03/04/2025: I was there for dinner last night with a group of friends, the place was very nice and informal, the food was good even though my boyfriend had meat and there was a sauce on the plate, he thought it was an accompaniment but in reality it was chocolate, the dish probably touched the dessert plates. I had a pizza, I'll start by saying that I'm very slow at eating, the pizza arrived to me immediately compared to other people's dishes and the waiters pointed out to me several times that I was slow, with jokes like: "does the girl like cold pizza?". After constant jokes that initially made me smile but then became a bit unpleasant, I left a piece of pizza on my plate. It was more or less 11pm when we finished and without even thinking twice they started turning off the lights and telling us in a somewhat rude way that we had to leave.

The place is very welcoming and the staff was exceptional, especially the boy who served us. My daughter was particularly happy because they gave her some paints, which was a nice gesture. 22/08/2024: Nice and well-kept environment, excellent service, polite and friendly staff. We ate very well, starting from the appetizer and arriving at the first courses. A trio of very good crostini, but the rustic farfalle is spectacular as is the carbonara. I recommend going there to eat well and spend the right amount.

26/07/2024: I often travel for work and this time I found myself in Pomezia for dinner. Among the various restaurants and trattorias I chose to dine here. As soon as I sat down, I was welcomed by Fabio, the butcher and owner, who was able to recommend, based on my requests, a tasting of two first courses including a tonnarello with cacio e pepe and tortiglioni alla carbonara, a sliced ​​beef with a side of baked potatoes and sautéed chicory, sheep's roasts, sausage and lamb rib. The service was quick, the first courses were delicious and the meat cooked rare melted in your mouth. Everything of the highest quality. The place is very nice with a butcher's counter and an exposed brazier which in my opinion is a guarantee. We entered as customers and left as friends with Er Braciola (Fabio). I will return and recommend it.

08/12/2024: Absolutely one of the best pizzerias (for me it is number 1) that the Tiburto area and beyond can offer. Chef Manuel manages to amaze every time with his delicious first courses. Not to mention the meat...exquisite tomahawk.. The kindness of the girls and the always smiling staff is the right mix for a 5-star venue.

I was welcomed with courtesy, the waitress kindly helped us choose the dishes that arrived after an acceptable time, despite there being many people in the room.
