First time at this restaurant, I ordered a mixed grill, but it wasn't available, so I settled for the rooster. The chef comes to the table, mortified, saying the rooster is out of stock.... Here comes the true professional, Giancarlo, the chef. He was willing to substitute the rooster with anything else... I trusted him. The result: appetizer, Argentine steak, and prosciutto sausage. The mix-up was more than made up for. I'll be back...

15/07/2026: I was there this evening with my family and friends, there were 15 of us. The staff were always present and kind, we ate very well, we will definitely be back
13/07/2026: The selection of meats is sublime and delicious! We ordered the Tagliata all-limits menu, and the meat was delicious. The only downside, besides the difficulty in finding parking, was the unproverbial friendliness of the waiters. Otherwise, a very positive experience.
