Excellent grill, finally a place to eat quality MEAT and with trained and qualified staff from both a professional and human point of view. Excellent relationship with the owner who cooks the meat, making recommendations and explaining its cooking and qualities. I found an excellent consultant regarding wines and spirits. After 10 years in Friuli, finally an excellent surprise.

Great variety of meat, but not at the expense of quality which still maintains very high standards (which justify the price). You can also find very fine and refined cuts of meat such as Japanese Wagyu meat. The choice of wines is also very wide, most of which are valuable and have high prices. Dessert and good side dishes. The only observation to reach 5 stars: improve the service a little, being a little more flexible; for example, my girlfriend was served an entrée of ragù with parmesan fondue, as she doesn't eat cheese, she reported it to the waiter; It would have been much appreciated if they had brought her the same entrée but without fondue on top. In short, EXCELLENT FOOD, service that needs to be improved a little.

Carne ottima a partire dai crudi (battuta e tartare), ma la costata di Angus è stata davvero spettacolare. Ottimo servizio, ambiente molto piacevole.

Scelta di carni nettamente sopra la media e cotture da impazzire. Tantissimi abbinamenti del vino consigliati. Peccato non abbia ancora aperto una succursale a Trieste. Top la tartara con il midollo.

11/03/2024: Pranzo con tavolata di amici e conoscenti. Era da tanto che volevo tornare a mangiare in questo bel ristorante, che non mi ha lasciato delusa. Carne eccellente, strepitoso anche il piattino di radicchio di Treviso condito con non mi ricordo che, tartara semplicissima ma anche qui la qualità conta, e molto buono anche il tiramisu' . Il fogolar centrale ovviamente è il top. Molto bene anche il servizio. Conto adeguato (70 a testa)

Super friendly and friendly staff... Beautiful and well-kept environment... highly recommended for those who love good meat cooked on the grill masterfully!! I will definitely be happy to return 😊
