13/07/2025: We celebrated a birthday here, booking with The Fork for a 20% discount, and especially on Sunday with unlimited ribs. To top it all off, we had the pleasure of having Giorgia, a super-fast, very friendly, and truly polite woman, assisting us at dinner.
Everything was good, but the service really deserves more than anything else. Thank you.
12/07/2025: It was a wonderful discovery! My partner and I went in without any expectations because we were simply hungry. The food was delicious! And then the waitress, Giorgia, treated us just like we were at home in a big chain. We'll be back!! (But we hope to always find her.)

I would start from the dirty placemats on the tables to be kind, to the raw chicory not eaten and not even taken off the bill (7 euros)

14/07/2025: Just okay. There was no pizza or cocktails before 6pm. Gnocchi wasn't a good choice and no modifications or comp was available although it was inedible.
10/07/2025: A run-of-the-mill open-plan atmosphere, constantly changing, inexperienced foreign staff, and mediocre meat served cold at prices typical of a fine grill. Highly discouraged. Desserts are few and mediocre.

If you're within a 40 minute radius this is the best place to dine.partner is celiac and they had no trouble to accommodate for gluten free. Amazing truffle additions. Separate patio and other dining areas great for a date

13/07/2025: A real shame. My birthday was ruined by rushed service. They took our plates away before we'd even put down our forks. The worst part was when she stood next to the table and watched my mother eat the pizza, saying, "I'm waiting for the lady to finish." Seriously, NO. No anxiety!! The pizza was awful, too, small, as was the portion of meat. I'm sorry, but you shouldn't behave like that. Never again. There are better places in Frascati.

15/06/2025: Discovered by chance, we tried the pizza tour, a €18 menu with flaky potatoes, bruschetta, red pizzas and with mozzarella and anchovies. Then pizzas of your choice at the Center...finally pizza and Nutella...I would recommend without granulated sugar on top, but it's a matter of personal taste! Beer, water and Coke included!! Oh, and the dishes without salt 🧂...it takes a bit! Anyway, we had a good time and I recommend it! Air-conditioned place

18/07/2025: We ate here while we stayed in Ladispoli. This spot was right next door to our AirBnb so we figured we would try it. Food was excellent and service was great. Even though we do not speak italian they were very accommodating. The Steak and Raviolis came highly recommended and were excellent. The Manzo Burger was great as well! Grazie

We had a great time also because it is located just outside the center and has a large parking lot, garden and a wonderful porch. The experience and professionalism of the owners and the very sweet Elisa is evident and makes the difference. Highly recommended.
