19/08/2024: We were visiting Todi and stopped. We hadn't booked but still asked and found a place for four. I gave 2 stars only because I expected the atmosphere, food and portions of a trattoria as per the name, but instead we received dishes with less than gourmet quantities. Price for the quantity of food received on the plates beyond excessive... €10 for a plate of gnocchi (I repeat......really poor in terms of quantity) and €16 for a chicken breast escalope with two mushrooms in number, I would even say not... Spent a lot and ate very little. The food itself, as they say, without infamy and without praise......yes, good, but it didn't reach the heart. To review the name "trattoria", that name evokes different flavors and quantities.......I didn't want one veal per person but a visible quantity on the plate.

19/08/2024: Excellent experience, made with my wife and son. Not a huge place, but essential and characteristic. Quality food (high), availability and kindness of the owners make it an obligatory destination in Todi. Applause for the cacio e pepe, among the best I've ever eaten. And in any case, from the meat to the side dishes and starters, everything is truly delicious!

14/08/2024: During our stay in Spoleto we received the tip to eat here. We have eaten here seven times. It is a small menu with all local specialties. All, one by one, really delicious dishes. Service is super attentive and the chef is phenomenal. The chef always comes by for a chat or to see if you are enjoying yourself. If we are ever in Umbria again, we will definitely go back to Chateau de Pep!

15/08/2024: Truly characteristic place... the owner Mr. Maurizio is an exquisite person, with a unique kindness, the likes of which you don't see anymore... he even lent us his car to do a small errand... if you pass by, it's an obligatory stop

14/08/2024: Spectacular is an understatement, an informal place just outside Norcia, don't let the place fool you, if you want to eat truffles you're in the right place here. Delicious starters, first and second courses, fresh truffle (not truffle sauce), generous portions and very kind staff. It's really worth going back and coming back!

11/08/2024: We went to eat at this restaurant today. We spent little and ate divinely. Highly recommended: strangozzi with porcini mushrooms and truffle and steak with truffle. Very kind owners. I recommend booking

29/08/2024: Abbiamo seguito i consigli di chi prima di noi è stato in questa trattoria e devo dire che mai scelta fu più azzeccata. Fanno una tagliata con tartufo nero estivo spaziale. Prodotti freschissimi e prezzi nella media. Situata in un piccolo paesino umbro vale la pena di essere visitata

26/08/2024: They took me there in August 2024, against my will. THANK GOD! Apart from being one of the places furthest from the sea (if you look at the map, with a protractor, not even Vipiteno is that far from a bathing shore) in Italy, the place, the service, the quality of the products, but above all the service, the service, but above all the service was wonderful even with a pain in the ass like me who found himself there against his will. I will return only because I am indebted to the wonderful guys who treated me to dinner. Also for the product, obviously.

24/07/2024: Infinite choice of beers.... shame that none are on tap! On the other hand, a great variety of pulled pork/beef/chicken

15/07/2024: Excellent food and fantastic location. Eaten outdoors in the really pretty square. Friendly and fast service even though the place was full. Wide choice of bottled beers with very particular brands and varieties that are difficult to find in common places. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

25/06/2024: Cubadak is one of my favorite sandwich places in Umbria. Very nice location, nice and friendly owner, who puts his soul into his place. I often dream about the chicken sandwich, and every time I go back to eat it it becomes better and better. Quality and professionalism but at the same time you feel at home. I vote, yes🫱🏻‍🫲🏼

17/06/2024: Posso solo iniziare col dire WOW 😁 ci siamo passati dopo anni e la riconferma dell’alta cucina permane. Che dire, la location sempre bella, cortesia e gentilezza del personale,che fa sempre bene 😊 e i piatti “squisiti”. Abbiamo provato il percorso “ contaminazioni” che ci ha davvero contaminato il palato di prelibatezze. Ottimo, complimenti e ci rivedremo presto.

22/05/2024: Locale nel centro storico di Bevagna, curato, elegante e molto caratteristico. Personale molto preparato, gentile e attento. Cibo: nulla da dire, impeccabile. Se siete alla ricerca di piatti ricercati di mare questo locale fa al caso vostro. Vini: ottima carta dei vini e personale disponibile ad ogni richiesta in base al gusto personale del cliente. Serata da gustare, vivere... un'esperienza a tavola da fare

21/08/2024: I don't like giving low marks, but the evaluation must be done at 360° and managing a booking is part of it. I had booked the day before via TheFork app with the intention of having a family lunch out of town, attracted by the location and the extensive menu. Instead, upon our arrival we were greeted by the maitre d' who warned us that on summer Sundays they would only serve a light lunch by the pool. Too bad it wasn't written anywhere, not on TheFork, not on Google or even on their site. However, it would have been enough to notify via email or telephone, given that I had left my contact details, and the booking was from the day before. Among other things, it had just rained and so, instead of by the pool, we had lunch in the breakfast room, sitting on uncomfortable iron chairs. The time, it was 1pm, and the presence of my eighty-year-old mother stopped me from leaving. Nothing unforgettable as a light lunch: Good strangozzi, decidedly dry hamburger, in the ceasar salad the crouton was dry and not toasted. In short, a Sunday not exactly to remember.

04/08/2024: Se cucini bene (?)ma hai empatia pari a 0 e ti interessa solo chiudere il prima possibile pur di fronte a delle evidenti e tristi difficoltà.... sei solo un povero mercante e non un buon ristoratore. Pessima esperienza .
