be completely honest, it was one of the worst places I've ever been to.
The meat they brought couldn't be cut. At first, I thought it was the knife, which wasn't suitable, but it was still tough, as "un sercio," as they say in Rome. Then we moved on to the tiramisu, which I finished in four spoonfuls—truly miserable.
I don't think I'll ever go there again, and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone else.
28/09/2025: Everything was delicious, the meat was super tender, and the staff was super friendly. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be back.

11/01/2026: The atmosphere is very traditional for a Roman restaurant. The meat is spectacular and the attention to customer service is much appreciated. In our case, we were asked if we wanted the lava stone brought back to the boil so we could eat the meat at the perfect temperature we liked. It was very pleasant.

14/01/2026: They took me to eat at this restaurant and I have to say... I ATE AMAZING PASTA E FAGIOLI!! And aside from that, everything was very good. Really delicious. P.S. If you happen to be passing through, stop and eat at Manzo Criminale, it's definitely worth it. Paolo
